I was told that since I experienced a migraine and missed the first visit to set up care (my migraines are debilitating and I am focused first and foremost on my health and surviving the migraine when I am in the midst of an episode) that I would not be allowed to schedule EVER with Dr. Struthers. So, discrimination here based on a chronic health issue/disability. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they hung up on me. Horrible customer service and a terrible practice. I will be filing complaints. I hope they are not treating their disabled tiny patients the way they treat their chronic condition/disabled parents!

Dr. Davies has been my kids' pediatrician since they were born. We absolutely love him! He always explains the science behind procedures or illness. I think understanding the why behind treatment is so important and you can tell Dr. Davies loves explaining the science behind the medicine. My son has had health issues since he was born and Dr. Davies has always gotten us referred to the correct specialists to handle his health.

My daughter has been coming here for years. It is so nice that when your child needs to be seen quickly, they are able to see any provider, in the event that their primary Dr. is booked up. Dr. Hatala retired and we sure do miss him, but we also have seen Dr Ost and Dr. Davies. Our last visit with Dr. Davies was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable, shows he truly cares, and did not leave any stone unturned. Highly recommend University Place Pediatrics. We have never had to wait long at all in the waiting area, which are huge bonus points with having littles. Big thank you to the front staff, and the providers!

I have been trying to make an appt for a well visit for my son for 2 weeks now. Because we have recently relocated and he is due for his first round of vaccinations the appt is somewhat time sensitive. I was referred to two different Dr's at this practice and they accept our insurance so I thought choosing them for my son's care was a no-brainer. Unfortunately I keep getting forwarded to an unattended phone line to leave a voicemail and have been unable to talk to anyone that can help schedule an appt. After leaving messages since September 14th someone finally called me back today but I missed the call. I called them back right away and was told by the front desk that the scheduler was now out of the office and that I was free to leave another voicemail. No, thank you. I will take him elsewhere.

Dr Skarzynska is absolutely wonderful. She sees both of our children and we trust her expertise and value her opinions with our children's care greatly. The staff is all knowledgeable, kind and caring. Couldn't ask for a better care team.

I just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy brought him to UP pediatrics for his first checkup. Being a first time mom definitely comes with a lot of anxiety and concern about baby’s health and wellness but Dr. Chang and the staff at the office were so sweet and reassuring. Dr. Chang was patient and kind while addressing all my concerns. I highly recommend UP pediatrics to all parents!

I am so grateful for this Pediatric office for my kids. They've been here for 15yrs. Hard to find a doctors office in general that is personable and caring. Looking at some of these reviews it boggles my mind. With the capacity of sick people right now. Scheduling typically is not hard, although right now everywhere in all fields are slammed at hospitals and doctors office. So I understand if schedules have been full more than usual. It's sad that other families are not as understanding with this. All doctors, nurses, M.A's etc. are doing the best they can with what is available. For that we appreciate them. They always do their best between the nurses and doctors advice. Its not something you typically find at other offices. Staff is so friendly. My kids will be here till they are kicked out lol! As a mom to two daughters, one of whom is medically complex Dr.Ost and the whole team from Sarah in referrals to the nurses( Lori and Heather to name a few) they have all been so helpful and responsive to our needs. It makes one less headache for this mama when you normally always feel you have to fight for your child. Thank you for all you guys do!!

The front desk is so dry. Talking to them makes me feel like I'm speaking to someone from high-school that just hates me. Next time I'm going to bring a snack to lighten up their darkened days, Jesus Christ.

Dr. Ludke is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable and also compassionate and helped me feel more at ease as a new mom. Scheduling is always easy and they are very efficient at getting you in and out.

Great place to take our two young children. Check in quick and with little wait time. Dr. Ludke is wonderful!

I love this place with my whole heart. EVERY person in the office- doctors, nurses, schedulers/office staff, finance/insurance - is INCREDIBLE. I always feel listened to, validated, and supported — will continue to bring my family here as they grow up ❤️

Our doctor did a thorough job assessing and addressing our daughter’s issue. Our frustration is regarding the rigidity of what can be dealt with at which appointments. We have to have separate appointments for each health need. Not only is it expensive, but it interferes with our school and work schedules. We appreciate the kind care our daughters receive but for the above reasons we are seeking care elsewhere.

We see Dr Davies and have been so grateful for his knowledge, approach, and communication. Because he takes the time to explain and advise, we feel confident our child is receiving the best care.

I love this place. I have been taking my son here since he was 2. Dr. Struthers is his primary doctor and she is amazing! She always talks to us like people and checks every box concerning his diet, home safety, etc. everyone I’ve encountered is so nice! I love it!

We love Dr Ost. My son who is 19 has seen her most of his life and now my other children get to see her. We are very grateful for her advice and help through the raising and health process.

Geez, where to begin this hospital is absolutely amazing. Every single staff member I’ve encountered over the year that I’ve been going. There has been amazing, helpful, kind, sweet, caring, all of the above when my daughter slipped and fell and got a goose egg on her head I was so worried so I called them and they got me in ASAP to see the doctor. My daughter just turned one yesterday and she has seen a few of the doctors that practice there and each and every single one of them have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you to all the staff who work at University Place pediatric clinic.

UP Pediatric Clinic is fantastic and we have recommended them MANY times to friends and neighbors (many who now go there, too). We have never had a bad experience with them, ever. Thank you for doing what you do so well!

I was introduced to UP Peds when my niece was 8 and needed an emergency appendectomy. Dr Davies identified the issue and sent us straight to the ER. I was pregnant with my first child at the time and he has been our family's pediatrician for 21 years now. He always takes time to chat and connect with my girls about their current interests, even if just for a couple minutes. The other Drs who have been available when he was not are always just as friendly and caring. And the office staff have been there for years! That's always a good sign to me. I feel very lucky to have found such a talented, caring group of people to care for my kids.

Love Dr. Ludke and Kat. They are an amazing team and make us first time parents feel sane. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Dr.Ost is the most amazing pediatrician I have ever come across. I have 5 under 5 and one has a disease that’s incurable and she has been the greatest support within his health and my mental health , she is amazing with all my children they love her. Any time we have had er visit they genuinely just want to see her. The love she has for kids is so genuine. It’s like this is a hobby she loves not just a paycheck. I have big trust issues when it comes to anyone with my kids but with Dr. Ost & her team & Lori I have no trust issues they always are looking for all 5 kids best interest. I highly recommend Dr Ost. You’ll never be clueless or in doubt. She always clarifies and reassures you. Thank you so much 💗

This is the best pediatric office! We see Dr Davies and he is amazing. We’ve seen all the other doctors and they are just as great. They genuinely care for their patients. They are also able to see my kids same day when needing an urgent appointment.

I’ve been a pediatric ICU nurse for 17+ years, my husband a nurse 20+, we take our kids to see Dr. Ost and like her style. She knows what she’s doing, ordered the right labs and imaging for my son right off the bat. She is right to the point and doesn’t sugar coat things. Another review mentioned her bedside manner seemed a little apathetic but I didn’t find that to be true. She is warm when needs to be and talks to my kids without it feeling fake. For my other son, provided three options to dealing with issues and was patient to let us decide as a family what we felt was the best route. The clinic had great parking, the staff got labs off my son in one stick (one needle poke attempt) and we waited maybe two minutes in the waiting room. For now during COVID, you text when you get to the parking lot and they’ll text back when you can come into the waiting room to avoid overcrowding the place.

This clinic is incredibly unwelcoming, especially for the population of people they serve (children). There is not an ounce of color anywhere and the exam rooms are so sterile. Being a peds clinic it should be fun, colorful, and welcoming for kids of all ages. Clinic aside, Dr. Davies clearly has no business being a doctor, let alone a pediatrician. He is extremely disgruntled and makes any parent feel like they are interrupting whatever else he has going on in his day. He didn't ask any questions and was more than irritated to answer any of ours at our well-child checkup. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor or this clinic.

11 years with them and I have ALWAYS been impressed with their caring front and back office staff. While I loved and miss Dr Hautala, Dr Skarzynska is absolutely amazing and just a perfect fit for our family . I cannot recommend her more highly.

I have no experience with the doctors here but the scheduler is horrible. It has been almost a week and I have no response from the booking department. Bad customer service.
