I was in the shop today and picked up a pasta bake labelled as half price which I have gotten and enjoyed many times before. When I got to the till I was charged full price so I told the girl serving me that it was meant to be half price and pointed at the sticker. She first said that €7.50 was it at half price but I informed her I always get them and 7.50 is the full price. She then said that I could pick up a different one for half price but that this one wasn’t. I told her that all of the pasta bakes in the fridge were also labelled as half price. She then told me she would go and ask the boss which she did. When she came back, she told me that the boss said they were full price. I am aware of my rights as a consumer and that if something is labelled a certain price then it must be honoured. I have also gone into the shop many times and found items out of date.

Nice store but the staff could do with a little basic customer service and interaction training.

It's a garage with a big shop attached, not sure what else to say. The Deli is big enough doing hot and cold food, there's an area to sit and a toilet around the side of the building. Not cheap here for anything but still a handy place to waste 15 minutes when your early for an appointment elsewhere.

Stopped for fuel and a bite to eat ,lovely staff and food was excellent and good quantity in the wrap I ordered ,I'd call again

The staff were very kind to my granddaughter she was short a few cents for some sweets and they gave her the sweets so I would like to thank them for doing that 👍👍👍👍

Went in this evening to pick up a few bits only to be insulted by the lad on the till. Prob about 19 and doesn't get the concept of how you're supposed to behave when working with the public. Disgusted, won't be going here again

Very poor customer service. Cashier was very cheeky to my girlfriend and barked at her when asked about their deli. Unable to use payzone machines as they claim to not be trained. Either poor management or lazy staff.

Stopped for a sandwich and a coffee Lenny of parking and nice staff
