First and foremost, Dr. Naderi left me botched, I know several other women surgeries did not go well. I highly suggest you avoid the “plastic surgeon.” A revision rhinoplasty is 19k-30k. Primary Rhinoplasty performed August 2016 by Dr.Naderi. My top complaints where: -deviated septum -bulbous top -bump on my nose. My profile is nice, but that’s only part that is nice. My chief complaints now are: -Uneven nostrils -Valve collapse, making breathing even More difficult than before. -Various asymmetries of the nose. (Dr. Naderi attributes to shrink wrapping) -weakened cartilage This has required me to seek out a secondary rhinoplasty to fix the cosmetic and functional aspects of my nose as a result of surgery by Dr. Naderi. 1mo. Post-op: I was “happy” with my nose there was still considerable swelling, and asymmetry. All I reassured was normal. 6 mo post-op: still okay, still swollen. I brought up my left nostril felt “blocked”. Asymmetries still persisted which reassured was swelling. 1 year post-op: not exactly happy. Dr. Naderi explained my nose has “shrink wrapped”. Did not once seem concerned with reiterating once again the left side felt blocked and difficult to breathe through. 2 years(or more) post-op: Dr. Naderi met with me for a possible revision. My lack of confidence in him happened when he failed to confirm I had a valve collapse due to surgery. My confidence in this doctor to repair what he had damage was lost when he only attributed my appearance to shrink wrapping and did not acknowledge the collapse. Dr. Naderi, I never asked for my nose to be smaller or more narrow or more “perfect”. I simply wanted to breath and have a normal looking nose. Personally I’d like to address this statement, “Listening to other doctors who may be too eager to bad mouth a great surgeon.” No doctor has “bad mouth,” Dr. Naderi, as i have simply withheld that information. I have went to ENTs (not plastic surgeons) in hopes to just undergo surgery to repair the functional aspect of my nose to enable me to breathe. All have recommended that a see a plastic surgery with credentials that they have outlined for me. I did shrink wrap aggressively, but I also have a valve collapse that has never been acknowledged and several asymmetries. Dr. Naderi you canceled my last consult because of my review. Which was not malicious, but it is a review as to what happened to me as a result of surgery by you. You could have kept the consult and spoke with me, but you choose not to.

Be very wary of under eye filler. I met with Dr. Snodgrass two years ago to get some cheekbone filler, and she talked me into getting filler under my eyes and in my mid face. The result has made me look puffy and made my already deep nasolabial folds worse. The filler has not dissolved over the last two years as I still have weird lumps under my eyes. I asked her to dissolve the filler, but she could not. Whenever I'm feeling self conscious about it, I tell people I'm having an allergic reaction.

Absolutely loved my time at the Naderi Center! I came in for a non-surgical rhinoplasty (my first time) and everything went so smoothly. I was a bit nervous but the staff was so welcoming and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Naderi was so professional as well and made me feel at ease when he was going over my procedure - he definitely knows his stuff! During my procedure, he had a new staff member shadowing him so he was taking her step by step and teaching, which I appreciated and felt even more comfortable with him as my doctor. I am so happy with my results and it looks so natural too! The office as well is very clean and they are taking safety precautions for COVID-19 so I felt very safe there, which is especially important during these times. I look forward to my future appointments there!

Dr. Naderi is simply the best. I was so confident and comfortable with him performing my rhinoplasty; I had seen so much of his work beforehand and the results came out beautiful. My results came out amazing and I'm so glad I chose him. He creates the perfect nose for everyones face and it really enhances beauty in a very natural looking way. All of the staff members are so kind and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Both offices are BEAUTIFUL and so clean. Highly recommend this place it is worth every penny.

I went to Dr Naderi for a revision rhinoplasty, I initially met with him in 2018 for a consult he took a lot of time with me listened to my concerns and set realistic expectations. I took sometime to think on everything he shared with me before scheduling my surgery and I finally did it and I couldn't be happier. Dr Naderi knows noses he is an expert and gives you a nose that fits your face it isn't one nose fits all, his skill level and knowledge is unparalleled. He and his staff go above and beyond from start to finish, they are super responsive and they make themselves available to answer all your questions before and after. I can't recommend him enough.

I visited The Naderi Center for Botox treatment for hyperhidrosis and tear trough fillers. Dr. Snodgrass and her assistant Breanna were wonderful. They both were very professional and made me feel less self-conscious. Dr. Snodgrass explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Breanna was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Snodgrass!

He gave me Victoria Beckham’s nose and every day I cry about it. My nose was kinda cute from the front and now it’s wide and bulbous looking (like most of his work). I wish I had spent more time researching plastic surgeons. Now I have to spend even more money on a revision rhinoplasty elsewhere.

Dr Kulak is the best at making you look natural. She listens and takes her time with you which I really appreciate. Her staff is friendly and professional. I made my next appointment before leaving the office and will be seeing her for all my cosmetic procedures. I highly recommend her and her office.

Dr. Snodgrass is very knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. I want a doctor who is experienced and who guides me toward the best medical/cosmetic treatment plan for my needs. Dr. Snodgrass is that doctor, plus she is very easy to talk to, listens to my concerns, and addresses them professionally and compassionately.

I absolutely love everything about The Naderi Center. The location in Chevy Chase is convenient for me, living in Rockville. The office is beautiful, clean, and bright. Both the administrative and clinical staff are educated, organized, and sweet. My favorite part of this practice is Dr. Snodgrass! She is not only a kind and wonderful human being, but amazing at what she does. I've had lip fillers and botox from her and each time the result is beautiful. There are so many services offered here, would definitely recommend checking them out.

Had to leave a review for Dr. Kulak regarding my visit with her today. I went to address a small asymmetry I noticed in my lower eyelids few months after my surgery. She listened, acknowledged and proposed a solution. I agreed to the treatment she proposed as I trust her 100%. The asymmetry is pretty much gone and I am one happy patient. I am very grateful for Dr. Kulak’s attentive demeanor, kind and respectful approach every time we meet. Not once have I felt rushed during my visits with her. My questions are always answered and I know I have found the best plastic surgeon in town. The office staff is extremely friendly and courteous.Thank you all and Merry Christmas

I had lip implants, along with a lip lift. The outcome was amazing and I feel so much better about myself. The Naderi center was very upscale and the staff made me feel like they really cared about my well-being. Everything was about me! Doctor Kulak and her assistant Darya were professional but very caring and made the whole experience easy. They listened to what I wanted and adjusted the procedure accordingly. I could go on but it’s suffice to say that you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Snodgrass is excellent. She’s not only skilled with dermal fillers and Botox injections, but she listens and doesn’t overdo it. I’m vert pleased with a very natural look achieved!

I’m very disappointed with my Botox,it didn’t work for me…..I was told after two weeks it’s gonna be perfect but didn’t,I made again an appointment with Dr.Alexandra Snodgrass, she said I need more Botox and have to pay again, when I protested She told me maybe %10 discounts ……she told me after a month it’ll work for me and didn’t,I was a month and half in Europe and still didn’t change anything that much, I decided not return to Naderi Center at all,I wanted to have filler and eyelids surgery and never gonna be happen,sorry

Yes!!!! I love this place!! A little far for me but sssoooo worth it! I live in Baltimore city . I have permalip, with lip fillers on top. the best decision I’ve made in a while I love the staffing as well I’ll definitely be back in 7 months for more fillers 🤷🏿‍♂️
