I came here on a couple of occasions as I was intrigued by the Korean-Mexican fusion cuisine offered here, not to mention it is halal too. I tried the burrito bowl and really enjoyed it along with the cheese fries. Plenty of seating is available indoors with great service. Highly recommend!

We came to Bebop during a trip to DC after hearing about it from multiple people. The drive to Fairfax to eat here was so worth it. The food served here is unique, filling, and reasonably priced. It’s all halal too. The Gogi Burger might be the best thing here. It’s simple and the meat is delicious. Other standouts are the Bulgogi Steak & Cheese and the Bulgogi Fries as a side. I also tried the Bulgogi Tacos - they were also good but I think the other things are better. We kind of overdid it on our order but we took the leftovers home and they were still great the next day.

Very filling bowls with a mixture of flavors for only $15! Bebop is a build your own meal type of place, with bowls, burgers, quesadillas, and burritos. They have a handful of different proteins and for toppings, they prioritize 2 different flavor profiles: Korean and Mexican. We ended up getting bowls “Korean Style” and it was so much food for one sitting! Definitely got my money’s worth from my bowl and I’ll be coming back soon to try the “Mexican Style” for their bowls!

Fast casual restaurant with an amazing Spicy Gogi burger. Got a single stack for $7 and have nothing to complain about other than that I wish it were bigger because it tasted so good. The Gogi (meat) was the right amount of spicy, sweet, crispy, and juicy. I tried a bit of my partner's burrito and I wouldn't recommend it based on taste (it's basically bibimbap in a burrito) and only if you want a massive burrito that you can't fit into your mouth. There is a small space for indoor dining and a couple outdoor dining tables. The setup reminded me of the to Vienna Taco Bamba but smaller. The single bathroom needed some attention.

Highly highly recommend this halal Mexican Korean establishment. The sauce in the burgers is soy and tang at the same time. The crispy chicken sandwich is very good. The hit here is their bulgogi fries. I there is too much sauce but everyone really seemed to enjoy it. Highly recommend the Korean quesadillas as well. I just love the red meat, soy and sweet combination. Looking forward to going back if I’m ever in the DC area again.

Maybe a bad day? SERVICE: Excellent! Once they saw me. The gentleman had a professional smile and was extremely polite and helpful. FOOD: Oh, well... I got the bulgogi burrito with yellow rice. I have eaten yellow rice at other Mexican restaurants, and I love it, BUT not this one. It had "cero sabor" (zero flavor, 맛이 안나요) and was more a mushy version of rice. I'm not saying it tasted bad, I'm saying it was bland. It's definitely not what I'm used to and love. Plus, putting mushy rice with moist meat doesn't make sense. The rice is already mushy, to then add another juicy item is just, in my opinion, not a good mix. If the rice was more aldente, then it would fit the dish. The bulgogi meat was tasty but a bit overly sweet compared to the traditional bulgogi. So, the sweetness needs to be toned down a bit. Maybe for a spicy dish, it will fit, but for a non-spicy dish, nope, no, 아니요. The churros, that was a sad experience. I make them so for me, these didn't seem freshly made. Plus, I had an aftertaste that I couldn't figure out. Definitely those I will stay away from. LOCATION: Great! Tons of parking and a lot of other nice stores to visit. BATHROOMS: One bathroom for all genders. Decent, simple, clean. In need of a bit of TLC. SUMMARY: RIice needs to be addressed. Each item placed in a dish needs to hold its own flavors, and then once together, they must form a cohesive flavor. Remember, if the rice has corn, plus another sweet item in itself, then the sweetness jumps out. Flavors shouldn't jump out they should slowly let you enjoy their goals in the dish in a subtle manner. Together they can all pop to give you a flavorful experience. HOW TO FIX THE RICE: Definitely needed a bit of salt. It would have done the trick. And the rice needs to be less mushy. RETURN FACTOR 💯 % I think I just had bad luck. The person who recommended it loves it. RECOMMEND A FRIEND: 0% Until I go again and see what experience I have. Next time, I'll go with a friend to have two separate opinions. Again, all the above comments are just my opinions.
