    The pizzas we picked up had very little cheese, at least 1/3 had no cheese. It was super busy when I picked it up. The lady running to the cars was nice. But, it really isn't a cheese pizza if there isn't cheese. Bummer. We won't be coming back.

    Constantly ignore calls. I have called in an order waited on hold 15 min, drove to the store while still on hold only to find my call ringing with multiple employees just standing around. Then I was asked to wait while they answered my call. EDIT 5/25/22 : Seriously, this store has constant issues. If you want to order just go in person. If you want the food made correctly, go in person. Basically, ignore that there is online or phone because neither work. TLDR: slow service, bad food, Domino's

    "Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money." Except they don't. Ordered some cheesy bread and said NO garlic and parmesan on it, got home and it had garlic on it. Called it in and they said I would have a credit. Go back the next day and the guy refuses to honor the credit. Really bad look.

    Tried ordering online 3 different times this year. Every time it wouldn't take my card or cards. Continually says the zip code is incorrect when the zip code is right every time. Call in to place order and had the guy try 3 different cards. 3 different zip codes and it never worked. Kept saying the zip codes are wrong. Was ordering for a business luncheon for an office full of staff. Ended up going back elsewhere each time. Your company needs to figure out your system as my other office tried ordering in south Jordan and he ended up with the same zip code error and went elsewhere. That's us 2 business offices that you lost business due to the system error and your staff just saying oops sorry. You need to have a better understanding staff and better computer paying system. Now I remember why I never buy from your company or locations.

    Most disgusting wings I've ever seen. Get it together Domino's, or just take them off the menu. Slimy, barely cooked, hardly any sauce...so gross!

    So mad. Would give no stars if I could. I ordered online for delivery well before closing time. I got confirmation my order was received and started. Then 20 minutes later notification that my order was cancelled. No call or text or explanation. I'm sitting here waiting for my food. I tried to call and got a 20 minute answering machine message, no one ever picked up. Then I get an email saying my refund will not be processed for 2-5 days. That really helps :( since I still need to buy food tonight.

    Yesterday we ordered and showed up to pick up the pizza. The managers were acting flustered and it became clear that someone had not come to work. Instead of calming down and leading the teens working there, the three adults spiraled into more manic behavior (throwing their hands in the air, huffing and puffing, yelling, etc. ). All the younger people helping stayed calm and were kind to people waiting for their pizzas. Our order was very late and the manager taking my payment kept acting aggressively angry, it was very uncomfortable. After all of that, both of our pizzas were badly burned and I was literally too afraid of the manager to say something. I love Dominos but will not come back to this location. Such bizarre behavior.

    Every time I get pizza here, it’s cut terribly. Whosever job it is to cut the pizza needs to step it up. They’re not even trying. It’s never even close to centered, leaving some huge pieces and some tiny pieces. And it’s not cut all the way through either, so I have to run a pizza cutter through it when I get home. The pizza tastes great but PLEASE step it up, pizza cutter!!!

    Over 2 hours I waited .... still in prep. If you are want pizza make sure to order 5 hours in advance. When I called to ask where my order was, they said "there are other orders ahead of you" ....wow....thanks

    Would have loved to get the pizza, but due to an utter failure on Domino's customer experience, I was unable to. Tried to call to order, no one answer. The prerecorded message tells me to go online. I go online, it says online ordering is not supported. I call, no answer. Amazing that they won't let you buy their product any other way than going to the store, waiting 30-60 minutes for a pizza. How is it that Domino's has degenerated to this level of customer service/experience, worst in history.

    We got our pizza an hour after ordering. We live less than half a mile from the dominos, our pizza was in ‘quality check’ for 40 mins. When it arrived Warm would be an over statement. This was really disappointing. It only got two stars because our dip and bread was hot

    We ordered two thin crust pizzas and boneless chicken wings. Yuk! The pizza was like eating stale crackers and the wings were tiny hard dry chicken nuggets.

    Got a Large Pizza Brooklyn Style and the Philly Cheese Steak Tots. They were both so delicious. The Brooklyn style crust is definitely my favorite.

    I was driving through the area and was hungry. Stopped in and ordered in person. My pizzas were made so fast and everyone in the store was so friendly. The BBQ pizza and parm bites were heavenly. I wish I lived closer to this Dominoes because I would visit it weekly. I love this place!

    My regular domino's in Clinton is terrible. I go out of my way to come out to Layton when I get Domino's because this Domino's does it right. I know employees are supposed to weigh the pizza/ingredients for a perfect mix. But my Domino's does not. Both locations aren't great at getting the garlic sauce on the crust. But Brennan at Layton went out of his way for me recently and it really solidified this Domino's as one I trust. Pay that man more, seriously. Guys like him are the reason guys like me stay loyal to a company.

    Delivery took an hour after the quality check was done via Dominos Tracker. Pizza and bread arrived cold. I tried to call the store for a refund but they kept putting me on hold. I've tried the "dominos guaranteed satisfaction" via the app and it didn't have an option to remedy my issue. I would've given this store a zero star but Google is a bit too nice. I will never order Domino's from this location ever again. (this isn't my first issue with this location)

    Order was completely wrong. BBQ chicken had no sauce. Supreme pizza had BBQ sauce instead of marinara sauce. Have ordered pizza from this location on two separate prior occasions and those orders were also incorrect. Do not go to this location!

    The delivery service was the best last night. The delivery person did forget to drop off our Dr Pepper but they came back 30 minutes later. We weren't mad and it wasn't a big deal but they were sweet to come back. With all the negative people in the world I am sure the driver was expecting us to throw a fit. I hope their night was great and people were kind.

    This dominos has always been quick to make my order, and has rarely made any mistakes with the order itself. However I have never had anything delivered so I can't comment on that service but the service has always been good and the store kept clean.

    I ordered two pizzas one Hawaiian and another with Alfredo sauce, salami and banana peppers. They were both very doughy and the Alfredo pizza had chicken instead of banana peppers. When I called the guy on the phone was very short with me and a little rude. When I arrived to pick up my remade pizzas the kid who handed it to me rolled his eyes at me. At no time did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or act anything other than annoyed. I didn't mind the mistakes, those happen especially at a busy location like that. I am upset about the abysmal customer service though. If I order Dominos again it won't be from this location.

    We love this place We order the same just about everytime and it's always delirious! But there has been a few times we've ordered and got a call that they didn't have enough employees, the last time we lost our free pizza from our pizza points but the store can't do anything about that

    They always make my order in under 10 minutes which is crazy because there’s hardly any ever working there. Workers there are super nice and always working super hard despite being understaffed. I get a pizza 2-3 times a week because I have a bulk diet and they never once messed up my order, it’s always cooked just right

    5 stars for the woman working all by herself making all the orders and helping customers. This store needs more people working than 2 all night. Props to the woman making all that food, you deserve a raise!!

    This store has several times not met the expectations that we saw when we order online. The pizza is rarely ready in the amount of time it says, and they don’t provide a way for you to get your money back over the phone or cancel your order. This is more a Dominos pizza issue overall not just this store, but this store has no answer for customers who order online to avoid the long wait and show up only to find there is still another hour. They should stop taking online orders. We will be getting our pizza from another restaurant and not dominoes in the future

    We had the Honolulu Hawaiian pizza tonight and it was delicious. The sauce has a tangy sweet mixture. It is without a doubt the best Hawaiian pizza we've ever had. The ExtravaganZZa was also really good. Delivered so quickly, and the delivery person was friendly and professional.

    Gotta say this was the first time I have ever been disappointed. An item was missing from order, another burnt and another so rock hard it wasnt edible. when I called them (only about missing item), whom ever answered phone was kinda rude in my opinion. wouldn't even compromise or hear what I was saying. So I finally was able to get a ride over and pick up my item. Gotta say the manager that was there 👍she was totally awesome. she even listened to me and even gave me a 2-littre for the inconvenience. she took a second to listen and acknowledge me i was smiling when I left. i feel so bad for not catching her name but she was awesome ty for caring. mmmmm yummy lol 🤪🤤🤤

    Baby Dean & Dada love Domino's pizza every visit. Every time we go to this Domino's we are greeted very happily by the employees. They always get our order right and service with a smile. Store is always clean & organized. The staff are always happy & incredible! And the pizza 🍕 is always fantastic. Thank you Layton Domino's for an excellent experience every time!
