Food is decent and about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. However, this is one of the first IHOPs where they seem to have all their ducks in a row.

This is a Philly cheesesteak…and yes hardly any fries and cold. Look at this 14$ and something cents and I can’t Evan get a serving of fries. Place should just go out of business, looks like ima have to go to McDonald’s or something on my way to work

My husband loves the crepes, and I just like traditional breakfast eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. No complaints, nothing special. Fast service. We ordered off the seniors menu.

Excellent customer service, the food is amazing and done to desired specifications. The parking lot can sometimes be a bit crowded, never a very long wait for a table. Staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful.

From out of town so we figured we’d try ihop since we never had before. I understand being busy on a Saturday but we were sat down and forgot about. They sat 3 other parties and took their orders and served them after seating us. After sitting for like 15 ish mins we left to eat elsewhere where we won’t be forgotten When we said something to the group of three waiters they just kinda shrugged so we left. Thanks

Came here for dinner with the family. The food was good. My steak and broccoli were yummy. The men in my life were happy with their breakfast samplers for dinner, and my sandwich loving daughter was extremely happy with her sandwich. The service was quick and friendly. The greeter allowed my grown adult kids to get crayons and an activity sheet. That was super nice of her. I always love when my adult kids get a chance to be little again.

the dos de Leche pancakes are the bomb. blue berry lemon cakes are bomb and I had chicken fried steak and eggs my hubby had a omelet and cakes

We only got pancakes so it was fast. The serving was nice and kind and we got our pancakes in 15 minutes. We got in right before closing at 915pm. Everything went good

Went to Ihop this morning and ordered the Bannana pudding pancakes combo. The pancakes had hair in it, so told our waitress. She took it back to be remade and the cooks were being rude about it. Our waitress was great and very friendly and handled the situation professionally. Now to wait for the pancakes to be remade.

Was busy when we walked in and we were prepared to wait, and we did wait up at the counter for over 5 minutes because there were no workers around. When the older white haired woman finally arrived at the counter, she was extremely snappy and rude, barking at us that it "was gonna take as long as it takes" when we inquired how long the wait was and wouldn't even look at us until question ing " so do you want on the list orrr" . We decided to not put our name on the list for this reason and left, and watched as 6 other parties entered and promptly excited the building within the span of putting our child back in their car seat.

Stoped for breakfast with my daughter and Angel was our server!! Very friendly and profesional young lady!! Dodd was great and we decided to go back for the next few days that we were in town!! Excellent service!! Ty Angel

I have been here in the past and said I would never return but decided to try again. I must say they have made great strides in attempting to turn the bad experience around. Food was IHOP quality and the service was much better. I think they deserve a second chance if you been there in the past. Loved this experience.

I’m a little disappointed on my breakfast experience with this IHOP in Wasilla today. I ordered the 222 breakfast deal . Unfortunately My pancakes were filled with uncooked powder and completely crumbled apart, rather than a fully cooked fluffy pancake. Upon receiving my bill I requested that I only pay for the 2 sausage links and 2 eggs that I ate, since I didn’t eat the pancakes I requested that be taken off. My total bill was $13.98 yet My revised bill was still a whopping $11.98! I don’t believe 2eggs & 2 sausage links were worth the $11.98 bill I received. I left hungry and feeling a little ripped off. On the upside, the waitress was absolutely wonderful though I enjoyed her energy!

Prices are a bit outrageous for the quality of food and drinks. Ordered the spicy poblano omelette, the shredded beef in the omelette was COLD. The coffee tasted similar to Folgers but more BITTER. The double blueberry pancakes were surprisingly above average. Overall, not worth the $25.

One of the better IHOP's I've been to. Good is good but server did mess up a simple order, she was nice and apologetic. Dining room was clean, bathrooms clean, service was quick. Would come back.

Came in Saturday morning for breakfast and waited to be seated. I know they were busy but too busy seat someone?

Twice in two days my coffee carafe was all chewed up. Nasty. First waitress ran her fingers across the chewed up portion and said its just a little wear and tear but its clean. I said it was impossible to clean something that rough. That one was worse than the picture from today. Both waitresses did get me better ones. I would have thrown these out long ago before someone gets sick. Nasty. Food was excellent and service was good. Just horrible coffee carafes .

The staff is amazing. Always attentive and friendly. We go regularly to watch the ducks that hang out in the parking lot, drink good coffee and tasty sweet tea! Who doesn't love breakfast any time of day. My son -10- raves about the scrambled eggs and cupcake pancakes. The chicken strips were way over done the last time we went, but his eyes were too big for his stomach anyway. Breakfast is definitely their strong suit.

Sam with sick Face tat was our waitress and she made me and my family very happy and we felt well taken care of. So many wait staff at other restaurants make you feel like you're bothering them and it's sub par service and very frustrating to deal with. SAM was perfect, suggestions and well timed check ins while handling like 8 other tasks. I'll stop now just very impressed with her service!

Service was not great, I did come in about an hour before they were closing but my server was very rushed and they didn't have what I was wanting so I had to pick and choose with what they had left. I got eggs benedict and the Hollandaise sauce was absolutely atrocious and extremely over salted, it basically tasted like salty eggy butter and the home fries were literally browned potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever, they basically just dumped everything on a plate all together so I didn't get much of a choice to have ketchup with my potatoes because it was covered in hollandaise sauce which I normally don't mind but the Hollandaise sauce has to actually be good. I needed to ask for a few things a couple times and the server was all over the place even though I was the only one in the restaurant and her demeanor was as though I was in her way. I was going to order dessert when I was done but I had to order it when I ordered my entree and the server brought me both my entree and my dessert at the same time so I basically had to eat them both or else one would be cold, I got the cinnamon donut balls that you can dip in either cream cheese icing or the cinnamon roll filling dip, what they did was they just dumped all the donut balls in a bowl and drizzled a tiny amount of both of those icings over top, it was not very sweet and the flavor was almost like a plain fried donut from the fair (except not).... next time I want breakfast food from a restaurant I'm going to my favorite which is the Mat-Su Family Restaurant, the eggs benedict at that restaurant is the best in all of the Mat-Su borough..... I should have just got a steak -.-

It took forever to get a waiter, even after one came by and I asked her for a cup of black coffee it was a good 10 minutes before I abruptly stopped a Waitress and asked her for a cup of coffee. Surprisingly she went straight for the coffee and brought it to me. She explained that she wasn't our waiter for our table and stated that she would be glad to help us with our order. She was great and finally our Waitress came by and asked if we were ready to order! I pleasantly explained that we already placed our order with another person! My order was for pancakes and when we got them I tasted one bite and refused to eat any more of my order! The pancakes tasted like they had been cooked on the same spot as, maybe, Bacon or sausage! Not a great experience at all! I did pay and even though the food was horrible, I called the Waitress over and I did Tip her because of her caring and concern!

Ihop has always been one of my favorite chain places to go to. In the past, quite a few of the Ihop locations(through multiple states)have done poorly along the way. It happens that way sometimes and usually I just move on and try a different time. After a few spectacular failures at this location in the past, including a pancake that was literally as hard as a rock, I decided I just didn't want to go back and waste my money anymore. So for a year, my family did not go back, not because we held any ill will, but because we didn't have money to waste if the food was not good. By chance, my husband's coworkers asked him to an early morning breakfast there the other day and he said it went REALLY well. So we gave it another shot for our family today. If the food had been good, I'd have been impressed. But it was FANTASTIC. Whoever they hired to run it and work there in the last year or so has obviously been working hard to fix the issues that they have had in the past. The food was ready quick, hot, tasted extremely good, and actually had decent sized portions again. The staff were friendly and willing to hold conversations, making you feel important as a guest, not rushed or like you're an inconvenience. Overall, it's awesome to have Ihop as an option for my family again. Thank you all so much!

Would have been nice to not have waited over 10 minutes for drink order to be taken. Didn't receive drinks until food was brought. Plenty of staff, but our server spent the majority of her time standing at the register.

While we were waiting for our food Ricky was an excellent and polite waiter. He was attentive going through his tables getting his orders done. Has stern positive attitude and is polite he made it feel welcoming hope he’s around little more. Look forward to Ricky.

Great food and even better staff. I think our server’s name was Ricky according to the receipt. Very nice and awesome at his job. I don’t know if this ihop is family owned but it feels like it. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ricky.

This IHOP in did such an amazing job! Came in with 4 adults and 16 high school students and the knocked it out of the park! Friendly staff, food came out fast! Everything was A+++

Even with them being busy the staff constantly checked in with us to assure we had not been forgotten about and to see if we needed anything. When we did get our food it was hot and we got the kids eat free discount for our ending time being within the time frame!

There was 12 people in our party , We all ordered different stuff, All of our food was horrible the the kids didn't like their food the adults didn't like their food none of it was cooked right it was all very greasy very sloppy done and just terrible service, My mother in law ordered a type of a Burger and when she took a bite of it the inside was completely pink completely pink only the outside was Brown it was terrible she got food poisoning half of us got food poisoning from there it was just terrible, I didn't get my salad until the very end of us eating that was supposed to be given to me before my food I ordered a philly cheesecake it was just so greasy I picked up my sandwich in it it was like I had the frying Pan in my plate with all the grease it was absolutely terrible I don't recommend anybody to go eat it I hope ever Worst restaurant IN WASILLA, DONT GO.....

Their food has improved quite a bit, and we really enjoy going there again. Only problem is their hours are so sporadic you cannot plan anything. They do not even have posted hours at their physical location because they are always changing them.

Our server Ricky was awesome, had a positive attitude was kind and took care of our needs. I have watched him run from table to table keeping a positive attitude and making sure all the patrons have been served.

After eating our meal told us they can’t accept credit card for the next few hours so one of us has to go to an atm and pull cash while the rest wait. Ridiculous.

The waitresses are great. The time it takes for to get your food wouldn't be a problem if your food showed up looking good. I got half the amount of food I should have gotten. The 2 pieces of chicken strips I got made McDonald's chicken nuggets look big. And my hash browns where just nasty and hard.

On Sunday we came here to eat lunch. We ordered our food at 12pm and it’s already 2pm, taking hella long to bring out the food.

I would expect a much better breakfast from a restaurant known for their breakfast. I had the breakfast sampler. Eggs were fine, meats were fine, but the potatoes were lacking. I ordered toast instead of pancakes and unfortunately I was half done with my breakfast before it arrived.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! White haired older woman at the front is RUDE HATEFUL AND AWFUL! Their WEBSITE SAID OPEN TIL 10pm! We got there at 1:45 pm she stopped us and RUDELY ADVISED US THEY “WERE NOT TAKING ANY MORE PEOPLE” because they closed at 2pm!?!?’ GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER IHOP WE LIVE IN THE VALLEY ONLY ATE THERE A COUPLE TIMES PRETTY MUCH SAME ATTITUDE!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Go to the Trout House! Or Red Robin or ANYWHERE BUT IHOP!!! HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME!!!!

We waited 20 minutes while others people that came in AFTER us get seated. I asked the server when it is our turn. He said he can't seat us because my son is in a wheelchair. 1. Against disability laws. 2. Why didn't you say that before we waited.

We come every Thursday night. Our waitress Jen is absolutely amazing. She is the reason we continue to come back every week. She goes above and beyond every time and goes out of her way to make sure we have the best experience.

there’s DUCKS outside the restaurant and you can get duck food from a candy machine for 25¢. it’s was the best experience ever. the food was also good and fast

Took my daughter for a pancake dinner on 2/16/23. I didn't enter the restroom, until after eating and did I ever regret that! Most disgusting restroom! 3 stalls, all had stuff in them and no napkins to dry your hands. My six year old had to hold it, until we reached home. Gross, gross, gross and NEVER AGAIN! I can only imagine what's hiding in the kitchen. Shame on management! Also, 1 milk, 1 adult strawberry pancake and 1 child pancake... 2 waters $23! Plus tip, cuz I didn't have a problem with the service.

If I could give a place negative stars this would be the one. I placed an order online to be picked up and when I arrived at the time I was told it would be ready it took 30 extra minutes for the food to come out. I got out to my vehicle and looked at the food, the chicken strips were almost black, there was about half a serving of fries with it and my meal was half missing. When I went back in to get the rest of my meal, I had to get the attention of one of the waitresses on the floor because no one was helping, the lobby was full of other people waiting to be helped too. I’m also not sure how any of us were supposed to eat our food with zero utensils and napkins. Overall, just a very frustrating experience when you are trying to get something to eat.

We waited for 20 minutes without being greeted. Finally a staff sort of acknowledged us then went to bus a table. When she got pulled to the kitchen to wash dishes I inquired if it was a long wait or something and was told to not come back there, except how else do you get help?! You have no hostess. Rudest service ever. Not hard to greet people and inform them of a wait. We have been coming here for years and never been treated so rudely. Bye Felicia. House of Bread accross the parking lot has way better and faster service.

My brother and I have eaten at this IHOP 3 times in the last week, each time ordering the Salisbury Steak dinner. Two times the Salisbury Steak dinner was delicious with a very tasty beef gravy covering the steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Today however, the cook did not add the gravy, when we questioned the waitress, she said it did not come with gravy, we had to show her the description in the menu to convince her. She said she would get us some gravy, but what she came back with appeared to be chicken gravy and did not taste good. Plus by the time she did bring the gravy the steaks were cold. We made our displeasure known, but the restaurant didn't even reduce the price on our bill even though we did not get what we ordered and was described on the menu. Won't be back anytime soon.

Today was a disaster when trying to get the food. We were sat and our order was taken by someone that wasn't supposed to take the order so we had to repeat our order about 15 minutes after first taken to a different server again without it being put in at all. Then while admiring the ducks on the side of the building we can hear the server arguing with the cooks about our order that has taken more than an hour now to get to us. Once we finally get our orders one of the members of my parties food was placed in the system wrong so he had to wait an extra 15 minutes before he could eat. I had ordered the classic eggs with Hollanday sauce the eggs were supposed to be poached they were hard boiled. Over all we were very unsatisfied with everything. I understand it being a holiday it was "busy" it really wasn't that busy there were 6 tables including my party on one side and 1 server who was what looked like training 3 other girls at the same time and a new kitchen staff. If you don't have reliable people to work a holiday like this effectively your just hurting your own business, staffing, and the customers such as myself. I don't think I will be coming back here for a while, except to admire the ducks they were adorable.

The good here is always good and the customer service is great.
