Moe at the front desk was very rude! Needs some training in how to deal with members. I wont visit this location again. I dont recommend this location to anyone. Drive another 4 minutes to avoid troubles by the front desk Moe.

This place is a joke. So called general manager is a novice. When you ask him a question he have no clue what to answer. Every one was looking at each other for an answer. Me and my family just signed up at this location 4 hours ago, we came with my 12+ years old. After we finally finished signing up....took them a long time to sign us up after a long time. I came out to tell someone at the front desk that I wanted to put my purse in the car 🚗 and come back to continue with my hydro message. That's when the assistant and so called general manager suddenly woke up from their slumber and started saying that my 12+ year old cannot stay in their building. He has already stayed for 2 hours plus and they never did tell us that when we first came in. Very novice set of managers, very unprofessional, arrogant with zero customers satisfaction. I will not recommend this place to my cat and dog to go and workout. If you consider yourself more valuable to my cat 🐈 and dog 🐕 then do not go to this S.hurstbourne parkway location.

The guy behind the counter is rude, unprofessional and apparently doesn't understand someone if they have a country accent because I had to repeat everything I said at least three times and then he tried to act like he had no idea what a membership renewal was. I just said forget it... Just an fyi, I say in my car for 15 minutes trying to gain the courage to walk inside. Shame on you 👏👏👏

I called 2 months ago to cancel my membership,I've noticed that I was charged again,so I called the hurstborne location and explained to the young man that answered the phone.He stated that he didn't see where it was canceled and I actually recorded that call and basically he said YOUR'RE SCREWED..... this is wrong in so many ways....I don't recommend using them

Bathroom are filthy they have water bugs on the ceiling, debris and dirt in shower area, Bathroom had no tp, I tried to explain to the front desk and on of the attendants me that that was not his job 8/10/22 01:11 Need to add commercial floor mats to the shower are to prevent possible falls, safety first Peace!!! ✌️

This place has started to go down withing the past few months. This establish has become dirtier with the dust and air building up around equipment, cloths and garbage left on the floor, and at most times nk on at the front counter. I understand I come extremely early in the morning, but this would be the time you would want to be cleaning, prepping for your morning rush

I have probably been to every planet fitness in Louisville and out of them all this has been the best in my opinion. Always clean and in a great location. Never really to crowded. And the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Been coming here for about 10 years now. Lots get another 10 down.

Another great location of Planet Fitness. I had left work early, went a different way home and seen this location. Instantly figured I should stop for a workout. Great thing about my black card benefits, I can go to any locations. This location was clean and plenty of space. Great thing about coming in the middle of the workday, lots of space. The employees were nice.

Been working out here for years. My knees won’t let me do a whole lot of strenuous cardio but I’m able to keep a hardened, father figure. The gym is clean and equipment is relatively new and well-maintained. The staff is friendly never had a problem there with anyone.

Equipment is Clean & tidy. Paper towel dispensers full. Every area of the gym is noticeably cleaned regularly. The bathroom/locker is clean and most importantly! smells clean. I applaud PF for utilization of the limited locker room square footage . I hope to see the locker rooms expanded soon. It’s size does not match the flow of the gym. This location exhibits a standard above what I have seen at many other club locations.

This place is HUGE btw and recently had an equipment upgrade. Staff is friendly and helpful. Patrons are kind and there really is no judgment. Love it here.

You would think with TWO deadly, highly contagious viruses going around they’d be more serious about cleanliness and making sure folks are being clean. Especially one that you can contract by touching something someone else has touched. But they aren’t. Last time I’ll be at this location. Disgusting.

The dude at the desk was the worst I’ve never had a bad experience here and I bring a guest every time but this guy I’ve never seen before at the desk was rude to me and my guest had an attitude the whole time. I went up to the desk to use my black card amenities and he stood there for at least a minute before he paused his show and came to help me I just left.

It’s a bit smaller than most PFs I go to, but I VERY rarely have to wait for any of the machines. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly.

All I will say is, if you ever need help with anything, you'll be SOL. And if you absolutely without a doubt want to go to planet fitness, I would *only* recommend the Middletown location. But most importantly, I would not make this your "home" club, as its called.

I have been a member going on four years now and never have a problem completing my work out with a variety of strength and conditioning machines. Staff is courteous and terms are very reasonable.

Facility was clean, women locker room was clean. Plenty of equipment, only drawback equipment closely located to each other. Policy to clean equipment after personal usage is still recommended with plenty cleaning stations.

I bought a membership for my son. He loves it there.. 16, goes by himself and feels comfortable. I plan to join as well

Fantastic gym. Super clean, staff is great, and the equipment is mostly in great working order. There is plenty to choose from and I enjoyed it more than my home gym.

Like the gym for the price. Just wish they had heavier free weights and more than just smith machines. Weight benches with free bars would be great. I like the massage chairs as the really help out your muscles at the end of a heavy workout.

The gym can be an intimidating place, but Planet Fitness strives to be as welcoming as possible. I think they do a great job. The staff is kind and helpful. There are plenty of each machine, the place is seldom busy and always clean. Perfect for the majority of folks looking for a quick workout.

We love Planet Fitness! Their staff is very helpful, the equipment is always clean and in working order. We love the massage chairs and hydro beds. Great way to end your work out. We go to several locations around town. Very consistent all around. Highly recommended!

Make sure my experience was smooth and easy. They even finished most of the paperwork that the other planet fitnesses that I've been to have failed to complete for me was super nice and even though they were renovating, all of the machines were well kept and everyone there was nice

Honestly, the morning crew at the front desk is rude. First they gave me an attitude because I didn’t wanna takeoff my face mask for a picture which is optional. The second time is when I have been coming in as a guest with a black card member, the lady suddenly wanted to verify who I was with even tho I been coming for months now. When I get there names, I will state them because they need to be held accountable.

Facilities are exceptional. I wish the one in Woodstock GA was this nice.

Been a member for a while now. Friendly staff and usually not too busy during lunch time when I go. Tanning beds, free weights, machines galore, tons of cardio equipment, etc.

Great place to go. Haven't been to the gym since pre-covid and my gym closed due to the pandemic so coming here has been a game changer. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Being able to go anytime of the day is amazing.

Planet fitness is a great place for people of all experiences. They don't have everything that you would want as a bodybuilder or professional. But they have everything you need to get it done. And for the price, you can't beat it. Everything is always very clean. The staff is always friendly.

I've been to more than 30 gyms and this is the best one ever. The only thing wrong is there's only 1 dressing room but that's ok I'll survive as a truck driver 10-4

Recently moved to Louisville and love this gym. Very friendly staff, always clean and tiddy. Equipment worked properly, and fixed fast when not. Lots of equipment options and adequate space between each one making it feel comfortable and not over crowded even when it's a full house.

Clean in the time of covid. They enforce mask-wearing and distance. Polite and friendly staff.

This is a great location. Safe area, clean locker rooms, and friendly staff. One morning I was asking an employee named Matt at the front desk about the area because I had just moved into town and while he was talking to me he was waving to people as they were walking in. He was saying hello and calling them by name before they even made it to the counter to scan in. He probably knew the names of 25+ people from memory that walked in while we were talking. It was pretty impressive.

Kind of small the free weight section is really small more treadmills in any place I have ever seen

Scranton primary first time at Planet Fitness on Hurstbourne I enjoyed it all the machines were all the same as I previously worked out at another gym there's plenty of space the entry-level the parking lot and everything is level there's plenty of machines there's people everybody kind of keeps themselves as the facilities are nice that they instructed everything I liked it 24/7 you can't find that any further when you work first second or third shift work or whatever it's good to have

Was a member here in 2018 now came back in 2020...and they have expanded. Very nice, super clean, and bright! Almost too bright HA! You cant beat the price...they dont call it the "Walmart of Gyms" for nothing. Decent place

Always clean workout areas, and the app allows you to see how crowded the facility is before you go. I prefer to workout when it's not too crowded. And the staff are friendly and socialable.

The restrooms need ventilation. Restrooms need to be clean throughly at least twice a day. Need to bring restroom cleaning crew twice daily. Great equipment and very spacious. Staff is great but they need more employees because the gym is big; there are to many exercise equipments to clean, not enough employees.
