I
love
Axis
Sport,
it
is
a
very
unique
and
special
gym!
When
I
was
50
years
of
age,
I
was
in
constant
pain
due
to
back
issues
and
had
to
give
up
tennis
which
broke
my
heart.
After
working
with
an
individual
personal
functional
trainer
for
1
1/2
years,
my
frozen
joints
were
finally
moving
again
and
I
was
ready
to
begin
working
out
and
building
strength
on
my
own.
I
found
Axis
because
my
daughter’s
volleyball
club
sent
their
12-18
year
old
athletes
there
and
I
was
most
impressed
by
the
challenge
and
diversity
of
equipment
and
exercises.
Although
I
have
my
favorite
trainers
at
Axis,
I
have
worked
with
all
of
them
and
each
is
very
good.
After
3
years
at
Axis,
my
back
seldom
aches
(and
it
never
lasts
more
than
a
day
or
so);
the
pain
has
moved
out
through
my
hips
and
knees
as
I
learn
how
to
move
properly
and
strengthen
my
body.
Each
trainer
at
Axis
checks
for
pain
or
injuries
at
the
beginning
of
class,
watches
closely
and
provides
individual
adaptations
to
exercises
as
the
class
moves
through
the
sets
to
ensure
proper
functional
movement
and
avoid
injury.
Amazingly,
over
the
last
3
years,
with
Kris
Rutkowski’s
gentle
encouragement
and
recommendations,
I
have
lost
30
pounds,
look
like
an
athlete
and
am
more
fit
than
ever
in
my
life!
Every
single
day,
at
least
1
person
tells
me
how
fabulous
I
look
–
more
importantly,
I
feel
younger
and
vibrant
(BTW,
I
am
back
on
the
tennis
court)!
After
seeing
my
enthusiasm
and
watching
my
physical
improvement,
my
husband
has
joined
me
at
Axis;
we
absolutely
love
the
classes,
people
and
encouraging
atmosphere.
I
wholeheartedly
recommend
Axis
for
young
and
old
alike.
The
classes
are
varied
and
very
challenging
(working
in
groups
encourages
us
to
work
harder
than
one-on-one
training
and
it
is
easy
to
get
an
extensive,
safe
workout
in
1
hour).
Since
day
one,
I
have
felt
like
I
am
important
to
each
of
the
trainers
at
Axis
and
fitting
2
classes
per
week
into
my
schedule
is
simple
because
of
the
variety
of
daytime
and
evening
classes
offered.
