Really nasty baristas! My girlfriend ordered some coffee this morning around 8am, and the baristas openly made fun of her order thinking she wasn’t in the building. She was very embarrassed. Completely unnecessary, everyone likes their coffee a certain way and there’s no reason to belittle people for the way they want theirs. I’m honestly disappointed in the staff here for this experience, and we won’t be coming back any time soon.

Looked like the staff just rolled out of bed... didn't feel very welcoming. They were also out of bagels before noon, and didn't have many food options... kinda a bummer. But, the latte was excellent!

This location has some of the nicest folks of the bunch. We always stop by when visiting town. Though a bit on the sweeter side I like their spicy chai both dirty and reggae. Their commemorative coffee tins are fun too.

This place is my go-to study spot. The coffee is always consistently tasty and strong (to the point where I get jittery). The baristas are friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent. My only complaint is that some of the tables are old and wobbly, but the establishment is otherwise excellent!

Brings their A game every day, especially on busy mornings like now when they have what must seem like a never ending line for the staff. Always nice, and smiling even when they must be tired. Drinks are all great.

I have been coming here since they opened. I absolutely love this place, but they hired someone new who wanted to overcharge me AND was rude to me about it. I’m a local here, I come here so often, and it’s saying a lot if I’m even taking the time to write this. Management, please speak with your newest employees so my colleagues and I can come back to this place and enjoy is once more.

The staff are always friendly, but the last few times I have been here the coffee has been WAY to hot. My cappuccino burned my mouth trying to drink it, and had to wait 20ish minutes just for it to be at a drinkable temperature. No other Jittery Joes location does this and I hope they fix it soon because I do love this shop.

Great staff that was friendly and helpful. They knew almost half of the customers that came in and everyone seemed to be in a great mood. Very pleasant experience and I enjoyed my mocha.

I always used to go to Jittery Joe's, but I won't go back there again. I had to wait 30 minutes for my coffee even though there was no one in line before me. The two employees were just chatting and laughing not doing their work.

With a name like Jittery Joe's - it has to be good! Starbucks prices is the only drawback.

Great coffee great muffins. Greatness. They rearranged the furniture so that'll take some getting used to.
