Absolutely don't stop by here or consider renting. The only thing that's nice is the leasing office. It's definitely been renovated, but nothing else has been across all the apartments. The carpets in the hallways of the apartments are dirty and disgusting. The doors are all painted like it's the 60s. The fridge in the apartment we were shown had dents on it. The whole apartment had a weird smell. Dingy, dirty, and disgusting. The apartments don't have washers or dryers in the units. There were random people hanging around outside all the apartments. We were told if you have guests staying the night they need to park in a lot and then pay .50/hour? I have no idea how this is monitored and that's simply absurd. The good reviews are ABSOLUTELY FAKE. Do not entertain this place at all. The prices are below all other places for a reason. Yes, it's too good to be true.

Reviews are fake. They will usually do some type of prize give away if you give a good review. The apartments are old & always has something breaking. You don't get to control the A.C or heat, so be ready to be in 85°+ inside your apartment until they feel like turning it on. I've had to spend money on hotel rooms for myself & my dog since some days the temperature was near 90° inside the apartment with fans & all windows/balcony open. No point in complaining about this to the office, all they say is " Speak to your state representative." The price for the apartments is crazy Rent is currently 1880 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath with utilities being another 250+. My rent comes out to about $2100+ every month. They charge $60 for trash, but there isn't even a trash compactor near my apartment, I have to drive to another area of the apartment complex to even throw trash away. This place is an absolute joke. They spent so much money on doing ridiculous events like "Movie under the stars" lame "BBQs for residents. It's all just to make it seem like this is such a great place to live when really the apartments are filled with mice, bedbugs, roaches, dirt & trash all around the complex & sections falling apart. District Manager of this apartment complex should reconsider their position. How about instead of doing all these stupid events why not make all units with built-in A.C/heat, add better flooring since I had to move into a unit with stained floors, broken closets & not once had anyone come to fix these things.

The service team member Melese was amazing, came same day and fixed my dishwasher.... Really appreciate this community so far

We have been living here for three years, and we recently moved out. They charged us $450 for bedbugs treatment (might be charged more and will update), but we already reported the pest issues since we saw it starting from two years ago, and another report when we saw their pest control service (they scheduled this service about every 6 months) did not solve the problem, so we gave up reporting and decided to move out. Now, they tell me I need to be charged for this. They should really charge the pest control service they are using! We were really struggling with fighting against the bugs and living with them for about two years. They did not help us solve the problem, but charged us instead. What a surprise!

This place is not a good place to live, a lot of things had happened in my apartment building. Theres mostly kids living in this building and it is not safe for them to go out anymore. There are men that come into the laundry room and do drugs. I have caught several men and teens doing drugs while one of my kids was going with my to do laundry. I have called the office and security guy. They just don’t seem to care about it. Enough is enough! This is not a good environment nor is safe for kids. The office don’t seem to care about the safety nor do even mind to do something about those individuals who always come into our building to do drugs, hang out, and do other illegal and criminal activities. EDIT: Recently I encountered a couple of teens doing hard drugs in the laundry room. ENOUGH with this, we have called and they don't seem to care about their resident's safety. The building has turned into a place where they not only do drugs but also start to deal them as well.

Moved in January and was ready to move out by February. Worst apartment living we’ve ever experienced. Maybe I’ll update this review after our lease is up with more details. Location is so nice, if nothing else we’re praying the cleanliness situation improves asap.

I love living here. The neighbors are awesome. Clean place, no bugs. If i have any concerns or need a quick fix, i just have to call Dominick, and he'll come right over. Problem solved. The club house, gym, and pool are awesome. The rent is cheap for the area. 495 down the street. And the list goes on.....

This is a lovely place to live. The maintenance crew is top notch and super fast. Shout out to Dion, he’s very friendly and excellent at his job.

Love living here so far I’ve been here probably like three months . The staff is amazing they are everything!!!! Loved loved loved the Friday movie Night in the lot such a nice way to spend a Friday when I have no money but wanna be out the house !!!

I don’t know where to start when it comes to Lisa she is an Amazon person beyond her work she is very caring. Lisa will take the time to make sure you get your questions are answered as well she will take the time to support you in anyway she can. My experience with Lisa Ross has been beyond amazing. Monticello falls church are lucky to have Lisa as part of the team she is great asset to the property they company is lucky to have her, the works she has done so far since she took over speaks for itself. Lisa thank you very much for all you do, you are the best.

The staff tells lies right to your face. Washing machine has been broke for several months. Teenagers live in the hall way, nothing is monitored. Laundry Room smells terrible and hasn't been cleaned once since I've been here. The 5 star reviews are fake. Can't wait til my lease is up. This is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Carson is amazing! Professional, informative and friendly. Carson gave me all the information I needed and made the experience pleasant. I love that this property has gas stoves, free parking, a dog park, fitness center, entertainment room, and plenty of closet space. I will definitely love to make this place my home.

Carson is Amazing ! He’s very professional , patient and welcoming to all questions , ensuring all your questions are answered . If there is something he did not know , Carson made it his business to get the proper answers. Dominik from the maintenance is great! He really knows how to fix our problems in our home. He takes his time when needed. Thanks for helping us!

The apartments weren’t for us but Carson was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would give him 5 stars if there was a separate choice for it
