    Understaffed. I’m sure they’re trying… but 15 minutes in line and then.. “Park in the lot and we’ll bring your food to you” No food yet and employees came outside to vape. Seriously… Another 12 minutes in the lot! I thought Arbys was fast food! Update: Ordered 3 sliders… got one (wrong) a beef n’ cheddar, and curly fries… see the picture with the receipt. It’s 2:30 in the afternoon… lunch rush is over.

    I show up to the drive thru at 6:15 pm time and get in a 3 car line. Nobody moves in the line for about 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, three employees walk out of the restaurant into their cars. One of the employees shouts from a distance, we closed at 5 PM today because we were low on employees. My question is simple, how have they worked an eight hour shift at an Arby’s by 6:30 PM. If you were short on people, wouldn’t you open at 11am and close at 7pm? I understand that fast food restaurants are owned by individual business owners and overseeing by a franchise. Unfortunately, this Arby’s has been poor for a long time. Arby’s as a franchisor needs to sit down and look at this franchisee and make some corrections. If a fast food restaurant is going to close right in the middle of dinner time, I expect that franchise owner to be the one sitting there telling me unfortunately he/she has to close today.

    This place is awful. But unfortunately it's one of the only places around to eat nearby so I am forced to go at least twice a week and every time I do the wait time is awful they never have enough people working and the people who do work don't know what they're doing. I literally just sat and the drive-thru for a half hour and when I got to the window the boy asked me what was your order again?

    I haven’t had Arby’s since is was a kid and they had a 5 classics deal where I don’t know how they make any money. Anyway, the food was way better than I remember. I’m really writing this review to note how wonderful the staff is at this location. They were so busy but maintained composure and customer service despite this. The manager at this location really did a good job at delegating tasks and keeping track of all the customer orders.

    I love arbys food they seem to be under staffed because it does get busy quick but it is definitely worth it. Love their French dip and the crinkle cut fries.

    All the employees are really friendly and actually listened when I mentioned it.y food allergy, and they made sure what I ate was not cross contamatied with it

    Waited 30 minutes while they served others and completely ignored us, the only people inside the place. When I asked they offered no apology and just gave me my money back without saying anything. Tons of flies inside too.

    Only person in line... for 25 minutes. They apologized frofusely. Got home and they got my order wrong. It'd been years since I'd been to an Arbys. Don't need to be reminded again.

    They mixed up on the order they brought out to me. They brought only one of the two sandwiches ordered. Their solution was to have me wait again while they made the sandwich/ Wygu beef burger again. They got it right this second time, but at the cost of me waiting twice as long. So it just brought me back to what I ordered originally, I caught the mistake, they fixed it, but they didn’t care to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

    The guy who was helping me gave me a real attitude when I came in to pick up. Refusing to confirm that the order was correct. And generally being rude. Didn't get his name but this guy needs to get chewed out. Because you should not be giving your customers that type of attitude

    Very nice Arby's in a convenient location. The drive-thru was very quick and made our food ready to order and the food was nice and hot as well as the fries. The workers couldn't have been any nicer and I would definitely come back to this Arby's again.

    We ordered Curly fries. Half of the box had Curly fries then the rest was filled with gross wavy fries. Rest if the food we ordered was good. Just disappointed that they didn't do the fries like we asked

    Ordered two classic beef and cheddars, one curly fry, and two sliders. No cheddar on either beef and cheddars. Chicken was old and chewy. Curly fries were at least on point.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Went through their drive thru tonight. Was the fourth car from window. It took 20 minutes to get to the window and another 10 to get my food. Ordered loaded Mac n cheese. When I opened it, it looked like someone vomited in the bowl. Presentation was horrible! Chicken tasted like a recycled amazon box. One half of the dish was stone cold and the other half was like biting into the center of the sun. Got to the window to see two crew members arguing. Poor! To say the least! I would give negative stars if I could

    I only waited 15 min in the parking lot so there slow servers didn't affect there horrible drive thru times just to get home and find they forgot the 2 sandwiches lol at lest they got my side and with no answer on the phone I guess I'll see ya tomorrow 😁

    This Arbys seems to always have their stuff together. They are quick and always have good deals. Never have problems here at all. Thanks for always having good workers who are trained well. They always put on a smile even when things are a little stressful during busy times. You have good employees, please pay them well so they stay. It's hard to get the good ones nowadays.

    Flies! Went to the drive through on 3:00pm on a Sunday because it was one of the few places open. Ordered, pulled up to the drive through window and was greeted with a swarm of flies flying all around inside. I don't know what's rotting in side but I'm afraid to touch my food. Hard pass.

    i’ve been to this location three times i think. twice i’ve ordered the mac and cheese and it comes out cold! once, during a lunch rush is understandable, but the fact that it happened twice was a bummer. not my favorite location.

    The only reason this is getting even 2 stars is that for the most part their food was consistently good. We go there for quick date nights away from the kids. That being said, their customer service staff is absolutely ridiculous. The people taking your order in the drive thru constantly sound miserable, you go inside and when you go to order this employee just smacks her gum and says ‘ We are out of roast beef, ugh Anything else’ with the worst attitude. And this happens about 8/10 times we go that the employees are rude or just unprofessionally short. After todays incident, we decided to drive to the Arbys on Washington and WOW, night and day difference from this store. The Washington Arby’s had the kindest, sweetest staff, we didn’t have to repeat any part of our order and the food was absolutely incredibly fresh. Don’t waste your time going to the Arbys on Harrison, make the little extra drive to the Washington street Arbys. Way better experience

    We went through the drive thru, there were 2 cars ahead of us and it only took around 10 minutes to order and get our food. The young man at the drive thru was very courteous, professional and helpful. Our food was fresh and delicious.
