Disappointing. I was the only person in the line but waited 10 minutes, 5 of those minutes I waited for the girl to actually hand me the drink and food. Despite it sitting on the counter right in front of me. Then my coffee was literally 3/4 full, unlike other Starbucks locations I’ve been to which fill them properly. The girl at the window was extremely rude, she looked like she hated her job already.

Love this Starbucks store! I’m here almost every morning picking up coffees for myself and employees. It’s very clean and the employees are always professional. Employee Josh who works there is always welcoming, makes you feel like he has known you for years and genuine! I’m so glad Salem, Ohio has a Starbucks location now!

Got 2 iced coffees that tasted wonderful and some tasty vanilla bean scones that were soft and tasted fresh. Staff are doing a wonderful job. Can't wait to go back!

Best drinks I’ve ever got at Starbucks! I regularly go to the Canfield, Poland, and Austintown locations. Today was my first time at the Salem location. It’s now my favorite one. The staff was very friendly and fast… the inside is clean… and the drinks are perfect.

Another over priced coffee place. You will like this place if you are gullible and desperate for something different.

I've been looking forward to having a Starbuck's here for a long time. I'm going to be a frequent flyer. The prices aren't expensive and parking at other Starbuck's isn't that great.

Regular customer here, as a long time supporter and customer at starbucks, out of every location i’ve visited or ordered from, I can confidently say that i’ve had the privilege to experience the most outstanding and efficient service at the Salem location. Every single team member and manager is considerate, quick, and effective to their guests and working together to ensure an authentic and fulfilling experience every single time. I’ve never had a problem with this location despite other stores lacking the small details. The store is always clean, stocked, and prepared for service for starbie lovers like myself. I’ve gone to starbucks locations in Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and countless other parts of the states and this store really sets an unbelievable bar and record. You all are amazing, keep up the good work and keep being you. ❤️☕️

For just starting out its really not bad. The staff was super friendly and I really haven't waited that long for anything I've ordered. Will definitely be going back :)

I don't feel the need for a Starbuck's very often, but this facility has to be the most spacious one I have ever walked in to. Just an observation. 😁

I really am glad to have a Starbucks in Salem, closer to where I am located, however, my friend’s Starbucks drink took 45+ minutes. Mine was out in about 5 minutes, we ordered at the same time and the queue was empty along with the drive thru.
