The doctors are great HOWEVER some staff needs to learn how to speak to others on the phone. I called today to make an appointment for my daughter and I said great she’ll be on her way. The lady says who’s bringing her I said my husband. Is this her dad? Yes it is. Not a step dad? NO aged father my husband I don’t have any baby daddies! What part didn’t she get. I even have his name if you look at the file he brings his daughter to the doctor all the time. Not sure what she’s used to dealing with but I don’t do ignorance!

I will be changing doctors. This office used to be family oriented and a great place to go. Now Norton's bought them out and this office will NOT see your child if they are sick. My daughter is really really sick and I was told they no longer see sick calls and i have to go to emergency room. I'm sorry but i refuse to go to the emergency room every time my daughter is sick and needs to be seen. Sick calls are not something you can schedule ahead for either. This office is horrible now and I will be switching asap.

My sons have been going here since birth and my husband went there as a child. Great office staff and doctors. Then Norton took over and everything changed. I called at 4:40 to have my son seen for a sick visit for the following day and was told that there was no appointment spots available. And when I asked what to do I was told to go to the ER or immediate care. What’s the point of having a pediatrician? Do better Norton.

My children have been patients here since birth, over 14 years ago. The doctors and nurses are great WHEN you can actually see them. Since Norton took over I have never been unable to get a same day sick appointment and always end up having to go to immediate care. Not sure the point of having a primary care doctor when you can’t see them. I’ll call first thing in the morning, wait on hold for 15 minutes, and still get no appointment options, only told to call back the next morning - to repeat the same pointless process I assume. It’s a shame because the doctors and nurses have been very helpful and provide great care.

The whole office is wonderful. They were my pediatrician as a child and now both of my kids are there. We personally see the nurse practitioner, Dawn Brewer, and she is the absolute best. She and her nurse, Kayla, are the best in the business and I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

Dr.Lefta is the best doctor you can ever ask for kids . She will treat kids as their family with all the answer we have in our mind . But This place needs to understand how APPOINTMENT works. ( everybody will plan and schedule accordingly )

Don't go. They are so unprofessional and don't care about your kid. They were so condesending and not helpful. We hace attended for years onky yo be treated horribly. They will drop your child without any notice and are not helpful. The office managers are a joke. Go to a better office where they actually care about your kid.

Grate place! I trust Dr. Sayeed Khan so much! He's the best and always takes care of my kids, very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Thank you so much!

You are never able to get a same day appointment for a sick child. You can't take next available appointment, just call at 7am and pray you get a spot. Terrible way to go about it.

My small brother goes to this hospital and his PCP is Dr. Sayeed. Dr. Sayeed is a very amazing person and he always listens to pt's concern. He gives very good time to talk about whatever concern we had that time. Also, most of the time we get same day appointments. From frontdesk to Medical assistant to PCP. They are amazing and professional.

Love, love, love this pediatrician office. DR. Khan is wonderful and has been our daughter's doctor since birth and we will never change doctors. He's the best and makes you feel very comfortable and informative!

The dr. Are ok. The receptionist are horrible. They never answer the phone. Every time I call I am literally on hold for atleast an hour before anyone will even pick up. You listen to the recording over and over again. I have literally been on hold this morning for over an hour. The first time for 45 mins and this time for 42 mins so far. Not one time have they picked up. Im actually listening to the recording as i write this. Not once have they picked up!! Don't go here find another office. I know I am!!

I initially selected this practice for convenience. However, I am getting increasingly frustrated with availability. Every time I call for a same day sick appointment I am on hold a minimum of 20 minutes and then told there is nothing available. Same day sick appointments are essential for a pediatrician's office. Staff do not even attempt to accommodate. It's unacceptable!

This office is horrible. They never have same day sick appointments, you are told to take your child to the ER. What’s the point of having a pediatrician? I highly recommend AllStar pediatrics down the street, they now accept passport :) .

Both of my children have been going here for over 17 years. I can not imagine going anywhere else. The whole staff is wonderful. Dawn Brewer is hands down one of the best!!

The whole staff here is wonderful! We love Dr. Dawn and Dr. Lefta, they are amazing pediatricians. Very happy with our experience here, we never have to wait to be seen and have always been able to get in same day for a sick appointment!

The staff at Pediatric Associates of Louisville are absolutely incredible. Every doctor they have on staff live for their patients and truly provide the best pediatric care in the area! I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional and quality pediatric care.

Friendly staff, great experience everytime I to take my son. Once my doctor and now my son's doctor and I won't take him anywhere else. These doctors are absolutely amazing and really care about their patients. The staff is always happy when you see them and always accommodating when there's an issue. I recommend this practice to everyone I know and everyone with newborns!

The staff and doctors are by far the best out there! When I have to leave a message for the doctor they call me back in a timely fashion. There have been a few times I've called just to get some advice from the triage staff and they still have gone above and beyond! It's very comforting to know my baby is in good hands! As a nurse my self , I feel 100% confident in their judgement. They have late hours and Saturdays too!

We have been patients at pediatric associates of Louisville ever since our first child was born 8 years ago, and we would never go anywhere else! The doctors and staff are amazing-knowledgeable and caring, we feel like they are family. I have never called in for an appointment, prescription or question that has not been addressed in a thoughtful and timely manner. They are the best and I feel so fortunate that I can feel secure in the fact that my children are receiving the best medical care possible from this amazing group of professionals.
