Accidentally ordered at this location and just called to see if there was anything they could do and received nothing but an attitude from the employees. They did say they would give me a refund but never did 😁 I understand that I made a mistake but no reason for nasty attitudes

This is the 3rd Smoothie King I've visited in Maryland. Consistent friendly service from employees and I have yet to be disappointed with my choice in smoothie. This company is definitely #1 about any other competition. I'm excited to go back and try the newly released pumpkin flavor varieties.

Staff getting very upset when you bring a mistake to their attention. I pay 13.00 for a smoothie, I expect it to be correct. I used to be a daily customer but, I will start spending my money somewhere else. Never Again! They lost me as used to be a loyal customer.

As of today, I will no longer be going to the Smoothie King any more Two days ago I went in asked for a mango kale, 32 ounce I get it all the time I’m a regular customer. It was a next gentleman in there as well. He was before me he placed his order and I placed my order after him they end up giving my smoothie to him, and then I had to stand around for additional three minutes to wait for them to make me another smoothie just to make me a smoothie and forget to put bananas and forget to put some other ingredients in in it as well so the drink that the guy originally ordered was sitting right there as well so instead of just letting me take that as well because they messed up my order. No, she snatched it back and put it in the freezer. So I go in there this morning to try to place my order before I drop my daughter off to school and it was like a whole fire department standing outside, but as soon as they see little brown skin me pull up about to get out the car they jumped in the store before me, holding up the line, knowing that it’s like almost 10 of them. Then they purposely held up the line, not knowing what they want so I just left out and she had a nerve to just be only person in there this morning making drinks and taking orders this morning knowing that things can get busy but it’s OK. You know at the end of the day I spend money in places that have good customer service good service. Overall. I will no longer be spending any of my money at this location. I have spent way too much money on Smoothie King’s not anymore. No thank you

This place is very special to my family and I! They are kind and very fast preparing your order! Very healthy and delicious smoothies! We are blessed to have one close by us! Keep up the good work Smoothie King! :)

This store was the first Smoothie King that I had ever walked into and it has set a high expectation for all the other ones I visited. The store is always neat and clean! The team members are always friendly and helpful. The smoothies are always delicious! If there is ever a mistake, it is promptly remade. The smoothies are always made to the best quality and they even give out the extra smoothie in a nice sample cup. They are always accommodating to food allergies or smoothie changes. I have had the privilege of worker for the owners of this particular Smoothie King and they are some of the best employers I know! They are always extremely kind and try to be flexible with your schedule. The owner Mrs. Nika is hard working and one of the nicest people I know. She always makes sure that the store is orderly, smoothies are made properly, and the team members are friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about this store and its owners and team members. One of the best Smoothie Kings in the U.S!
