Watched the employee delete my order of 2 large teas off the screen and I hadn't received them. These young people need to learn multitasking instead of staring into space.

Wonderful drive thru experience, didn't wait long even though in a long line. Got food for my 21 year old who isn't able to drive yet, cognitive disabilities. Loved the personality of the waitress/cashier/server. So friendly, accommodating and kind, truly likes working with people (older lady, not a teenage).

Got some breakfast delivered, but today, I ordered online to go and pickup. Got my order, went home, and was shorted two sandwiches! So had to go back up to restaurant, told them to please replace my 2 big mac's, because they were, fixed for a bit. Did not replace my sandwiches, and was very rude. Got my order straightened out, but No fresh big mac's.. More foreigners, working, and can't upstanding english.English.. Sad Place. Used to be good.. probably my last visit to this location.. Very Poor....

Read me my order back at both windows and yet still gave me the wrong order and wasn't fresh especially for the price of just a fry

Not much to say about this place, as far as fast food joints go. Their coffee is good and they have never gotten my order wrong.

Love McDonald's. My food is always cooked just like I ask and it's always hot. Plus it helps with McDonald's app too. Got tons of free items and continue to build up my points. Between the points and deals, it's come in clutch for my family on days where we didn't have much money.

I ordered me a steak egg and cheese McGriddle with double egg double steak and double onions. So of course it would not fit in the package so they had to put it in a container 🤣🤣🤣

I pulled up to the menu board at 10:55 p.m. as you can see on your video tapes if you play it back they sat me there until they were closed. The store it's not as bad as Fern valley store but Jesus Christ people you can't get nothing right. If you're a Louisville you want to go to a good store go to the old shop store they're decent over there.

Damn! The cashiers must be deaf or slow. My order was made wrong, they gave me a small cup of Coke after I specifically said large, and plus I never got my two chocolate chip cookies like I had requested and when asked about the cookies, the drive-thru lady said "WHAT?!" but she said it like she don't know what a cookie is. I hate when cashiers don't follow simple instruction.

Customer service is terrible, my order was made wrong I said no lettuce and there was lettuce on my burger. I have an allergy to lettuce really bad. There was mold on my burger… then when I tried calling about it no one picked up the phone. Never coming back!
