I went into a store and the lady didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Trust me and I wouldn’t mind doing her job as a part time. Didn’t say hi. I asked her about a product she said she didn’t know. Then I ask her about another product and she said is “probably on the ethnic section”. This is the closest Sally for me but these people doesn’t care for the customer. Will never bring my business here !

Just called for a price and availability.The Girl who answered the phone was rude and Refused to even Give me the price of the item I wanted and told me to come in! Why would I come in when she told me they did not have the item ? Rude and very unprofessional.

I have not been in a Sally Beauty for years. I needed to stop and pick up a very small item. They wanted to charge me 15 cents for getting a bag. They say that's been their policy for 2 years now. I don't know if it's their policy or if it was because I am a POC. Whatever the issue is, I am not certain; I just need to think about shopping in a Sally Beauty again.

I was surprised they carried mannequin heads to make wig with. Super friendly staff and there was big sale in store. Shampoo, conditioner, and hair treatments was buy one get 2nd half off. I gave it 4 stars because SALLYS are more expensive than other stores. It is a great last minute store to go to.

This store is always clean and they're really friendly in here. One girl was stocking the shelves and didn't greet me or offer help, but the girls at the register are always really helpful. You can't beat the prices and the quality of the products are great.

Employees are rude and nasty, they curse and call customers names for no reason. Even after contacting customer service and informing them of my terrible and unprofessional experience, I never heard back. I will continue to contact them and continue to express my concerns and share my experience until they resolve this matter. Don’t go here the employees are inexperienced, and prefer to hang out and chat with friends then do their jobs. Also they are very overpriced and they sell minimal textured hair products. I have been a pain customer here for years, and I will never return there again I recommend all of you do the same.

There was a older lady with short hair working today she told me everything pink or red was 50% off today , I picked out a pink wand that was on sale already n asked if it applied she told me that the color was brown , & that no it did not apply so I bought a pink plugged in wand instead after I got it the 50% didnt come off and she told me it didn't work on styling tools

Whenever I go I feel like the ladies have more experience with you know the different types of collaring especially today you know there's a different trend a really weak and its allies to have someone who knows what they're talking about and don't just say IO fiver you know for you in the direction but are willing to actually give you their time so thanks ladies always xoxo
