I paid 24 dollars for 18’ pizza and I think it was worth it. The sauce that is used is great and better than most places but the pizza came out kinda soft and not well done. The crust didn’t have a crunch to it and I would have benefited if it was in the oven for an extra 5 mins. Besides that it’s good first time here

There has always been something about Ledo's food that is so delicious. I guess it would be the way they make their crispy homemade bacon to put on their pizzas and salads and a lot more other things that the ad to make such wonderful food. I go to Ledo's at least two to three times a week because their salads to me are the best. I would highly recommend going there even if you are trying to watch your weight the salads are great but when you want to have some fun their pizzas will blow your mind.

I have been coming to this Ledos location for years. The staff are wonderfully welcoming. You feel like family when you come in. They remember what you have previously ordered from them. If you want awesome customer service come on in, sit right down and get ready to be spoiled.

I've always loved Ledos pizza. My visit to the Montgomery Village location was excellent. The pizza was FANTASTIC, as usual! The service was great. The atmosphere at this location is low-key, as it's a rather quiet area and not a large Ledos location. There were plenty of tables available, though. It is particularly family-friendly and the Proprietors are super-nice! If you haven't tried Ledos Pizza I highly recommend it. They specialize in a thin crust pizza featuring a "pastry crust" style pizza that is bursting with delicious flavor!

We love Ledo’s! And we make it a point to get their pizza any time we are in Montgomery Village, MD. Their thin-crust large is indeed LARGE and is great as leftovers too. And their tagline - Never Cut Corners - always makes me smile 😊 because of their rectangular pizzas 😀 Just one suggestion - please add olives to your veggie pizza. It will make a great pizza perfect!

I visited Ledo’s yesterday for a lite dinner, I order a Gyro and a small Caesar salad, the salad we delicious, now for what was supposed to be beef & lamb looked like an ole cut tongue from a shoe, it was dry & leathery as was the, oh no the sauce wasn’t even on it, the entire gyro was a bust whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves for even sending this out to a customer, ask yourself if I have you a dry leathery gyro you would be happy with it. I should have bought it back but I threw it away. This is not how good should be served to customers period!! Next time I know to open up my food before I leave out of your establishment.

This Ledos has really improved. The customer service has always been great. This is a new young guy that has improved the taste of the pizza as well. I recommend it and @goatwaterzen on YouTube

This is the best location for Lasagna. Every time I order it, it is delicious...well seasoned and hot! Very tasty and I recommend it! The cheesy bread is so good. The customer service is awesome!

I am all for giving restaurants a second chance, but this was your second strike Ledo in Montgomery Village. Your motto of not cutting corners must not apply to how you bake a pizza based on request. When someone asks for it well done, don’t tell me your the manager and you helped insure the pizza was well done. How can the bottom of the crust be doughy. The first time you burnt the pizza so much we had to bring it back to be replaced. This time you gave my money back and hopefully you threw it in the trash. As a over 10 year loyal customer at this location, perhaps hire people who care like you used to as clearly upholding the quality Ledo name isn’t in your deck of cards anymore. I would expect this from Little Caesars at $5 you get what you pay for, but for $14 why should I have to waste $6 more in gas and have my 80 year old have no dinner while I was busy in business meetings. Never again! Thanks for the refund, we took our business to a Ledos location who actually cared after hearing our story and offered $5 off the pizza and a coupon free appetizer next trip. How hard would that have been?? Glad to give my hundreds a month to another location that actually prepares what you ask for and doesn’t waste gas money and time to come remake a pizza that for the second time has been worthless and inedible.

I always liked to eat thin pizza at Ledo pizza, I invited my two young grandchildren to go to eat pizza, but I was disgusted because it was another customer eating and he was coughing a lot and blowing his nose without covering his mouth. I am so worried now because the children were eating so happy the pizza and chicken wings. That black man didn't have any consideration about the other three senior customers sitting across his table and the lady serving the tables. It looks like that he was coughing without covering his mouth and he was doing it by and evil purpose to get other contagious with whatever virus he is carrying with him. I am so worried about the children.

Fantastic customer service. We go there every Saturday with the swim team and the servers working those times do a great job managing the MANY people we have there at the same time. Thanks.

Have you ever thought to yourself, “I wish customer service was what it used to be, pre-pandemic!” Well this location has it. I had a rocky start placing an order over the phone because they were busy and closing soon. After arriving had been a little bit of miscommunication and the order was never placed. The lady at the front rushed the order for me and apologized. Then manager was informed and took the time to hear out my concerns. She then offered me to refund or credit me and truly would not let me leave without a smile on my face. She was so extremely kind and pleasant it was a true joy to get customer service of that level. The manager, April, not only apologized, she offered solutions! I mean let’s get real that rarely happens in this “labor shortage” work force. It was just extremely refreshing to know that she cared about the people that walked in. She even went as far as to make sure that after closing she serviced and feed an elderly man that walked in with no hesitation or complaint. Mistakes happen and I just want to say thank you to April publicly. P.S. the food was amazing as usual!

My husband and I love the Montgomery Village Ledo’s! The pizzas are super fresh with high quality pepperoni and other ingredients. The store is clean, the service is outstanding. We love the Gyros, pizza, pasta dishes, and other menu options. Great family place, too.

I waited about 30 minutes for a small cheese pizza… I won’t come back to this location. My pizza was cold when I picked it up. It didn’t taste fresh at all. The lady at the counter was taking orders and helping guests get seated… they might need to hire more staff to help the location run better! I should have asked for a refund but lesson learned my first and last time at this location!!!!!

This place is sofar the best ledo pizza 🍕 joint in md.their pizza taste difdrent from all the ledo pizza joints i have been so far,they serve well also.the lady manager is awsome👌👌

Good pizza chain in the area. Fair prices. They also have sandwiches and salads! Try their wings they are pretty good!

If rating based on soup, 2 stars. If rating based on pizza, 3 stars. If rating based on sandwiches, 4 stars. Oh and 4.5 for the salads because they are Godzilla sized! But for a pizza joint the pizza is marginal. Maybe it was just the ingredients I got but I felt it was rather bland. Oh! The service was wonderful though!! We had the sweetest lady!

The Ledo pizza in Montgomery Village is perfect for eat in or carry out. They have redesigned the restaurant and it is clean and welcoming if you choose to eat in. The service is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. And, of course, the pizza is the best in the world!

The toasted ravioli was tasty, pretty spicy, but I like spice. The wings were good, the cheese bacon fries could have been better... the cheese was melted in one big hard chunk, so it lifted right off of the fries, wasn't gooey at all after 4 min on the table. The pizza...I didn't even take a picture because I was so upset. So watery and the toppings just fell off, we dined in, the waitress, April, was nice... refilled my husbands drink, but never offered for mine. The cheesecake was yummy.
