This year January, I visited Light Fantastic clinic to undergo chin hair removal due to a dark pigmented area on my skin. During the initial appointment, Michaela conducted a thorough consultation, taking note of all my details, and we proceeded with the treatment. After 3 sessions, I noticed a significant fading of the dark spots, and my chin area returned to its normal skin tone. I completed a total of 8 sessions, and now there are no more dark spots, and I no longer experience chin hair growth. Michaela did an outstanding job, displaying professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I am incredibly grateful to her and definitely recommending Light Fantastic clinic.

I can’t recommend Light Fantastic & Michaela enough. My laser treatment has actually been enjoyable and very effective. Michaela totally puts you at ease and we have a lovely chat every time. Highly recommend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my laser treatments now.

All I can say is Lee is amazing! He sure knows his stuff! I have had only three sessions, and the tattoo is almost gone! Lee is truly a professional! I healed very quickly... with no scaring whatsoever! I will definitely be back if I get another disastrous tattoo!

Have been coming for some time now for tattoo lazor. And WOW what a lovely business this husband and wife have made. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very welcoming & clean Clinique (Always!). Michaela has been focusing more on my tattoo lazor journey but today I met Lee & what a lovely man. I was nervous at first due to my tattoo being on my upper leg so I had to take my trousers off etc but Michaela made sure I was properly covered by suppling me with a blanket. By the end of the session Lee made me feel so comfortable & reassured that next time I feel so much more relaxed. I visited the clinic looking for laser tattoo removal. At my consultation the whole procedure was explained to me and I was encouraged to ask questions, which were answered in a factual, realistic, no nonsense way. I felt very confident moving forward that I would like to go ahead. The treatment was carried out, and again, I was made to feel very comfortable and put at ease. The treatment itself didn’t take very long and I was given clear instructions about the aftercare. I have further visits planned to continue this particular treatment. I will definitely be using this clinic again. Very friendly and helpful.

Michaela is so nice and makes you feel really welcome. The first time I spoke to her I mentioned how much I paid for laser hair removal where I used to live and she didn't question it, just agreed to match it. I have recently moved back home but still travel to see Michaela for treatment as I doubt I will find anyone with better service. I would recommend anyone to see her for any of her treatments.
