We came across Chipsy at a wedding we did ice cream for last week and there food offering was incredible, we loved their butter chicken with chips, I could have literally kept eating it, portion after portion it was that good. The guys working in the van as well were super friendly and really helpful, helping me get plugged in to power even though it wasn’t their responsibility. Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Can’t wait to see them again.

Literally just got back from eating here with my brother and daughter, we came all the way from Birmingham and this was our first stop before even settling down. And wow what a great decision that was! From the décor to the staff and finally the food. Such amazing flavours the triple fried chips and don't even get me started on the smash burger. Absolutely brilliant experience. Starting with the customer service and vibe, I knew it was going to be good. The food was second to none. By far the best smokehouse in NW London by far. The quality of meat is awesome and you can tell that the team have put some serious thought and effort into testing and developing their menu. Highly highly recommend.

Went and checked out Chipsy today and it was so good. Lovely place and super friendly service. The food was sooo tasty! I had the brioche French toast chicken sando and it didn't disappoint! Excellent food and 100% worth checking it out. Everything on the menu looked delicious!

Such amazing service and food, I genuinely enjoyed the food. Ordered a succulent and flavourful lamb rib which was incredibly soft a portion of mango habanero wings which have been cooked in a special way which made the chicken literally fall off the bone, a side of triple cooked fries and macaroni. And the drink selection took was lovely.

We visited Chipsy following a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. From the moment we entered until the moment we left, we were given the most amazing customer service, especially by Ali and Waseem. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the best smash burger I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a fair few in my time). Do not forget to go for their triple fried chips, they were the highlight. And the Rib sandwich was a mouthwatering experience. Definitely recommend this place, and do not forget to try their house milkshakes, especially their dragonfruit and mango milkshake.

Oh my word! This understated new restaurant in Hatch End has just provided me with an amazing gastronomic experience! This is a meat eaters paradise providing the most succulent and flavourful dishes. I've never had a Sando before, but I will be sure to be ordering more, I've never had anything like it, soft beef mixed in with melted cheeses , homemade pickles and sauces lovingly enveloped in french toast an inch thick! If you love food, you will love Chipsy.

OMG this is exactly what this fantastic food street needed! A top quality smokehouse with the most delicious food and hospitality! If you’re looking for a fun, clean and welcoming establishment with delicious fast food then Chipsy is place to be. Highly recommend! Will def be returning.

This place is by far the best place for a meat lover in the whole of North West London. In 8 days I've been here 4 times. And will continue to be my local spot, estimating about 3 times a week I'll be spending my dinners here! Food is 10 out of 10, service is 10 out of 10, and price is 10 out of 10, you cannot beat it! I am so disappointed!!! Having waited for them to open and looking at their menu I was very excited as it seemed like finally a fast food place in Hatch end that has veggie and vegan options. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! Their veggie and vegan options are extremely limited, more limited than most restaurants around here in fact. They have hardly any of their original menu available. It’s such a shame because it could have been so great, and with so many locals being vegetarian I really believe they are missing a trick. I’ve noticed they are often quiet when walking past. I reckon this is a factor. I don’t think they really did their research on the demographic of the area. Most of my friends around here are veggie. Really hoping they improve this as it’s such a shame. Gave them two stars because the decor was nice at least. Update - Thank you for taking the time to reply to my review. I look forward to trying your veggie/vegan menu once it has launched. Agreed, your private catering menu looks fantastic. Until then my review will remain as is. After I have actually been able to try this new menu then I might edit the review based on my experience. That’s generally how reviews work. The veggie burger was fine, nothing ground breaking (hence the review).

Honestly, some of the best chips I've had in a long long time! Popped in to have a look at this new shop and had to try something. Nice decor, very clean inside and helpful staff. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the great looking menu.

The smoked meats were phenomenal and by far the best brisket and smashed burger I have ever had. You have to try the loaded fries. I can’t recommend highly enough. By the end of the evening they also fed a homeless man which I thought was absolutely amazing. 🤩

I ordered the short rib, brisket and four cheese loaded fries. The food was delicious in particular the beef short rib. It was soft, juicy and tender. The BBQ sauce wasn’t overpowering, will definitely get this again. The chips were crispy and crunchy, but soft on the inside. The loaded fries were really nice, the portion was big and can be considered a meal itself. The brisket was very nice. I was hesitant at first when they served it with the chutney but it goes really well with the brisket. On top of that the staff were really friendly and food was served relatively quick (we did go at opening time). 10/10

We hired Chipsy at Anglia Ruskin University on both our Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses everyday of Freshers Week. Honestly can't recommend them enough. Great comms, really reliable and above all, incredibly tasty loaded fries. Our students (and staff) couldn't get enough of them. Highly recommended.

Best Gourmet Fries Ever !! We organised Chipsy to cater for our daughters 18th birthday party and they didn’t disappoint! Chipsy catered in the evening at my wedding back in September. They were great making themselves available at relatively late notice and they were very helpful in ensuring we had a wide and tasty menu! On the day they provided a great service to guests and most guests mentioned how good the burgers and chips were. Food truck was also very smart and fit nicely into our tipi wedding vibe. I would really recommend!

Had the loaded fries from Battersea Power Station last night with my wife and they were fantastic - some of the best chips we have had, period! Food served with a smile too! Highly recommend it.

I have had the fantastic team from Chipsy cater for me twice now. The first was for a special birthday on Christmas Eve and they made my front drive look absolutely magical. The food was exceptional and they catered for all our requirements both veggie and meat eaters alike, and their service was first class. I had so many guests ask me for their contact details! This was pre-covid and then the next event was a company event post-covid. We usually hold an annual BBQ but as the company has grown it was proving difficult to manage the logistics. So, having needed an excuse to call them back in, i was straight on the phone to Adam and I was so pleased to say that he accomodated me even though he had another event booked on the same day. The communication, service and food had got better, if that was even possible. It was by far the highlight of our event and the famous burgers are still talked about now. If you are looking for divine mouthwatering burgers, freshly cooked chips loaded to the max with fresh flavoursome toppings then give Chipsy a call. It was stress free, they cook everything fresh and there is no clearing up afterwards.
