    I saw Jessie today in the Athens, GA location. She was PHENOMENAL and attentive to my request to have my wedding set of 15 years sized and repaired. I’m thankful for her great and compassionate customer service.

    Probably won’t ever use Kay’s again. First of all I went in store picked my bands out ordered them and had them sent off with my engagement ring. Get it back a week and a half later. And the ring is to small. When I ordered my bands they told me to upsize with doing double bands. They didn’t upsize the rings for me. So I send it off AGAIN. Gets here another week later, and I get no call about my ring being there. When I call they tell me it’s ready for pick up and I can come get it. My Husband gets there and they tell him that all the stones on my engagement ring were loose. Why this wasn’t checked before sending the ring back is beyond me. But at this point I just want my ring back. And Kay’s can’t seem to get anything right for me.

    Don't know the two ladies names in the store today. One lady acknowledged me, she was with a customer. The other lady came out and totally ignored me and helped a lady that came in after me. I kept my cool. But I did leave and made my purchase at another jewelry store. I don't spend my money with nasty rude people. Their loss!!!

    I took several pieces of jewelry in for repair. Received all back in timely manner. My Cubic Zirconia had to be sized down but that was not put on repair ticket on initial order. So it was sent back to have links removed for a better fit. The initial turn around was 2 weeks. I was told the cut down would probable take a week. The vendor kept my bracelet for over two weeks. I went into store to check on repair and they checked the system and said the vendor no longer works on cubic zirconia. No one notified me of this. I was told it would be returned to store and sent to another vendor to cut down. Then they tell me this vendor notified them saying it would cost an additional $89 to repair. I said nope return my bracelet. Its been almost month and 1/2 and I have not received my bracelet back yet. Horrible customer service. Will never use Kay Jewlers for repair again!!!.

    Horrible experience! I purchased a ring for my wife of 13 years for our anniversary. There was an issue with the ring, we wanted to return it. I called progressive leasing and stopped payments, which was easy that part is fine . When the store reopened I returned the item and a few days later recieved my refund... but it was short the $84 that I paid initially. I called the store and the worker just seemed fed up with people apparently because she was short and sounded like she didn't care about my issue one bit. Rude! She went on to tell me that if you keep a ring or whatever longer than 5 days that first payment is non refundable! So they charge people for storage?? WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM KAY ?! I will be inquiring about this robbery. Never again, I know that much. RESULTS- I called progressive leasing, great customer service, unlike kay. I got my refund 🤑 FO kay!

    I bought an amazing, beautiful diamond ring: that reminded me of my sister Ruth: who passed away in 2015. Every time I see my ring reminds me of Ruth my angel. The staff was very nice. The collection had alot of variety & different styles.

    Would have been a good experience if they didn’t keep pushing their protection plan. When we say no it means no. Then all of a sudden you want us to pay $65 to size the ring meanwhile you sized mine for no charge. Terrible business practice. Won’t come back.

    I had an emerald ring cleaned and polished, and a setting replaced. The gemstone i got back looks smaller and clear, where before It was opaque. It doesn't even look the same anymore.

    I purchased a ring and then found it tight. I returned the store within 10 days and asked to change the size. They said they could order online but would not allow for the promotion price applied to my first purchase. I had no option but to pay for the sizing cost to size it from 7 to 7.5. Though it was not a big deal but a very bad experience. Would not recommend this store anymore!

    I normally have a good experience when I go to this location for my wedding/engagement ring inspections. Maybe next time, don’t ask newlyweds if they’re “ready to upgrade”. I’m perfectly happy with the ring my husband chose for me and it’s exactly what I wanted, thank you. Not everyone wants a giant rock or the price tag that comes with it.

    Wife dropped her wedding set off and got the email that it’s back. Got to the store and only one was back.smh think this has more to do with Kay and not this store. Just don’t understand how a set get separated and you tell me it’s 2 different emails
