Fun venue! Concerts on Friday nights on the Plaza Terrace during the summer is wonderful. I would give more stars, except someone really needs to place more signs giving directions from the parking garage to the plaza. The place is a maze and very hard to navigate if you're a first time visitor. Google Maps don't help when the venue is outside in the middle of the mall area.

The plaza is a nice outdoor place to spend time with others. There is access to a playground, turf areas, and even seating with gas fire pits. At night it is well lit and lively. We have spent time here as a family with younger children and the kids love exploring the area. Metal birds are placed all over the plaza and provide a fun option for “finding”.

If you enjoy a scavenger hunt this is for you. It's very difficult to find. They advertise their outdoor seating and the ability to walk up. First off you CAN'T reach it by car or even get close. It's on the 2nd level near Lord&Taylor's. The outdoor seating can only be accessed once you're in Shake Shack. Probably only fin scenario would be if you were shopping and craved a burger and the weather's nice. Otherwise there are too many variables. They should consider a better location their vibe is consistent with drive up capability.

This is a nice place. They sometimes have music and activities. I would recommend this place.

KIDS PLACE STRUCTURE - next to Shake Shack. Overall a nice plaza with direct connection over to the Metro.

We love The Plaza There is a playground, ping pong tables are usually out along with other games. Nice places to sit. Family friendly. Events are held throughout the year. Relaxing environment. Diverse. Safe.

Great place for quality social time with family or to catch up with friends. A good amount of food options.
