The doctors are excellent have zero complaints always received great care and would recommend 5 stars but one lady in reception is one of the rudest most ignorant people I have ever had to deal with. Entitled abrupt rude just makes every time you speak to her a very unpleasant experience. So for that reason 2 stars.

The rudest, worst receptionist I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! She repeatedly asked me questions over and over like she did not believe that I did not have a medical card. Then when I somehow was able to convince her that I am a private patient, she said the practice could take me.... Until I told her my home address was outside of Dublin! She then LIED to me stating that it was against regulations for me to see a GP outside of my county.... Yeah maybe if I had a MEDICAL CARD WHICH I TOLD YOU I DON'T! Seemingly this practice treats all patients like an inconvenience. After doing my research to confirm that I can as a private patient see any GD GP I please, I called back.... Sorry no we are not taking any private patients anymore. Guess she's just ALL AROUND HORRIBLE AT HER JOB. GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Moved family here about 6 months ago after hearing a few recommendations from friends. Delighted we moved. The practice has an excellent reputation locally. The doctors know their stuff. Follow up care is really good. They always fit you in for an appointment.

Not usually one for reviews but have to say that I am very grateful to Newlands Cross Medical Centre. My experience each time has been excellent - professional, caring and taking the appropriate time to listen/explain. All very reassuring in times of need. Thanks again Dr Pete and all the staff.

I've never had such a kind and thoughtful doctor like Dr. Teehan. She's so nice and polite and she really made me very comfortable to talk to.

In my 13 years attending this medical centre I have always found the GPs very attentitive and pleasant to deal with and suzanne (nurse)also very professional in her dealings with me.The manager and staff have always been very accommodating in giving me appointments..

Delighted we moved to this practice. Doctors are excellent, appointments can still be made unlike many other practices, even in person ones.
