I had a reservation here for 9/7. I arrived around 1p to check on early check-in and was told that it'll be $20 per hour extra unless I wait until 3pm. Decided to go grab something to eat and wait until 3pm (3:04p to be exact). Get there and they give me keys to a room that housekeeping is currently working on. Go back to the Front desk and let the manager know and he gives me a new room. Room is very outdated and old looking. My wife moves back the covers and finds a bug in the bed. We decide to leave and check out after less than an hour. Manager seemed unconcerned and as if he's heard this kind of stuff before. I wouldn't stay here for free. There's other hotels close enough to the airport for you to stay at. Don't waste your time with this one.

The hotel is ok. It’s definitely nothing too special but it was fairly clean and the staff were pretty friendly. If you travel for business be advised that the Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent as it either keeps dropping or the speed is so bad that you can barely send a text. They have free breakfast, however the choices are pretty limited, some cereal, muffins, eggs and some other pre made things. Probably the best thing are the waffles as you can make these yourself with the batter provided. Also the hotel is not in the most accessible area so you will have to either have a car or Uber everywhere.

Pleasant hotel. It’s close to the airport. The staff are nice and helpful. One big issue though is the curtains were white and sheer and there’s giant lights right outside the window. The room was so bright at night I barely slept at all. The bathroom was also kind of dirty. Also the elevator is sketchy. The staff is super nice though.

Older Indian man at desk was rude. We stayed two nights and saw signs posted in the elevator there would only be alternate days housekeeping which was alright with us until I found that includes clean towels. I went to the desk and asked for another set for the next morning he pointed to a sign on desk about the housekeeping told me I should've seen it upon checking in which I didn't besides even if I had I wouldn't have thought it meant clean towels. He begrudgingly brought me clean ones. I informed him they should make it clear on their website so a customer can decide before they commit deposit etc to this hotel. He was arrogant from get go. I have to say the room was very clean despite that I would not choose this hotel again I can get clean and polite elsewhere. Seems Americans are stuck paying more for less it's getting old. The breakfast is continental brown bananas, microwaveable frozen sandwiches, waffles just something to eat all packaged except for waffles.

It's true what they said you get what you pay for. Majority of the items in the room about fell apart, or was rusted or looked like it been chewed up, or scratched on. Honestly It needs a good remodeling ASAP, it was to the point where I left My reservation early and booked with another hotel, stay at your own risk

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, making it a standout choice for travelers seeking a truly luxurious retreat. The staff are undoubtedly the heart and soul of this establishment. From the front desk to the House keeping, every team member exuded warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable stay. The level of attentiveness and personalized service I received throughout my visit was unparalleled, creating an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home.

The room appeared clean but the furniture was worn. I could deal with that, what I could not deal with was the atrocious condition of the breakfast area at 8:15am in the morning. There was waffle batter, milk, sugar, etc. all over the counters and floors tables were piled high with dirty plates, and smeared with food, and the floors were dirty and sticky. They were out of coffee in the dispenser, and when we went to tell the staff they told us just to get some from the lobby. Everybody in there was talking about her nasty it was. I took one look, and left and went to Cracker Barrel. Everybody in there was talking about how nasty it was. This was not an isolated incident as I am now reading other similar comments from people who stayed at different times.

We chose this hotel for the 3-star rating, the location, the rate, and the positive reviews. Here is the good: ▪︎ We booked on Priceline the day of our stay and checked in after midnight with no issues. ▪︎ The location was perfect for what we needed in the Herndon VA area. ▪︎ There was a parking spot for our SUV and trailer. Here is the not so good: ▪︎ The hallways were scattered with trash. ▪︎ The smell of bleach was overpowering. ▪︎ The desk chair in our room had much of the vinyl rubbed off and the chair was noticeably dirty. ▪︎ Super thin comforter and lumpy mattress. ▪︎ Ripped curtain that had been poorly sewn back together. ▪︎ By 8:30am the breakfast area was just about depleted of food and coffee and there was no attendant in sight. Waffle batter was everywhere and no one had wiped counters or tables. ▪︎ The banquet cushion was totally void of the vinyl covering and not able to be wiped off. Overall review... We wont stay there again. The hotel needs to start an immediate furniture remodel and hire someone to properly manage the breakfast area.

I really loved the fact that they have an airport shuttle service for free which is to be frank the only good thing about this hotel. I chose this hotel because I had good experiences in the past with Country Inn & Suites brand in North Carolina and South Carolina and I was hoping I would have similar or better experience. After arrival to the hotel, the front desk agent had visible skin related health issue which made me feel very unpleased. Be alarmed, this hotel does not offer free water for their guests and they have to be purchased at $3 a bottle. The breakfast options were very limited and disappointing too. Although this was not cheap at all specially for this time of the year, I would definitely pay more to go somewhere else next time.

The hotel parking lot was full. That's usually a good sign. But not in this case. A sign at the front desk stated that rooms would be cleaned every other day. When we got to the room we found old, tired furnishings. The pillows were tiny and flat. Bathroom water pressure was awful. And as for security, it was possible to prop the rear exit door open with a bit of wood left nearby. The owner of this hotel is clearly making a good profit. Please book elsewhere so they understand that hotel customers should at least be treated decently.

Overall decent stay. Furniture is a bit weathered and the bed is not very comfy, but for a one night stay, it was fine. I do like the fact the bed is in its own room. Fridge and microwave were included. Is it luxurious? no. Is it better than a motel 6 stay? yes, in my opinion.

Big room with living room area. Good value, helpful staff. But not enough pillows, broken ice machine, stale bagels, slow internet. Also, the curtains don't close! There's a sheer that does cover the whole window, but it's too sheer for privacy or if you want the room dark dark during the day.

The front desk clerk, Maddy was great. When we arrived I was told my reservation was canceled, which I realized it was a security measure by my bank. Maddy got us the room type I reserved at the same price without question. There was an issue with the TV and Maddy was there to fix it. He had a great attitude and made sure we had a great stay. Thank you, Maddy. The hotel is clean, the bed was great, the location is convient to our needs, and the room was rather large...NICE! We would stay agian if we ever needed a place in that area again.

Rooms are clean and relatively quiet. Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk staff seemed to be absent during the breakfast hour. Some security concerns as the lock on the external door to the parking lot was broken off and hanging from the door. Anyone could just wander into the hotel from a side entrance.

The room is dirty and the bed sheets is nasty. There is a lot of stuff needs to be taken care of, you go downstairs to get some hot tea you will find the hot water is cold water, so you drink iced tea instead of hot tea. Bad experience

Very stingy on towels. A little difficult to get to/find and a few blind corners, so just be aware going in that you can't whip around the place. Dryer works and runs for about 45 minutes if you have to do laundry

Great hotel. Great location and great price. Problem was someone hacked my phone from there. Reported that wife and friends were getting strange messages from my number. Cell phone company said it's a ghost call scam. Be aware not everyone there is honest even if it's a nice hotel.

I've stayed at lot of hotels the pass decade, for fun, love, work, escaping bs. I've never had anything to say about any of them till this morning Dec 6, 2022 here at the Country inn & suites the RUDEST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. And Dirtiest, and broken!!! Stepped on a nail outside of the bathroom, the toilet set slipped dramatically, wired activity use on my card, and then to top it off 15mins before breakfast is over some employee wants to start cleaning up and turning things off. It's now 10:05 I got bk to my room at 10:55. U really couldn't wait to start cleaning. This place was just not the place for meeee, But definitely good enough for in and out. Watch ur foot steps and I guess do ur breakfast jail hrs. Oh and pay cash.

The room HVAC controls did not work accurately. The airport shuttle starts too late to get an early flight. Site manager told me they would call for a taxi and cover the cost which was a lie. If you are looking for access to the airport and extend parking, there are much better options.

Excellent lodging for overnight stay before flying out of Dulles. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Free breakfast. No restaurant, but Burger King less than 150 feet from the front door and a 711 a bit further. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

Poor quality room & service with top level price. No or poor internet, no complementary bottles of water, poor quality of bed & pillows, very few toiletries. Least options at breakfast, very few items of foods, very basic. Heard that before Covid, it was at a satisfactory level but currently not a good choice.

Very comfortable beds and nice rooms. TV decent size. Place is kept very clean. The breakfast place pics are a bit deceiving since they are before pandemic. Only hot item to be cooked is waffles. But they do have Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich. Which microwaved not bad. But there is a BK right across from them & other places close to location.

Checking in after midnight (delayed flight), given a dirty/messy room which clearly hadn't been cleaned - bed was unmade (recently slept in), bath was full of warm water (someone had recently had a bubble bath), room keycards still on the desk. No way I was going to stay there. Front desk very unhelpful - no others rooms available, no way to get my room ready, unwilling to help me find a room somewhere else. Noped out of there very fast.

The accommodation was fine for a mid-range airport hotel. However, the airport shuttle was not operational on a normal Monday afternoon. I spoke to the reception and they told me I would have to use an Uber instead as there was a problem with the shuttle. Additionally they would not cover the costs of alternative transportation. Having a reliable airport shuttle is essential for a hotel at an airport! If they are unable to provide this service for whatever reason they should at least cover the cost of alternative transportation.

The staff was very welcoming and quick to resolve technical issues. However, one of the beds had a blood stain. Great thing I got a double. Then it was very difficult to get the shower to work the cleaning staff attempted but eventually I was able to get it to work. Love the continental breakfast area was dirty most likely from a guest but staff should have quickly cleaned area for other guest. Thankfully Burger King is right across the hotel.

This facility could be nice if the owner would fix it up and maintain it. Unfortunately, our experience as well as the experiences of many other guests the day we were there were negative. I could detail some of those bad experiences, but would just sound bitter. I feel sorry for the front desk clerk who tried her best but was left hanging by a maintenance man who never showed, by an owner who didn't seem to care, and by communications and instructions from guests that didn't result in actions.

Excellent hotel! I’ve been to all the hotels nearby from Hyatt house and Marriot Fairfield in to comfort inn and extended stay. This is by far the best and cleanest among them and surprisingly less expensive! The highlight of this hotel for me was the cleanliness and it didn’t fail to impress! The breakfast is also good. Good job guys and keep up the good work.

They did not have a crib for my baby, which you had reserved 3 weeks ago. According to the receptionist you only have one crib for the entire hotel. So if you have a baby it is best to bring your own. They did no have other solution .

The front desk is very helpful. I left my important stuff in the room and realized it after checkout. They helped me promptly and managed to get my stuff delivered to me. Overall experience is good.

Love Country Inn and Suites and this location lives up to the standards of the other locations I've stayed at. Clean rooms, great service with helpful workers and delicious breakfast options. Not to far from lots of fun and adventures including Great Falls and even a day trip into DC. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are visiting northern Virginia.

You can very easily hear the people all around you so it’s tough to sleep. Also the airport shuttle doesn’t start in the morning until 8:15.
