I can’t say enough good things about this place! The food was incredible, and the staff/service were unbeatable. My friends and I split the octopus to start which was so tender and delicious. I ordered the branzino which was really good, and one of my friends ordered the 10oz short rib. When she had a bite of mine she asked if we could switch because she decided she wanted that instead so I took her plate and am so happy I did! The short rib was super tender and delicious and she loved the branzino. After we split the apricot bread pudding and that was phenomenal as well. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more!

When Yelps 2023 Top 100 Best Places To Eat list was revealed! I was excited to see Jessica's Cafe listed. I've driven past it so many times. The following weekend my husband and I drove to Jessica's Cafe and we were turned away because we didn't have reservations. Went online to make reservations and it's extremely booked! Finally able to get reservations for dinner in the "heated tent outdoors". Our Server Jonathan was great! Attentive, courteous and checked in throughout the dining experience! Food was delicious! I had the salmon. The table in front of use ordered the pasta and it was so aromatic! I plan to come back and order the pasta! We had a leisurely dinner. It's BYOB- "bring your own bottle" of alcohol. Parking lot available. Congratulations on being ranked #40 on the Top 100‼️

Everything we ordered was delicious, service was great, and chef/owner came to check on us afterward to ensure we enjoyed everything. We went for an anniversary dinner, and have been back about a dozen times since. DO NOT miss the wild mushroom soup - it's a total game changer!

I ordered the pumpkin ravioli and it was so delicious!!! The staff was great, so attentive and polite! Will definitely go back!

A smaller, unassuming restaurant hidden in Plainfield is the home of some of the most delicious food I’ve had in a long time. We were fortunate to grab the last parking space there. We were promptly seated with our reservation, and we sought to try the fried Burrata, market salad, salmon, and Margherita pizza. My favorites of the night were the market salad and the Margherita pizza, both of which I believe to have a great flavor. Service was attentive and very quick, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Dessert was delicious as well, I would recommend the apricot bread pudding, which was a smashing hit. All in all, a terrific experience that I would recommend for anyone who is a self-proclaimed foodie.

We started off with some appetizers. We had White mussels, Arancini (risotto), Jumbo Lump Crab Meat and meatballs. They were all delicious. The Branzino was very flavorful, 😋, and the Ribeye was perfectly cooked and juicy. For dessert, we had the apricot bread pudding. The pudding was so good! It's a BYOB

By far, my favorite restaurant in the area. The shrimp rigatoni is one of my top 10 dishes ever, inclusive of Paris and Florence. I know it doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside and even under their tent is plenty elegant. I keep trying other highly rated restaurants and they never hold a candle to the big, perfectly matched flavors of Jessica's. Just remember to BYOB!

I have been passing this place for the past 4 years, and I finally got a chance to have dinner there. All I can say is what a Jewel this place is. The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff 😀 😍 😋 I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing, authentic Italian food! We just came back from Italy 2 months ago and the number one thing we knew we would miss was the food. The food in Italy is so fresh and flavorful! Having dinner at Jessica's Cafe was an authentic trip to the table, to enjoy Italian food right here in NJ! I am looking forward to my next visit!

Pretty good pasta. Everything we tried was tasty. The parking lot was full so we had to park on the street but inside only 4 customers. It is a very small dining area. The table for 2 ppl is quite small and uncomfortable.

Stopped in for late lunch on the way from airport to hotel. Although we arrived near closing time, the service and food were very good. Ordered the prosciutto, fig and mozzarella sandwich and a margarita pizza. Everything was good and the coffee was amazing. It’s not from an urn or a carafe or a pod maker. They make each one separately so it’s more like an Americano. excellent.
