    Met an absolutely wonderful woman here who helped me to understand what options were available for my future travels rather than just going with an existing package deal. She took the time and helped me focus on what was important to me. Highly recommend.

    A bit expensive and the bus stopped half an hour away. But the animals were fantastic. There are showers throughout the place to cool down. The only other negative is you have to walk all the way back the same way back to exit.

    We have been a customer of Navan Travel for many years and had dealt with Michelle for most of them. I regret that Michelle moved on recently and was not there to resolve our issue. Basically we arrived at Perth airport to fly direct from Perth to London with Quantas to find we had been bumped off the flight. We were told we would instead be leaving 3 hours later from a different terminal and now traveling to Dubai and then on to Dublin with Emirates. We were also told our travel agent had been informed that we were being bumped off the flight. When we arrived home I contacted Navan Travel and they said Martin Skelly (Owner) would be in touch. Martin was away and contacted me about a week later and said he would check if they were informed of us being bumped off. Two weeks later I emailed him and he responded he still had no information. I waited a further month and emailed him again only to receive a reply that still no information. The mark of good customer service is 1) keeping the client in the loop 2) being proactive in resolving the problem 3) actually resolving the problem to the satisfaction of the client. I regret Martin Skelly fell down on all 3 requirements. We have found where Michelle moved to and will be dealing with her for our travel requirements going forward.
