Dr Sannoh and her staff are amazing, they all treated me like I was their only parent. Dr Sannoh’s bedside manner was a top notch. She listened to me and treated me with respect. I will definitely recommend her services.

I always leave content after my visits with her. She's thorough, she listens and always pleasant. Her personnel is always professional, courteous and just plain sweet. They make a great team and make it a pleasure to come to. I would highly recommend Dr. Sannoh to anyone in need of a great internist and healthcare physician.

So, my first experience with this office from the staff to Dr. Sannoh was A+. They are all very professional, caring, and interested in the patients! This office sets the standard as to how the doctor and staff should present themselves and treated patients. I so wish other offices were half as professional, thoughtful and impressive! This is my 3rd year going on 4th year with such an awesome doctor. I am so grateful for her and the staff. My health has been at it’s best in over 20 years and I can’t thank her enough. I have now referred my family to her and I am confident they will enjoy her as much as I do. Thank you 🙏🏽 so much for all that you do for every one of your patients.

I would have rated it five stars except the wait period was long. My appointment was at 1pm (I arrived at 12:45pm to complete new patient paperwork prior to 1pm) but I wasn't called back until 1:45pm. Once I was called back, everything was great. The nurse (Destiny) was very pleasant and asked a lot of questions to get background regarding my medical history. Once that was done Dr. Sannoh came in. Dr. Sannoh is also pleasant. She is a very good listener. She took the time and addressed all my concerns, and she explained things in a way that I was able to understand. I look forward to having Dr. Sannoh as my PCP.

They says 1st impressions says alot, I was very pleased of the level of professionalism i experienced here. The receptionist was very polite, the office felt welcoming and the Doctor was amazing. I felt she was genuine about the care of my well-being. I have already recommended her to several of my co-workers.

My experience was amazing.The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The office itself was clean and calming. Then when I met with the Doctor (my doctor) lol. She makes u feel so comfortable and she explains everything to you and actually gives her perspective on what she thinks is best for you. She also listens to you. Everything I hoped for I received . Good day! I had been a patient of Dr. Sannoh for about 3 or 4 years now. As a physician, she was great. Late a few times, but overall, she was ok—enough for me to stay as a patient. Here recently, I’ve noticed changes that were for the great good of her practice. About a month and a half ago, I made several attempts at trying to schedule an appointment, leaving voicemails. Her staff acted as if they had no recollection of voicemails, when I know in fact I’d been making them. After finally getting an appointment, she ordered routine blood work. I went to have it done and results came back from the lab within a few days (3/2/2022. I received notification from the lab and waited to if she’d contact me to discuss the results as I seen somethings that were worth discussing. Not hearing from her as of (3/10/2022), I placed a call into her office and I was told I’d have to schedule an appointment, pay an additional copay for to discuss PREVIOUS LAB RESULTS. I think that’s about unusual, that should be within the visit early this month I’m which she ordered the labs. As of today, I go back into the insurance portal and find a new physician.

It was a breath of fresh air. My appt. was actually on time. My meeting with my new PCP wasn’t rushed, she took the time to talk with me and made suggestions to discuss with my Specialist. I hope it stays like this because I left my previous PCP because an appt. almost always took 2.5-3 hours over the last 10 yrs. Very disrespectful of the patient’s time.
