I absolutely love this Dunkin location. Staff is really nice and they somehow make the best coffee. They also have free WiFi and most importantly they have a Tesla super charger right behind this location.

I had a terrible experience at this local Dunkin Donuts( Dewey Meadow, Basking Ridge). I went there with my 2 children to buy snacks and hot beverages to warm us up after evening of snow sledding. I am not one to write bad review but I had to sit down and write this one. I proceeded to the counter to place an order with the cashier named Raj. Raj insisted that I do my order in the kiosk. I told him that I had cash money. Raj, who seemed annoyed told me that he would only take cash if go to the drive through window. I asked him what the difference was. He rudely told me that it was the company policy to go to drive through if you wanted to use cash to purchase a meal. This sounded absolutely ridiculous and nonsenstical made-up policy. We politely walked out and they will never see me again at that Dunkin Donuts. Terrible and poor customer service at this Dunkin Donuts location.

It's a small nice and decent DD in neighborhood, I like the service, though sometimes a little slow. Atmosphere is okay you can seat and eat.

We stop here twice a year on our way to PA from NYC. The service is outstanding, always friendly and attentive.

Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes, was the only customer in the store and could not get service. There were 2 workers that walked passed me a couple of times but never bothered to greet or say a word to me?

I asked them to put extra almond milk in my coffee and the Indian guy said they dont do that, and then he said that they would have to charge extra for almond milk…but I had already paid in the kiosk. I’ve never had this issue in any DD or starbucks. He was really rude. I’m not sure he used almond milk because the coffee tastes weird. Horrible, i’m wont be coming again!

Ordered a sweet pepper bacon egg cheese sandwich and received my sandwich with no egg. It's extremely frustrating because some individuals don't have the time to go back and get the order fixed. When I tried calling the phone number for this dunkin location the phone number is not in service. I would appreciate a response and would like for them to update there phone number for future incidents like this so customers can reach out to management.

Ordered hot latte got regular coffee. Nobody's answering their phone no customer service available also when calling.

Very fast paced at the expense of service. No lemon for hot tea is one thing but typically a staple. And a bit snappish response so maybe they need to try their morning coffee. Front door had obvious signs of please clean me but otherwise very clean.

Typical wait time in the morning is between 15 to 30 minutes. My order is wrong more often than not. I think this is more to do with understaffing and a higher volume in the morning now that the new residences at Dewy Meadow are up. It used to be one of the best DD franchisees pre-COVID when they were in the adjacent building. It's still a fair location in a pinch, but I'm definitely starting to look for other options along my commute.

They seem to always mess up my order. I ordered 2 wake up wraps and maple bacon sandwich and only got sandwich. Was asked to wait for 10 more minutes and then get 1 wake up wrap. Didn’t realize it till I got home. This 1 of countless encounters…. I am changing locations asap

Everything about the food I ordered was bad. The sourdough sandwich bread was poor. The pictures of the sandwich on the menu had the bread toasted. It was not. The fried potatoes were soggy, almost cold, and their taste was off. I was left to wonder if the oil had been left in the fryer too long. The store itself seemed clean as did the bathroom.

Stay away from the Dunkin at 415 king George road! I asked for whipped cream, and when they presented my drink they told me "I can't change your order, I have other customers waiting". The picture of the drink I ordered has whipped cream on it, right on the ordering kiosk! This was very poor service, I have never, ever been denied an order the way I want it at Starbucks-perhaps I will shift my business to that chain instead. There is no reason to be treated this way, and now my money is waste. I was not provided a receipt either, left guessing what they charged me. I guess the staff is too busy to do those either.

Food and coffee was what you'd expect from Dunkin. The service was fast and courteous. The reason for the 2 stars is the cleanliness of the bathrooms in particular as well as the rest of the restaurant. I understand that mornings are busy but it had looked as though the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in months. The smell was overwhelming.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Snacking Bacon always lazily made thrown in a clump in the oven always raw. I drive 30 mins to Morristown to get properly prepared food. With 5$ gas this isn't fair it should be made right. So you take the bacon lay them out one by one on the baking sheet then you cook let sit for a few mins then serve you pre prepare this was well for busy times. Come on guys this is ridiculous serving raw bacon.

Ordered doughnuts, munchkins from the kiosk and after the order was told there was none available. That's still fine but it was told to me in a tone as if it was my mistake to order on the kiosk without checking what is already available. This is the most horrible way of treating clients. I was ok to take out other doughnuts in it's place but the way I was treated left a bad taste in my mouth.....thanks will not visit again.

Same old Dunkin menu, but the customer experience was chaotic. No one took orders. Everyone was forced to use a kiosk and everyone seemed rather confused because the kiosk was not that intuitive. The order for the coffee completely missed the extra light, handing me a black instead. Not likely to make this DD a priority stop.

Wasn't a bad place at all! My only complaint is that ehen I ordered from the counter, I asked for no cheese but got cheese (bacon, egg, and cheese). Not a huge deal to me but if you are extremely lactose intolerant, be careful when eating here. Would recommend.
