Not your typical Starbucks...why? Because this one has an endless line? Nope. The quality service and friendly staff? Nope. The spaceousness and plentiful seating? Nope. This Starbucks is atypical because of the endless troop of soldiers on Fort Richardson!

I’ve only been here 3 times and they’re always friendly and helpful. Great customer service and always clean. No drive thru at this location for those of you who are new to JBER.

Walked in at 09:07 on Tuesday morning. The only two employees immediately caught me at the door and said sorry we aren't serving customers until 09:30. The store opens at 06:00. Be better.

Gluten Free? They Looked It Up! Asked about the EGG BITES; they weren't sure. OFFERED TO FIND OUT! The lovely gal on the register pulled out the ingredient card and showed me so that we could both be sure! BTW, the Bacon & Grurierre Egg Bites are GF! Talk about FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT! Both of the ladies on staff were above and beyond average! Thank you for making an early start bearable!

Good service and friendly staff. My favorite coffee shop on JBER. I like the coffee shop location and floor layout too. It's more inviting than other locations. One wish...expand the operating hours.

Great service and coffee! Seating open inside again. Sometimes the line can be long depending on time of the day and if anything is going on in the theater.
