    The Burger /food I got didn’t look like the picture, but Arby’s isn’t know for burgers 🍔 curly fries were a little over done too.

    I wish some corperate folks who visit and fix this location already. Orders are rarely assembled correctly ( staff often "forget" to put condiments and cheese sauce on sandwiches), management hasn't figured out how to order ahead to keep inventory, and the employees are often just rude. Never more than 1 napkin, even for orders with a half dozen meals. I keep going back going for 1 decent experience here but it appears time to give up that fantasy.

    Your staff are fine, surprised that all the salads and other items are not available or would be able to give a higher rating.

    Slow, prices ok, food just doesn't have a hearty taste as you would expect. Subway is better and firehouse subs is way better then Subway. Friendly service but bad taste.

    I can recommend the French Dip (sliced beef sandwich with au jus) -- very tasty! The orange milkshake can be habit forming! 😁 Nice folks behind the counter. ✅

    It didn't smell very good in there... Cleanliness in a place to eat, is very important. There were crumbs on several of the tables, but there were only 2 other people there. Either they need an employee designated for the most important job of cleaning, or require that things are clean and maintained. I won't go back there.

    The Greek gyro was not as yummy as I had hoped. I believe the roast beef gyro would have been much better. I did like the sauce on the Greek gyro But ultimately I only ate one of the two that my friend ordered me. I did however enjoy the chocolate shake except for the fact that the employee put vanilla in the bottom of my chocolate shake and did not include the drizzle. It was just rather a disappointing visit.

    I had a pleasant experience. It was my first time dining in. Brian, the Assistant Manager gave me great customer service. I thought it was the best fast food experience I had, comparing this to McDonald's, Burger King, and Carol's Jr that I recently have had also. The restaurant was clean and felt calm. The workers seemed happy. For the first time, my meal looked like the menu picture. I had the Maple Bacon Turkey Sandwich with crinkle fries. My meal was prepared well and presentable. My fries were hot and seasoned well. Overall, I enjoyed myself.

    Customer service low. Need to hire more help. Bacon was old, hard, and no mayo on sandwich. Condiment bar was out of ketchup.

    I have not eaten at @Arby's for many years due to boring food, I finally seen one in Alaska and thought, why not and went to try it out. To my surprise I was enjoying what I was eating. I will be back to try some new stuff. 😋 It was a busy place.

    My first time getting food (lunch) from this place today. I placed two orders under my work colleague's name, email address, and phone number. But everything, especially online payment, still went well. In about 5 minutes my work colleague was alerted the was ready for pick up. We got our food very quick and the food was tasty!!!!!!!! Never bother about Arby's before. I'm a new convert now....

    Today I visited Arby's in Wasilla and I had a wonderful experience! The food was outstanding and their customer service was incredible! The roast beef in their sandwich was very tasty and the mozzarella sticks were cheesy and delicious. In my opinion this is hands down the best fast food restaurant in the world. We will be coming here again.

    The cream orange milkshake is what I'm going back for- don't forget to mention " no cool whip " they didn't ask. Do drive through as well, they seemed short handed to clean a table. It's the milkshake that wins here.

    They were still advertising that they had mint chocolate chip shakes, but when my boyfriend tried to order one, they said they were no longer making/ selling those. They should try to keep up on what they are advertising so there isn't a bunch of confusion and disappointment.

    I am a dasher so the only problem was their computer. It didn't have the order, so it caused some problems. Other than that great people work there. Their food is good, just don't go often for myself.

    Sarah was just the best, she truly loves her job and that is important in the workplace. She loves people, that is even more important in her line of work. There's great service, all of the staff are so nice and helpful. It's clean and sanitary, cleanliness is very important to me and apparently to the staff as well. I love eating here.

    Ordered a chicken sandwich and a new strawberry lemonade, sandwich was okay usually better but acceptable and lemonade was alright nothing wrong with it just not something i was crazy about. Service was good and wait time wasnt bad so overall pretty good.

    The drive thru is open, and the staff is always friendly and fast! We got the 2 for $8, the spicy and classic fish sandwiches and roast beef. The roast beef is always good!

    Love the food! But the 3 stars are due to the drive-thru. Always so long and there's always something wrong with the order. With the indie closed due to covid. You have to go all through again to fix it.

    Food was fresh. Didn't take that long but figured out why. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through. Had to throw both chicken sandwiches away. The only thing that was good was their Orange Cream milkshake and the curly fries.

    They always get my order right, and the food is good. Also they don't seem to have ridiculously long lines (in or out) and they also never seem understaffed (unlike some OTHER chains👀). What more could you want? Also their Mozzarella sticks are so good they should be illegal!!! 😍 The drive through is the only thing I don't like. It conflicts quite negatively with the parking in the lot when the line becomes long.

    Waited a very long time to see all the workers standing and talking and on their phone on night shift. Except the one guy, doing all the work by himself! He deserves a raise.

    I took my wife and daughter here to get lunch. The food was just ok. I paid $9 for the brisket sandwich. This thing was so small. It was basically a slider(maybe 3 oz. Of meat). My wife's sandwich was basically an overpriced McChicken. My daughters nuggets were dry and salty. I spent $30 here on lunch and barely got a snack out of it. Their motto is "Arby's, we have the meats". They obviously don't. My family and I will never come here again. My family and I eat out all over wasilla and Arby's is officially the worst place we've been to. The staff were nice though :)

    The best part of this Arby's was they had hard working people busy serving people. Our roast beef sandwich and curly fries were fine. Unfortunately they ran out of roast beef and the people after us got none. They have the meat. Usually.

    I think they need to have new management for a few reasons one being they just try rushing you threw your order when there is no one behind you and they always get the order messed up. I dont know why they want to do everything the hard way and the food has become mediocre at best and way over priced. I use to go there all the time but not anymore although I do catch myself forgetting about all the bad things and up there again due to habbit and end up regretting it every single time.

    Yum. Went to get McDonald's and the line was basically out the road, so we came here. No wait, no rush from the lady putting in our larger order, and everything was correct, hot, and delicious. Whole family enjoyed their meals.

    Prices are fair, friendly staff, management not the best but okay. I arrived home and discovered my bread was burnt. Not only do I have to double-check my bag to ensure my items are there but now I have to check that food isn’t burnt as well. In conclusion, I would not come back after this terrible experience.

    Ordered through doordash what was supposed to be a 20 minute order. Poor doordasher and myself ended up waiting 2 hours. Called and found out they ran out of roast beef and had to create a new batch "to temperature." Decided to wait, but when I got the order I realized I was missing items. Which to be honest isn't the first time. Little to say I was very upset.

    If you don't mind waiting for your order be sure to have snacks in your car so you don't starve to death! Then there's the "manager" with the false eyelashes ... she is the main problem. We got our order 1 item at a time. If I wasn't so old I'd buy & close the place until the help were trained in proficiency and learn how to greet customers. Then as we were leaving the drivethrough there was an "F-Y" bomb dropped! Very unprofessional

    I used to love this place. Problems I've noticed are they they’re constantly understaffed and unable to cater to the number of people visiting (on the plus side the stuff is usually pretty friendly). I also don't like that they've downgraded their meals from larges to mediums, but are still charging the same price as a large.

    We went through the drive thru and to my delight we didn't have to wait forever to order or receive our food. it was fresh and tasted better than it has in years. Arby's has stepped up their game!

    Ordered the French dip and jalapeno poppers. poppers were cold but would of been Good hot or Evan worm. The French dip was freaking cold and soggy. Very Disappointed. I was starving too, usually most Anything is Good when your starving. But Not this time. I won't go back.

👍👍 Food was very good. Nice to have a spicy salsa that actually had some kick. my wife enjoyed enchiladas while i had fajitas. Service was a bit slower. They had a great promotion supporting local teachers, which was fantastic.

👍👍 One of the best restaurants in the valley. Very good food and great service. My wife and I love this place. We have ordered many different items on the menu and they are all good. They have very good sushi. The Alaska Roll is awesome!!! And they have fantastic steak here as well .
