My husband and I recently stayed here for a last minute getaway. It was exceptional! Our room was so clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and always spoke whether we were coming or going. Lobby and breakfast area was very clean and comfy too. Good coffee and great variety for the free breakfast. Highly recommend!

Entire family really enjoyed staying here; clean room and great job sanitizing during COVID. Breakfast friendly for quick grab to go. Wife wants to make this our go to hotel when up here for skiing trips.

We love the accommodations & the staff Made Check-in a breeze. The room was nice and clean, the Breakfast was awesome Mary, & the other Dining Staff did a excellent job with the Biscuits & Gravy, Omelettes and Waffles. Overall they made getting the day started EZ.

Went for the NASCAR All Star Race & absolutely loved our stay. The staff was GREAT, the room was clean, and the scenery was amazing. The first night we even saw deer behind the hotel.

Everything was great . The staff was friendly and so helpful- from the check-in to the breakfast servers. Our room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and wonderful shower. Breakfast was great - mini waffles were a choice - chocolate chip or regular with whipped cream! We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night in late May 2023. After a day of riding through blinding rain down the Blue Ridge Parkway, we stopped in here. The rooms were clean and as good, or better, than expected. The staff was super helpful and the guest laundry driers got a good workout. After a hot shower, then a hot bath, and then another hot shower, I got to check out the accommodations and was impressed. One of the cleanest and best setup Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Biker friendly!

Super clean rooms! Clean, comfy bed! Loved the shower!!! Multiple adjustments on shower head so no matter what you prefer, you could probably find it. The staff was amazing!!! Breakfast was delicious! The entire facility was clean amd offered a comfortable atmosphere! Convenient to so many activities as well as restaurants! We'll definitely stay here again! Would recommend it for sure!!!!

I am so impressed by this hotel! It was impeccably clean, and the staff was amazing. There are plenty of areas where you can do work, and a very nice lobby area. Everyone was so kind - especially the ladies at breakfast. My only slight suggestion is that it would be great if the hotel offered more vegetarian options at breakfast (other than bread items). Don’t get me wrong, the waffles were great, but I’m allergic to meat and even some mixed fruit or potatoes or eggs would have been great - especially since very few places in Boone deliver. But again, such a small thing for my own personal needs, but all around the hotel was perfect! I highly recommend it!

Best place to stay at Boone NC. Very friendly staff - especially the ladies in the cafe. Love how they have some of the best views of this mountain town. The outside patio with all the outdoor furniture is always a great place to watch the sunset or the deer coming down the hillside. From the front side of the hotel you can see App state university. Very Conveniently located off the highway. I always stay at Hampton inns and this is one of the best. Every time I visit my daughter I will be staying here.

It's a beautiful new hotel with everything perfect. Nice people, clean, convenient, nice breakfast. So why 3 stars? Because 1/2 the hotel looks out on a busy road. Not a superhighway with the constant noise of the interstate superhighway but a road with trucks and cars constantly coming and going and accelerating. I couldn't sleep. Sure I am a light sleeper but I sleep in a lot of places and this place was miserable. To their credit, they moved me to a room on the other (back) side of the hotel which was completely quiet. But everyone should be warned if they need some semblance of quiet to sleep. Please, sleep on the backside of this hotel. Whoever decided to build this hotel up on the hill above the 4 line-not-divided highway made a mistake. To the hotel owner, warn people so they know that this is way worse than typical for a highway-proximate hotel.

Hotel was very clean and comfy, and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I had my dog stay with me as well and they had a cute little bag with treats and poop bags, as well as dog-friendly tips for nearby areas. Would definitely stay again!!

Im a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in many Hilton properties throughout the US and Canada. I can say the Hampton Inn in Boone, NC is one of if not best that Ive ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff is outstanding on all levels and have attention to detail. You can tell the owner/operator of the location truly cares about the patrons, employees and the property. Even down to the employee apparel that was sharpe. I havent seen other Hampton Inn employees dressed in nice custom apparel. Love this location.

Lovely place, friendly staff, close to attractions. The view outside is nice. We were there only for a night but it was a very comfortable stay. The place was cutely decorated for fall. The breakfast is really good, one of best we have had in a while. The staff in breakfast area is also very nice and helpful. Very clean with all amenities you can think of. Will definitely stay there again if I am in that area.

Stayed in this hotel for a gateway in the beautiful Fall season doing some hiking in the area. The room is smaller than expected. The service is great, the staff members are friendly and everyone works diligently. Like the breakfast the hotel offers, not a top-notch style but offers decent varieties to start a day...

At check-in we realized that we had a room with no microwave. We just purchased some soup and wanted to warm it later. With no upgrades available front desk associate “Molly” volunteered to bring us a microwave to our room. We were shocked a pleasantly surprised by this. Molly was very welcoming and did this with a smile. Thank you Hampton Inn Boone for stepping up to the plate a hitting a home run

We recently had a lovely stay at this property! Hotels are everywhere and so when you find one where the employees care so much, then it stands out! Molly was terrific and always so helpful and always had a smile on her face! During breakfast, Sara was so sweet and helpful! She helped us with ingredients for some foods for my daughter who has food allergies! Thank you all for maintaining a beautiful property with professionalism and friendliness! We will be back!

We often stay at Hampton Inn and this one was nicer than most. It has a larger lobby, fitness center and even a small indoor pool. The room was comfortable and our view out the back of the hotel provided a partial view of the sunrise. After check in the WiFi login was tricky, but Molly at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend a microwave in the room.

Clean comfortable rooms, good location to downtown Boone and App State, scenic views, and friendly staff. Nice variety at breakfast. Above average on the Hampton scale. Would stay here again.

This was one of if not the best Hampton we ever stayed at. I've been a Diamond member for decades, so I have stayed at a lot. The staff were ALL friendly and responsive. The cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was better than others with employees who kept it clean and stocked. My wife and I remarked this is our Favorite Hampton. Thank you so much. From checkin to checkout, the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. The fire pit out back was perfect for our evening group gatherings. The rooms and public areas were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a great time and lovely experience. When I arrived my digital key was ready and I was treated with 4 waters and a bag of goodies. When I got to my room another bag and hand written note. Nice touch! The stay was comfortable And the breakfast was amazing. I’ll be back. Great location to my daughters school

I got a flat tire late in the evening on the first night of my stay. I was in town for a retreat which started early the next morning. I went to the front desk to inquire about transportation options. I was obviously stressed and flustered. Adam was empathetic and kind while answering my questions. I was grateful that he was there to help but I was absolutely floored when he offered to drive me to the retreat. You can’t train kindness and selflessness you can just hope to be lucky enough to have such an amazing person on your staff. Adam is a gem. He made my stay memorable and I am so grateful.

We were beyond pleased with this fabulous Hampton Inn--one of the cleanest ever! Every single employee was friendly. We were welcomed at checkin with a personalized note, waters, and fresh sugar cookies. A few "little things" that made a huge difference in our stay: - The bathroom exhaust fan actually worked - Shower curtain didn't blow - Tons of bathroom surface and storage space - Heat and ac worked great and room was comfy - Coffee always plentiful at all hours Breakfast selection was phenomenal and clean. They went above and beyond to ensure sanitary self-service. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved the free water bottles that we received upon check in and the ones available by the front door. We were on a hiking/biking trip so they were a nice surprise and a convenient gift! And the coffee and hot chocolate bar was another wonderful surprise! The room was beautiful, clean and great views of the mountains. Friendly staff, definitely stay again!

We regularly stay at Hampton Inn when traveling. This one is up to date, clean, and we were so surprised that our room was much bigger than a typical hotel room. Not sure if they are all that big. Also we had a small balcony, which was nice. We were there at the end of October, and it was homecoming weekend for App State. The lobby was decorated for both Halloween and App Football. This price was quite high as it was homecoming and fall leaves. Lovely stay.

This entire experience was really good other than the room. I felt like I was in a cave. Yes it had two queen beds, but absolutely hardly any room to walk around. The staff was amazing as is location.

What a wonderful and friendly place to stay! Their staff is incredibly accommodating! We had my mother's funeral service here in there conference room, with catering and then the family members who traveled from out of town could easily have a nice comfortable bed after the service. It was a perfect solution for a challenging time and the Hampton Inn helped support this time for us. Thank You to all the staff! Much love from the Hatch/Sine family

One of the best Hilton properties there is. Super nice staff. Nice snacks and always a big bowl of fresh fruit in the lobby area. the breakfast is always fresh and a great variety.

My family had an Amazing stay. Isaac at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating for our big family at check in. The next morning he greeted us with a smile and good morning. We Loved the breakfast and the kind and helpful breakfast staff. We left our elf on the shelf at home but to our surprise there was one at the breakfast area ❤️ The room was perfect for our large family and very clean. We will be back.

Wow! This place was fantastic! I can't remember the last time that I was this impressed with a hotel! The cleanliness and Covid precautions were great! Literally every staff member that I interacted with was super friendly! There was even a "Letters for Santa" mailbox with paper in the lobby, which I thought was so cute! The breakfast was phenomenal! So many options! We will definitely be back!

Great Staff. Hospitable, knowledgable, and helpful. I was having trouble with using the App to check in and would not be able to get there to check in in-person. The front desk connected me to the hotel manager who checked me in and made sure that I knew my keys would be available when we arrived at 11:00 PM. The hotel views were lovely. The outdoor spaces and fire pit were something I wish I would have had more time to enjoy. The rooms were very clean, beds and bedding very comfortable! The coffee was yummy and the kids enjoyed the hot and cold breakfast, especially the make your own waffles! Great, albeit quick, stay.

People working in this place are amazing. They are very helpful. We needed a shelter yesterday when our car was stuck in the snow. They let us hangout in the lobby for couple hours until our ride arrived. We were also offered beverages and snacks too. Thank you all!

Exceptional! We spoke to various staff and everyone was polite and friendly. Efficient and well organized breakfast. I love the hot chocolate as an option at the coffee bar. We watched a football game with friends at the couch. We sat at the fire pit and enjoyed the wonderful Mountain Views. The room was very comfortable upon arrival, Very clean and maintained. Highly recommend if in Boone or near Boone. Praises to the managers and all the staff for their hard work to make our stay very pleasurable!

This is a very nice Hampton albeit a bit pricey in comparison to the normal Hampton. The rooms were impeccable. I had 2 rooms for the Beer festival. The staff was great especially Duane and front desk. The breakfast was good except coffee wasn't really acceptable. We ended up going out for coffee as we just couldn't drink what they had for breakfast.

Excellent Hilton Brand Property. Room was in top shape, quiet, spacious, appointed... Staff was great - everyone I passed, interacted with me... The Counter was helpful with a band-aid, direction, hotel and surrounding area information... The breakfast staff was on point! For a Friday AM, the hotel was stocked with us "leaf peepers", and the coffee was never empty, and bar was constantly restocked! Excellent job Hampton Inn of Boone

This place was a GEM!!! We normally stay with Marriott, but the reviews were great and the Marriott had their price jacked way up. We’ve stayed at Hiltons in the past but this was by far one of the best. The staff was awesome. The manager was super kind and even upgraded us. Breakfast was Continental but awesome. The rooms were super clean and smelled fresh. We definitely will return. Thanks for the awesome service.

This is a lovely hotel, easily living up to the Hilton standard. We were traveling with two teenagers doing college visit trips. What made this hotel stand out from every other that we visited was the hotel staff. These folks were just super customer service oriented. We were greeted by every hotel staff member we saw, most asked us if we needed anything or inquired how our stay was going. It was just a delightful experience. Highly recommend.

If there was 1 million stars I would put a million stars. Best hotel there is. Very friendly people. Comfy beds. Nice hotel room. Great view!! The staff were friendly,caring,nice, and very helpful. The pool was heated and very clean, the towels in the pool and hotel were soft. The beds were as comfy/ Soft as clouds. The view was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was so flavorful. The Mini Store provided things that people might forget. They have personal things, food and candles, much more. I would say the best Hampton Inn I have ever been too. Even the best hotel out of all my years of life.

You can take a peek on their website to see room layouts etc. We booked with Hampton Inn because we trust the brand will deliver a clean, comfortable night’s stay & because of Hilton’s commitment to guaranteeing a 100% satisfaction. I had the privilege of speaking with Tara, the general manager, she is simply wonderful! I am impressed by her commitment to make guests happy. We will definitely be back!

This Hampton Inn in Boone is by far one of the best managed hotels we’ve ever stayed. Each and every employee from check-in and the entire breakfast staff genuinely went above and beyond and were also kind to one another. We actually have never seen anything like it and we travel quite a bit. The hotel was very clean and well kept as well. They also have a fire pit outside we enjoyed with some other guests. We look forward to going back!
