    20 minutes in drive thru. Avoid outside lane. 4 people entered line after me got to order before me. When I get to the window I was asked what my order was. I told her "double quarter pounder and large fries". She grabs a bag, looks inside, and gives it to me. Inside the bag is a big Mac and a large cup of Mac sauce. Clearly ignored the fact that it wasn't my order, but handed it to me anyway. Just push them through, accuracy doesn't matter... So I go inside and wait for them to make my meal all over again. 30 minutes into this trip now. I get my food and leave. Large fry less than half way full, and cold. This was a waste of time and money. Won't be back...

    Came through there the other night, and disappointed is an understatement. All of my food was disgusting. My burger was burnt so bad I couldn’t eat it. It got one tiny little drop of ketchup, and 2 little pieces of onion. On tiny ripped up and burnt piece of bacon. My fries were decent, I will give that. They tastes fresh. I got an Oreo frappe with my meal, and ended up with mocha, no Oreo in it all. My food and drink were put in the trash. The man at the cash window was extremely rude. Brown hair and glasses. Couldn’t be kind to us, but was able to hang out of the window for 10 minutes while the line was stopped giggling and giving his phone number to the drunk girl behind me. Person at the food window was rude. Didn’t say a single word to me, spilled my drink all over me and never offered napkins when I was trying to find a way to wipe it off of my hands, and then practically tossed my food at me because I was trying to get my hands wiped off and didn’t grab it in quickly enough I assume. Super unprofessional place of business. This happens often. The whole evening crew needs to be fired. Especially dude with the glasses. He’s been there the last few times I have been and he’s always rude as can be. He takes orders as well, and the way he answers customers at the speaker also makes me wonder how he still has a job.

    Everytime I ho here it's awful... Last night I waited in line for over 45mins for them to just tell me the frappe machine wasn't working everytime I go here if it's the frappe machine it's the milkshake machine an alot of times it's both not working that's why I've been starting to just go to the piney flats McDonald's... This McDonald's need an intervention to be honest! Sorry not Sorry

    I sent this to McDonald’s corporate & got back the most generic response. They made no attempt to resolve anything. They said they let that specific location know. We'll see if they actually respond. The chicken nuggets we ordered were hard as a rock and the fries were old! My granddaughter took a bite of a nugget, spit it out and said gross! I took a video of myself banging a nugget on my kitchen counter. Once we realized this my daughter called and asked to speak to a manager. She was not very friendly! My daughter explained what was wrong, then that manager told her she had 2 options. She could either bring the food back then get fresh food or bring the food back for a refund! I'd just worked a shift in home health care. I stopped to get food on my way home so I wouldn't have to cook dinner or get back out to pick something up. I did not want to get back out. Besides, was that manager going to pay for the gas I'd use going back and forth to the restaurant again? This whole situation might've been different if the manager handed the situation better. She could've nicely said, I'm Sorry, but due to a new policy, we can't replace food without it being brought back. But she only said we had 2 options (like I mentioned above). If that is the case, something should be posted in the store! I didn't think it was necessary for me to check my food before I left. If I decide to go back, I won't step away from the counter or drive-thru until I check it. I'm seriously disappointed in my trip to McDonalds today and disappointed in the way we were treated when making management aware of the situation. *Update* Corporate called me after sending that generic email. They sincerely apologized for our inconvenience & said they wanted to make it right. That they couldn't force the owner to change his policies for that specific McDonald's. They're sending vouchers to replace our food that wasn't good. This time before I leave, I'll stand at the register or in line at the drive-thru & check our food.

    Second time I’ve bought my grandkids her in the last couple of months and the playground is closed for repairs. Both times it was so they could play. I’ve seen cars restored faster What’s up mc Donald’s?

    They always have my order correct!! I use my app,so the total of my order is very reasonable. The food is always warm. And the service, delivery of the food is fast.

    Most of the time they are spot on in the drive through. This last week the entire order was messed up. Still very polite and when I contacted the manager they apologized. Offered to correct but due to church start time wasn't able to correct. Thank you for the great service

    Best McDonald's around, not only is the staff great but the food is always good as well. My kiddos love the play place and it is always clean and welcoming. You can definitely tell that this team takes pride in their restaurant and customers!
