Courtney is awesome! Homes are super spacious and having a yard makes it feel truly like home. Office and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any need I may have. Love my home!

The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful every time I come in or contact them. I caught them right when they were about to leave but I did call first and they waited for me! Most offices won’t even answer close to closing. I just needed to drop something to them. They go above and beyond and that makes a difference.

I have been living in Windover Villas for seven years. I couldn't recommend a better place to live. The staff goes above and beyond in every way. The maintenance department is fantastic. They come over and fix things almost immediately and are very professional. Thank you Windover staff!

A great experience in this beautiful and quiet place, Courtney is a very kind, attentive person, always willing to help with everything. Hanzel, the maintenance supervisor, is always attentive to any need for the community. My experience is that Windover is a wonderful place with wonderful people.

The community is very well-kept by the maintenance staff, they are also very prompt to resolve any maintenance issues. Courtney and Eskeily are absolutely wonderful, always responsive and helpful with any concern you may have. Each home has spacious rooms, a garage with a driveway, great place to live!

Mr Hansel provided excellent customer service and is really making my transition back into the state a thing of ease as complicated as moving is. If you need anything, make Hansel your go-to guy as he will try his best to make you happy. He has been a tremendous help to me and my family.
