Been here recently with the family.. Nice place to dine with the family (not sure about a typical weekend). We had dinner on a weekday , so it was very quiet, nice and had enough parking space. Items are very yummy but price is comparatively high. However the excellent service made us forget the price.. very friendly and professional staff.. Would recommend to anyone who can overlook the price for good drive ..

A fantastic Indo Chinese Restaurant which has 5star hygiene rating! Tasty Egg Fried rice, Chilli chicken, Lamb manchurian, and Tandoor Nan.

We live quite close, so decided to try this place and the food was outstanding! Delicious! We also had a great service from a really nice male server. We will definitely be back.

Been visiting the place now three years and the staff always welcomes us with a smile and ensure we are having a good time. The food is delicious and just right. Also the bar , the cocktails are superb.

Manager seems useless! Waiters are great. Takeaway took ages to prepare, the quality of the food has gone downhill quite a lot since they were sold a few years ago…..portion sizes are tiny for takeaway compared to other restaurants where the prices are more reasonable and better quality.

Came in tonight and as opposed to 5 years ago I was really disappointed Welcome was good and the security guy was really good. Staff in general were very friendly. But that on its own doesn’t make a good place to go. at 10:30pm the whole place is being drowned out by really loud music. You can’t speak to anyone next to or opposite to you at a table and the management having been asked to do something about it 3 or 4 times are doing nothing about it. Very poor! Then kicked out at 11pm though there were few people there anyway. Had to ask the waiter to come outside to let me pay the bill because he couldn’t hear me! Food was nice but over spiced. but there were not many people eating there either. Shame because this was a really good Restaurant and pub a short while ago but at the moment …

Venue 5 is Go-To restaurant for us for our weekdays Take Away. Today I am *Blown* away by *Paneer Biryani*. Being HomeCook myself, I have "Eye for taste & taste of Presentation". As this was Takeaway, "Taste" was surely overwhelming and will surely order this again!! (Don't do it normally but try your luck once aka recommending) ✅🇮🇳✅👍🏻 (Extra ⭐️ just for Biryani)

We had the most wonderful dinner experience🤩🤩😋. Lovely and attentive staff. Especially the lady who served our table, ::::::: was so lovely. It made all the difference. They had a beautiful chocolate dome. A Saturday well spent. Have recommended the place to 🤗couples and families,, definitely be back.

I went to Venue 5 with my boyfriend for dinner and drinks and absolutely loved the place. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious! There was a huge selection of vegetarian meals. The customer service was also excellent and the staff were very friendly- especially Eddie who looked after us on the day. We will definitely be returning.

This is one of the best egg curry I have ever eaten! It’s amazing! The schezwan noodles was spicy and I loved it! You will enjoy this noodles if you like spicy food! Chilli Paneer and Shahi Paneer was good. I have previously tried veg manchurian which is also good. This place is a bit on the expensive side hence the 4 stars!

I had so many india food but here the taste is amazing. I rated them as excellent and very tasty. I would always recommend. 5/5 in taste, 5/5 in quantity. And always fresh. Keep it up

My friends and I go to Venue 5 for DJ Vogue specifically on those nights when he’s playing! He’s the best DJ at Venue 5. When the music is good, everything is good. This was my first time being here and I absolutely loved it. But it can be very loud because some people just don't know how to talk with lower tone 🤷 but even with this the ambient was good. Waiters were attentive and helpful and the food was delicious

Everything is ok but noticed prices have increased that is probably due to high supplier costs. Otherwise not too bad apart from the odd veg dishes. Nothing in comparison with some of the other places we go to. But staff are friendly here

Had my son's birthday party at Venue 5 recently. It was an amazing, stress free and positive experience. From the initial conversation with the manager Mr Vishal to the very end of the party all was absolutely perfect. The food, set up and arrangements, adjustments to our requests, in-house DJ Dee, the staff and service during the party was truly great. We are truly appreciative of the friendly and quality service we received in our experience with Venue 5. Cheers!

Never going again for sure we ordered veg Manchurian and tasted almost like made of mix Flour. And then for the main dish tadka dal where i saw no type of tadka in it!! There’s too much taste of turmeric which made dal tasting like bitter. And for the last i saw there’s not even that busy i saw!! there are bottles of water and glasses on the table but not on ours and in the end when i was paying bill i had to ask one lady for it and didn’t get it!! Music is so loud that it felt like not restaurant but dance bar

Had my 50,th birthday here, near again. The service on the night was so bad.my guests was left with no waiter and all the waiters was too busy serving other tables. The venue near informed me they had set a Bollywood theme for the night. Which I don't mind but the DJ was so rubbish he had no idea which songs to play. We also got over charged so be careful on the night. I will never recommend this place for your special day.

Great tasting food although the portion sizes varied. Service was a little slow but that's because it was exceptionally busy. If in a large group try to order sooner rather than later. DJ starts playing music bang on 10pm so for any guests with sensitive ears be warned! I will be going again as I like the food and the vibe

Good food, broccoli and tofu salt and pepper are a standout. Soya also good if slightly salty. Food colouring really not necessary, please avoid, doesn't add to looks or taste. On the expensive side. Dance floor is a bonus, but music is rather unimaginative and more variety would be good.

Great venue and friendly staff. However, they didn't have a few popular items we wanted from their menu as they had stopped doing them. We found the food tasteless, and out of the 8/9 dishes we ordered, we only enjoyed a couple. It has definitely gone downhill since we last went there a few months ago. We live within walking distance so tend to go there on and off but have found that there is no consistency - you can go there one day and have a wonderful meal but on another occasion it's awful and definitely not worth prices they charge. Shame really as we'd go there a lot, lot more if they consistently provided a good standard of food.

I visited this restaurant as part of a work seminar. So this was not a proper dine in. However, I have experienced their food and service to comment. Very peaceful location ! FOOD was delicious. Starters, main course and dessert were mainly south Asian dishes that we had and they all tasted so good. Not overly spicy either. SERVICE. Maintained an excellent standard of service through out by the staff. Seminar room was adequately prepared and spacious for our need. PARKING: They have their own parking space which could accommodate enough cars. Only one thing special noted was that Google Maps takes you to the back side of the building to a care home area. Since it was not a busy area and road, it didn't cause any difficulties for me or my colleagues.

Service was great. Our waitress was so helpful and advised what's good too choose. Food was definitely 5 star. Would defo come back for that Atmosphere was great. However at 9pm on Fridays it becomes a club which way too loud for us oldies lol

Went for a birthday event. Indian restaurant. Nice and cosy. Atmosphere really good and the food delicious. Had their lamb dish with garlic naan 👌🏾 Once tables moved, had a dance floor with live dj, playing all types of music eg Asian with a twist of modern tunes, reggae, rnb, etc. Toilets are spacious and very clean. Staff were very polite and courteous. People attending were so friendly. Must book for any occasion as you can't just drop in if events are taking place. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and venue for any occasion.

This restaurant has a good ambient. It was my first time with my family I wasn’t happy with the food we ordered as all of them were tossed in similar sauces which made dishes taste similar. Cocktail was super tasty and may be good place to hangout with drinks.

We went to Venue 5 after a few years, and the food was as delicious as always. As a family, we are vegetarian and vegan so both options were amazing. Would highly recommended the Avacado bombs.

Great place to have typical I dian food and I do Chinese food. Loves the place. Outdoor sitting is very well organized. Venue 5 also well know for its banquet operations. decent banquet area. One must have prior book their events. As it is most of time full for weeks.

They had an appalling service. We asked for cocktails, which were all juice but not alcohol, when mentioned it to them, they topped it up but again they had no alcohol. The music was too loud that could not hear the waiter. The manager was very rude, the service was the worst I had ever seen. The potions are too small and too expensive. I would not recommend it. It will ruin your evening.

Great place with lovely food. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Extensive drinks menu that actually tastes delicious. The food tastes very good, and each individual dish tastes different (unlike some other restaurants where the dishes/masala tastes the same). Well worth it. Will visit again.

Went to celebrate Mothers Day with my wife and children. The inside décor was inviting. The food was pity much tasteless as everything was covered in yogurt, starters and mains. The starters were look warm and within 5 minutes it was cold and the rice was cold on the top, as if the chief warmed up the rice and left it on the table. Only thing that was good / NO, excellent were Mogo chips and Crispy bhajiya. The service was very poor, example, we tried to attract the staff attention standing at the bar NO response. The staff were not able to take down the orders properly. Would I want to go there again? Probably not. We spent over £150 this afternoon for substandard, low quality food. I can only say the food is not geared for us Indians. This restaurant did not even ask if we wanted mild, medium of hot mains. The service is bad when the staff does not ask you at the end if the customer would like some desert. AS the offer did not come we decided to leave and had over desert at desert place.

Friendly staff, great food and pleasant decor and environment. Only problem which appears to be a common opinion is that the food takes forever to come out. Waited excessively with kids complaining of hunger. This was the only complaint but it would also make me think twice about coming back.

DO NOT go to this restaurant!! This area has a high crime rate and I had my car broken into. Staff told me that "this is quite common around here" and they have not done anything to ensure visitor safety. I spoke to the staff after having the break in and received no support just told to speak to manager "Jim" who barely turned up to work after I called up the place multiple times to request footage from outside the venue. Once I eventually got hold of Jim, he told me that "security company they deal with has updated and replaced hard drives for footage due to update", a few days after my car was broken into. I was told by staff members working that Jim has access to the passcode for CCTV footage so how has a security company suddenly updated and replaced hard drives? I had desperately begged for the footage on the night of the break in followed by every day after the incident for a week with no support. Funny thing is that I was parked right outside the main door... I am not even joking when I say I could open my door and step inside.... I was reassured constantly my waiter staff that "we have footage all around and we can give it, since this has happened before".... I lost so many items worth so much and there wasn't even an attempt for recovery on staff's part. Ive since spoken to Jim and have had to explain how CCTV systems work which just explains how little staff know about their own venue. I didnt even get to eat and had to pack up food from the area and had no contact from this place of any kind. Not worth going to a restaurant so far out if safety is not a priority!!
