First time at Pal’s! The lady who took our order was very friendly! Wait time was quick and food was delicious! Would definitely stop in again when in the area!

Pretty good burgers and exceptionally good service! They love giving doggy treats too.

Burger was good the fries not so much they were not hot and had way to much salt

came thru the other day got a peachy tea, and fries, tea was sour and had brown stuff floating in the bottom, fries cold, had so much fry salt there was a pile at the bottom

I came through the drive thew on 10-13-23 all I ordered a 1 gallon of peachy tea sweet that was it got home and it was sour and not even sweet or peachy this ks ridiculous

Food is SO GOOD! I HAVE TO stop by EVERY time I am in town! Possibly what I miss most about living in the Tri-cities.

Stopped by Friday night for hot dogs with slaw!... and was told,we don't have slaw Anymore..What?? Not even for BBQ ..WTH. You know this is Tennessee? (Right).? You know the south...come on man! Jeez??

Rare you can go to a fast food place and get what you actually order. Today I ordered for 10 people and EVERYTHING was 100% correct AMAZING.

One of the most consistently good fast food restaurants, Pals delivers on it's sudden service promise with a smile. I had them for breakfast today and spent $12 and 5 minutes tops in the line, and my food stayed warm while I made my commute to work. Compared to McDonald's where I spent $16 on the same type of food, with a discount, and spent 20+ minutes in line the other day, it's a big difference.

One of the slowest Pal's I've ever been to took me over 10 minutes just to get through the drive-thru because from what I could see they only had three people working and that was it you need way more people too run a Pal's the right way just saying bc I use to work for one back in the day ..

I love pals but today i got two big pals and we were so disappointed the not only wasn't melted but it was cold. When i get a burger with chesse i expect for it to be hot and melted you would think as slow as they were today the it would of been right

Pals has to be the BEST and most consistent burger chain in the country (if not the world). I absolutely love this place and I visit everytime I am in the tri-cities area. The service is always fast, the staff is always Super Nice and the food is always DELICIOUS!!! My only gripe is that there is no Pal's where I live in Charlotte NC. It would be sooooo amazing if there were one in Charlotte. However, being that there is none, I ususally travel to Kingsport TN at least 10-12 times a year and I always stop by Pal's. This by far has to be the best burger spot EVER!!

Not sure what was going on today but it took 30 min in line to get food today. I love this location but today they did not bring an A game.

The shakes & burgers are still great. The hot dog needs some work though. The chili is just disgusting. Service is always great.

Pal's is just the best !! Always hot food and always quick service. Tried the Chili Burger and it was GREAT !!! As always, I have to get, at least, one Hotdog and/or Sauce Burger.

Omg we don't have these in Florida. It's worth the drive! My new favorite place. I only get a regular Pal burger and it's all I can eat. Not counting these fantastic Frenchie Fries. Can't beat the price either. I'll be looking for Pal's every time I'm North.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Pal's!!! Both of the people at the windows were completely distracted with chatting with their co-workers & customer service was completely non-existent. I drove out of my way to get a large order of cheddar rounds and they were the worst tasting I've EVER purchased; they tasted of rancid oil. Absolutely disgusting!!!! I could not even eat them. What a waste of time and money!

Everything here is great! Don't worry if the line is wrapped around the building or out to the road, they are FAST! The food is definitely worth the wait. The milkshakes are life changing! One sip and you'll understand.

I love pals in general! Ive heard them called the In-N-Out of the east coast. Ive tried both and think pals is better just wish yall would have combo's instead of everything separate.

This is the first time ever I have had bad service at any Pals.First of all when you drive up to the first window and the girl just stares at you ,doesn't say anything not hi not what can I get you just stares at you that is rude.You are the first contact a person has and this reflects on your restaurant Second when a person orders a big chicken without cheese and mustard with extra mayo how does that mean no vegetables which is what I got I went back to the window and told the girl it was made wrong and what it was supposed to be and she charges me!

If you haven't had a Pal's burger, you are definitely missing out! Better than most any other fast food option for a burger. Drive thru only, don't mind the long lines at the busy times of day because the line moves fast! Pull up, order your food, drive around and pay/pickup your meal and you are going to be enjoying a good meal at a good price!

Service is always too notch here. Really enjoy our food and the consistency. Will keep coming back.

Musy visit' great local spot- awesome fries! Didn't know anything and asked the guy for his recommendation' a toasty with bacon and fries- delicious!

Pals is always wonderful for a quick bite. I recently tried their new Lil Meatball sandwich and it was delicious! Much better than you'd expect. Pals is the best fast food in the Tri-cities area.
