    The pizza was fine, but where's the urgency? When I worked at Pizza Hut in high school it didn't matter how swamped, or how slow we were, there was a high expectation of urgency. I waited longer after my pizza was ready then the time it took for my order to be made and ready to go.

    Cold food delivered 2 hrs after order and wrong. Ordered stuff crust got hand tossed and when told replacement was on its way but never showed up then told was closed.

    We ordered two pizzas and wings online and never got our order. When we tried to call the store to see what happened we couldn’t even get through. Please do not waste your time ordering from here.

    I’m so fed up with this location. They never get the order right, they’re out of product, and they are never open. This is the only location that delivers to our address and yet they are NEVER open during normal hours for ALL other pizza delivery locations and businesses. How do they stay in business with bad customer service, horrible product or major lack of product and never being conveniently opened. This location alone has pushed me to hate Pizza Hut. If you’re not running your business then don’t have a business. Let someone who will provide the public with the quality and product they deserve and are willing to pay for take over.

    Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks. Was told 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours I called back (9:30pm) and was told they were closed (they close at 11pm). I asked if my pizza was still coming. Employee said her last delivery driver for the night could bring it by. After another 30 minutes (2 hour total wait time for medium pizza). The pizza showed up. Bad service. Pizza was cold. What a shame.

    Ordered food on their app at 7:30pm with an ETA of 8:15. I called the store at 8:48pm to see if I could get an update on my order and when it should be arriving, they informed me that all of the pizzas have been sent with Door Dash drivers and should be arriving any moment. It is now over two hours since I ordered, the store is closed and my food still has not arrived.

    We had two melts and 1- 5 piece breadsticks for $30: meat lovers and pepperoni for melts. If I was gonna pay that much. I should have gotten a regular pizza size. The melts are literally one pizza that’s done and has a basic load. The other side is just a crust with cheese and flipped over. I at least expect two pizzas loaded and flipped. And melted properly. Neither of these where done. You pay more for one size. When I can get a family size, let’s say, and have left overs. I understand it’s the convenience of it all. However, both sides should be filled for what I’m paying for.

    Very poor experience!! I ordered through the app and included the tip up front. Someone called from the store and it immediately went to my voicemail. She left a message saying they couldn’t make the pasta I had ordered but would continue making my order. I tried calling back roughly 14 times in a row to see if I could add to my order. Each time I’d call, I’d sit on hold for a few minutes and then I’d be hung up on. I finally drove to the store so I could cancel my order. I won’t be returning…ever.

    I know I placed my order rather late. Just before closing - but it was in and I received confirmation it would arrive ect. Roughly 15-20 minutes later I get a text saying they’ve either changed or canceled my order and to call the store. I called multiple times but was met with the same “we’re closed” message. The tracker still showed it would arrive but not till almost 9pm. So I waited because it said it was on its way.. well no one ever showed or called me. Why send me a message if I can’t contact anyone? Or better yet why didn’t anyone call me to tell me they couldn’t deliver or it was canceled? My number was right there on the order. Super frustrating to make someone wait that long just to receive no answer or communication at all.

    Order the bbq chicken pizza and it came with the normal sauce, looks like the online portal defaulted to it for someone. However the still remade and delivered the pizza to me! Super friendly and made everything super easy. Will always come back!!

    I offered to get pizza for dinner because my husband likes it. There was a 30 minute cooking time, which isn't normal. It turned out that there was only one woman working and she was FREAKING AWESOME.

    We have ordered here 2 times. The first time they brought us 3 large pizzas instead of 2 medium pizzas. And charged for the 3 larges. The second time, they didn't give is our discount from there previous screwe up. And they didn't bring our 2 liter. Every time we call the store location they take forever to answer and when they do, they just hang up. My family and I as well as friends will not be ordering from here again. And our community should stand by not supporting a business who has such poor standards and communication with customers. Businesses need to realize they are selling products and services. And we pay for such things. I don't pay for my simple pizza order to be wrong and for phones to be hung up on.

    They can't take orders down very well at the store at all. You say light sauce and it's not light sauce. They skimp on the toppings

    Whole order was messed up. Ordered wings and got fries. Ordered extra cheese on pizza and there was hardly any cheese. Wings we did receive we not even coated in sauce, there was a tiny amount at the bottom of container.

    Food is always good. Delivery not so much! Always later than estimated time by a large margin. Most recent order was over a hour later than my scheduled delivery time.

    Order was supposed to be delivered at 6:02, it's now 6:41 and no sign of the Pizza. After reading some reviews on this location, I had no idea the process was so complicated for Pizza Hut. I thought you placed an order online, the order entered the store, the employees made the pizza, and then they either delivered it or you picked it up. Apparently the mathematics of this exchange is too difficult to calculate for this location. I feel terrible for putting them through the mental stress of such an ordeal. We typically order from Dominos and now I remember why. This time I felt like I wanted something a bit different, and I got it. Because with Dominos, they deliver the pizza, and Pizza Hut doesn't.

    Ordered pizza from this store, over the phone and they charged our card twice, so be careful using a credit or debit card at this location, they even added on to one of the charges they made... when our bank first notified us the charges were$44,11 and $41.53, and then I was notified again because the one charge they put though changed to$46.53, very unhappy with them since they won't credit our money back.

    Do not order from this location.... ordered 2 pizza's to be delivered, took 2 hours finally they deliver 1 pizza. So I tell the driver he confirms with the receipt I am missing a pizza, I give him a $5 tip and he says he will get our pizza. My kids are hungry waiting for the pizza and after a hour I go to call and they closed... who would do this if you read the reviews they do and take people's money while our food in never delivered .. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN...

    Warning to anyone ordering delivery: Pizza Hut does not disclose they are using Door Dash for their deliveries. Another Door Dash driver who was not the actual delivery driver picked up my pizza and stole my order. When I went in, the Pizza Hut staff explained what happened. I’m only giving 3 stars because the staff was friendly and refunded the order for me.

    I ordered for a 6 pm pickup. The pizza wasn't ready until 6:10 but then it came out cold so it was probably sitting there while I waited. Once I got home the crust wasn't what I ordered and the pizza generally tasted bland.

    Well, usually Pizza Hut pizza is pretty decent, but yesterday it was way undercooked. The dough was too soft, too white. We put it in the oven at 375 degrees for like about 10 mins, after we ate a couple of pieces, and it was better. But we were originally disappointed.

    Since when do you call Pizza Hut for a 20 minute pizza delivery’s does it turn into a hour and half delivery from door dash? Very disappointed and will not call again. Do better Pizza Hut you said 20 to 40 minute wait which is what I agreed to not a hour and a half wait a having door dash delivery.

    On multiple occasions they haid said my order was in, but never delivered, waited over an hour after said delivery time, then called back just for them to say they were closed. I would rate this pizza hut as unreliable and unprofessional.

    Pizza used to taste good here and now is so dry and I paid for extra amount of 1 topping and it was barely the usual amount. Plus they don't inform you that your deliver could be by a 3rd party(door dash) , I don't like door dash and don't want to support them and I'm un comfortable with them possibly tasting/stealing/messing with my food. Cause they could blame it on pizza hut and I have no resolution cause I wouldn't be able to prove if it was door dash or pizza hut whereas if it was delivered by an actual pizza hut driver their would be responsibility. They should let you know when you order, it's suspicious. I try this place every now and then hoping they will get better but they just get worse

    The people at the front were very nice. But I only ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and it took more than 20 minutes to get it to me. It was done before but they never called my name so I had no idea. The pizza was meh-tasting.

    I ordered for a delivery but it never came. I called to know the details and they said it was on delivery a while ago. Whether it was lost or I missed it, they said they'd make the pizza again. I waited with the door wide open, and 2hrs later it never arrived.
