Smart Italian restaurant with an olive tree winding throughout its interior. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Mezzaluna Croccante which had a soft pastry, an oozing cheesy centre and perfectly complemented by garlic mayo. The garlic mushrooms were equally delicious and had a crispy coating. The vegetarian risotto was tasty and all portion sizes were generous. The Bucatini con pesto pasta had heaps of flavour and definitely worth a second trip. On the other hand the garlic and pesto flatbread had little flavour and was yearning for seasoning. On the dessert front the warm brownie was cold and annoyingly accompanied by salted caramel ice cream instead of vanilla which ruined the whole taste. I had an amazing experience at Zaza! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a picture perfect olive tree inside who gives the restaurant a magical feel, making it a perfect spot for a lovely date. We went there for our anniversary dinner, and what made the dinner even more special was the lovely surprise of a free glass of prosecco from the restaurant. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their fantastic dishes! Highly recommended!

The service was okay, but the atmosphere was heavenly! Very pleasant and interesting decor. The food was even ok, the bruschetta and mushrooms for the starter were great, but unfortunately the carbonara lacked flavor and depth, even after adding pepper, salt and a large amount of parmesan cheese, which unfortunately seemed to be rather indistinctive. The pizza was normal, very thin but ok. Nice place, maybe it's worth trying something else there.

Absolutely loved this cute restaurant. The preserved tree inside is gorgeous and perfect place to dine. Staff are amazing. Food was amazing. My absolute favourite dish was the brushetta and veg risotto. Prices are a little on the pricy side considering the portions but taste was 10/10. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

A lot of store bought things, especially pastry tart she'll. Very dry and obviously old, although the chef did not agree and sent the waitress back to the table to disagree! Just own it: you didn't make it, it's old and you got caught.

Absolutely one of my favourite restaurants. There food and decor is always inviting and the tree and fairy lights make it a lovely place to meet up with friends and family.

Really great experience. Me and my partner didn't have a reservation but the team found space for us and made us feel very welcome. Nice ambience and the Oliver tree is a nice feature. Food was excellent, nicely presented and tasty. Dessert Mmmm! I had the Mascarpone Cheesecake and my partner the Creme Brulee, both were superb. Customer service is always key for me and it was spot on. Staff we very polite, friendly and attentive. I would recommend Zaza Pinner and will visit again.

As always, food was good, as was the atmosphere. Unfortunately there was some confusion regarding the booking and they were expecting people not two. Staff seemed quite put out that they had to find a different table. Pizza was tasty and always enjoy the Olive Tree.

Been quite a few times now. Their slow roasted lamb shank is one of the best I’ve had. Rosemary mint gravy & mash. Fantastic dish. Always a lovely experience going here. Great service and brilliant food. Thumbs up!

Great little Italian restaurant with a wide variety of food and wine options. Great food and very well priced, the mussels were absolutely delightful (should be on the main menu and not a specials only item if you ask me). Only part that let it down is we were placed at the very entrance when there was ample space on the other side of the seating area but was refused to move to that part. Will be visiting again.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Absolutely amazing service, every single waitress and waiter was very warm friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! It was my boyfriend’s birthday which I noted on the booking not thinking anything of it and they brought him out a little cake and candle on a plate that said happy birthday and sang to him. It was a really lovely gesture and it made the day even more special! Will definitely be returning!

Very enjoyable lunch with a friend. Good service and delicious food. I really enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara and the cheesecake was quite nice but a little sweet and bland for me. Atmosphere was very pleasant - we were able to have a good chat with an element of privacy too. Only negative was the queue for the toilet. There is only one and 2 of us ended up waiting...

They’ve really upped their food quality and menu. Or maybe we’ve just not come in a while 😅. Either ways service was quick and nice.. and the food was really well done. Excellent starters and mains. Chilli Margarita is a must try. 🍸

I've been here so many times because my father in law loves it. The staff are great the italian food is loved by him and the kids but I just can't get excited by it. But I feel a better person when I go and don't make a fuss, ( obviously I always have two courses and kind of enjoy it). Thankfully the father in law is moving.

We dined here in April and the food and atmosphere was really lovely. Unfortunately, we came in during a lunch time rush and had a hungry toddler with us. However, the staff went over and above to make it right and they ended up packing our lunch for us and it just tasted so divine. I would definitely eat here again. Thanks for looking after us.

Nice ambience and lovely food. Been here few times and will be visiting again too. Only disappointment was with the cutlery for desserts which needs replacing. It was 3 stainless spoon given to us and all of them had gone black metal (see pic) so hoping Manager will take action.

We were party of 12 and everyone agreed that Zaza is an excellent restaurant. Food was so tasty and ambiance was great with an olive tree inside as a talking point.

It has amazing food, the people are very friendly and the place is beautiful. Have been twice and food was delicious, definitely going back.

2nd time at zaza. We ordered a different dish; the conchiglia con pollo for mains. This was just a delight. The pesto, pine nuts, parmesan and white wine sauce all go very well together and have their own unique flavours. Delicious. Our plates were cleared. I also opted for the brownie… very nice. One for chocolate fans! As always, the waiting staff were also very lovely. Great customer service. Will be coming back to try the other different foods

This was a lovely restaurant. Tables well spaced with glass particians. Had a very tasty, and beautifully presented 3 course lunch. Staff were efficient and friendly. I found it easy access, and you could get a wheel chair in there as all on the ground floor.

Been here loads of times and its always a great restaurant, and last Friday was even better. The food was excellent, in fact the sautéed king prawns were better than that, there's good wine at reasonable prices and the staff super efficient and friendly. Given that the place was packed as usual it's quite an achievement. The only way to make it better would be to buy the place next door and extend it further!!! Well done to all the staff and thank you.

Was there last week Tuesday, highly recommended by a dear friend. Loved it service was good, menu was just spot on. The only issue was that they inadvertently put bacon on my Quattro Formaggio Pizza, I am a vegetarian, fortunately I noticed it pretty quickly and I have to admit the manager was mortified that this had happened and went out of his way to ensure I received a fresh pizza and the bill was updated he also didn’t charge for the desserts we ordered. Would I go again a resounding ‘yes definitely’ the situation was managed really well and apart from this hiccup overall the food and service was great. Ps highly recommend the elderflower cocktails..

Amazing service. Went to celebrate our anniversary and the staff provided a glass of prosecco on the house. Our waitress was very professional and patient with us as we spent a while getting through our starters and mains. Food was amazing as usual and we will be back again soon.

We celebrated Mum’s 81st Birthday last night @Zaza -Pinner. Asha & all her staff were so friendly & went the extra mile to make sure Mum had an memorable meal. Mum & Dad are regulars at Zaza and the team are so welcoming. The food and drink was excellent and we will hopefully be able to enjoy more family meals in this lively ambiance. Thank you so much for taking great care of my parents during COVID too with the special deliveries to their home, delivered by Asha…this is really outstanding service and very kind. We look forward to visiting again from Cornwall and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal for any occasion at this wonderful location.

Booked very late for Mothers day which was my fault but they still found us a table for 4 & 5 right next to each other which was perfect for the eight of us. As I have said before in previous reviews there are few places I can take my autistic son to & get him to stay for a few hours & Zaza's in Pinner is 1 of them. The food & wine are always great & the service is impeccable. I always feel like we are being well looked after & that's why we keep coming back we either the family or just with friends....In fact we should be back in about 3 weeks time for a little late April treat with 2 friends who have only been there once as they are new to the area so they are set to have a lovely time with us.......

The food was really good for the most part. The calimari could’ve been improved upon and the quantity of goats cheese on the pizza was a bit excessive for my palate, but nonetheless everything else was really tasty. A million and one times better than the chain Italians the suburbs have been plagued with.

What a great place to eat! Recommended by our niece and she certainly wasn't wrong. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! Very reasonably priced too! Would definitely recommend!

This restaurant is always busy so it's best to make a reservation. Warm welcome when you enter the restaurant and are greeted by staff who will then show you to your table. It's a lovely, warm and cosy ambience. Staff let you eat in peace and don't hover over you while you're eating. The food and drinks are nice. When you have finished and the table is cleared. Staff will bring you got towels, followed by mint tea and baklava.

There was a group of 5 of us ladies and a child for a meal. The meal was lovely, really good food and the service was excellent to begin with. However, once we finished our meal we asked for our bill without the service charge. Once that was mentioned our servers demeanour completely shifted. Suddenly her face dropped and she began speaking to us very curtly with short snappy sentences. She then did not come back to our table and sent another server however the remainder of our time there our original server continuously was talking about us, pointing and whispering and sending dirty looks our way. Staff were gathered in a group by us all looking and whispering which made us feel so uncomfortable. At one point a server asked us why we wanted the service charge off if the service was fine. We were fully intending to leave a tip however the behaviour after we had mentioned the service charge made us feel so awful we decided against it.

Was okay experience waiters were nice but the food was disappointing the chicken diavola was basically just boiled there was no grilling on it at all and the flavour was not nice at all. The garlic flatbread with mozzarella was awful it was like eating a frozen pizza with cardboard cheese on it. And my partner got penne Tuscana and the chicken used inside has skin on it and stuff it wasn’t even chicken breast. Only thing that was nice was the funghi fritti which u can’t really mess up.
