The people who work in this place so as not to be racist are very rude, because I almost left the place, because it was a few minutes before closing, I just wanted to look and then return and what to say about the one who was a saleswoman, suddenly The balloons began to explode, by God, I would never return to this place. People like you shouldn't work in this place………….. Thank you.

I love this store!! Usually always purchase birthday party decorations and supplies from here. We went in the other night to look around for Halloween costumes. They have a large selection to chose from, if a child can't find one here IDK where they would. staff is very helpful and patient which is a big plus. the prices are are about the same as anywhere else you would go to. The store is very clean and stocked.

They hire a bunch of young kids who appear to care less. Spent $35 on balloons and few hrs later the balloon is already loosing a lot of air. The store is clean but good service is lacking

Ordered my balloons online for pickup at 3:30-4:00. Got there a little before 4 and the only person to speak with was the girl manning the register. She asked that I wait next to another lady waiting for her order that was suppose to be curb side pickup. She had texted her arrival and waited 15 minutes in her car. She gave up and came in and waited there again until register was cleared. She picked up her order but my balloon order had not even been started. Waited while they filled my balloons and to top it off made me late for my appointment at 4:30 and the balloons didn't even hold the helium for 4 hours. By the time I got them home for my 5 year old birthday girl they we barely floating. I should have just gone to Dollar Tree. They were 1/2 the price I paid at Party City and they stayed up for a week.

Wide selection, pricey costumes and there pickup is literally pick up. I was totally shocked when I ordered pickup and had to go into the store to get my items. Call me weird but I've never went into the store for pickup. It totally soured my quick and easy experience.

My online experience, not great at all. I would find a mom and pop balloon business for your special day. My balloons never arrived to my event. Customer service over the phone was horrible. Very young supervisors/managers that could have cared less about the disappointment. Corporate was not any help. They just give you a number and direct you back to the store. Horrible experience. Although I placed the order online, I had to go to the store for my refund after two weeks, and I saw my order still sitting in the store. It's not worth the patronage.

Great service. However , I purchased helium and brought my own balloon. I thought 10.00 was pricey for some air..but I needed it , so I purchased it

The website and automated phone call says they close at a different time then they actually do. There were atleast 5 people who came and were turned away at the door just while I was sitting in my car. Update your website and phone if youre going to change your hours! Making your customers waste their time and gas is ridiculous! Inconsiderate!

I had a complicated balloon arrangement for a gender reveal and the ladies at balloon counter were very helpful along with Kevin. Thank you all very much.

First of all never shopped at Party City before so my first visit not a good one. Not one worker in there was a bit friendly or welcoming in fact I felt like a bother to them. Also the outline at the front to check out is a bit confusing it's like a maze and the balloons were average except the gender reveal balloon it was good but overall not a good visit.
