Saints is an amazing pizza pub! The drinks are cold, the pizza is delicious, and the employees are fantastic! You can't go wrong here. All of the food is so good. I haven't had anything I didn't like here. Also, try the Halo sauce. It is literally good on anything! Be sure to see Alex or Amber; they're awesome (so are all of the employees!)

This was my first time here and it was different than I expected. It was a small feeling bar perfect for watching games but it was also bigger than it looks of that makes any sense. I ordered the cheesesticks & a chicken bacon ranch pizza. First off, the cheesesticks were awesome. So cheesy and flavorful and their marinara was really really good. The pizza was also very delicious as they smoke chickens and use the smoked meat on the pizza. It was very filling and all for under $30 without drinks and tips. I'll definitely be back!

Have frequented this establishment twice in the past month. Pizza is good. Service leaves much to be desired. Experienced poor attitudes with bartenders on both occasions. There are other places that will appreciate my patronage. I don't see myself returning

They are sort of a sports bar so most likely you'll find people watching games on their several TVs they have. They have outdoor seating with a separate bar there. I personally love their Vegetarian Pizza and go there specifically for that every time.

The waiter/bar tender was punctual and attended to all of our needs. We sat near the outside bar on a beautiful sunny afternoon. The table had an umbrella that kept us out of the sun. The food was fantastic!! The best that we have ever had at this type of facility. The pics show a small pizza that I had, so good and cooked to perection. My wife had the special, chicken tenders with sauce and plenty of cheese, her meal came with homemade chips. My daughter had a small cheese pizza with garlic and mounds of cheese. Here partner had chicken tenders with buffalo sauce. Looked fantastic and she said that it was great. I need to mention that the beer and drinks were ice cold. As a bonus, two ladies next to us had two Yorkie siblings that were fun to watch. Overall all, a perfect afternoon and we will be back and try other items on the menue.

Folks, you have got to try this restaurant! We had a private party upstairs for my nephew's graduation party. WOW! The upstairs is huge (easily accommodate 100+). The upstairs features a stage, a full bar (with a bartender), high top tables, plenty of seating, and room for a buffet. Our buffet featured a variety of pizzas, pasta, salad, choice of dressing, warming trays to keep everything hot. The Staff was very accommodating,, courteous, and helpful. The food is delicious, some of the best pizza in the city. Ok, one drawback...parking, but hey it is in the heart of St. Matthew's. All parking is tough for the good eateries right? Please on any given night give this wonderful restaurant and staff a try. I'm going back and I am telling all of my friends, you will too. Bon app'etit

I've been here a few times and enjoyed it. Last Friday I went up at about 6:45 to watch a game with some friends and while there were more empty tables than full ones, every single empty table had a "Reserved" sign on it. I did not know reserving tables at a bar was a thing. And I'm not talking about just one section, it was every table in the bar. So why would I plan on going there again only to find out that is was totally reserved? I'm sure you're reading this thinking, well make a reservation then. It's a freakin bar, not Ruth's Chris. They're way too many options in St Matthews for this BS.

The food was excellent for the price. Tasty pizza, I had the chicken bacon ranch, and the happy hour drinks were very reasonably priced. Good service as well.

Overall the place is solid. Good food and lots of activity. I might have made the mistake of trying it for the first time during a U of L football game because it was super busy and the servers were working their butts off. Regardless of that, I sat at the bar and was just straight up ignored for about 15 minutes. No acknowledgment of my existence at all. Don’t get me wrong here, I know they’re super slammed and trying to keep up. But a “hey man, super busy, get to you as soon as I can” would go a long way to making me feel as if I am supposed to be there. Anyway, food was good. I’ll have to go back on a non-game night to see how it goes.

Had a Christmas Party in the upstairs area. Spent a lot of money for the office staff. The bartenders were the rudest I’ve ever interacted with as a patron. They obviously don’t like their job. Interacted terribly with several customers. While the pizza and every space are great, will suggest going elsewhere next year.

Good atmosphere, good beer selection. Wings were great! Parking is a bit of a situation, but I can’t blame the restaurant for that.

It's a Sports Bar. Bigtime local hangout. Food is good, used to be great but they lost their Executive Chef. Bar food, lots of Packers fans and Cold Beer, so it fits the bill for sure!

Food is basic bar food and expensive for what you get. I got the turkey on a hoagie roll. It was the smallest hoagie roll I’ve ever seen with a few slices of turkey for $11! My daughter had pizza. It was a lot like a cheap frozen brand. The bartenders did not smile, moved slowly and contributed to a pretty glum atmosphere.

Awesome bar with awesome food and great staff. The pizza is top notch and the smoked wings with halo sauce are some of the best around.

Didn't know that you go to the bar to order food and drink. You then have to give a table number in which there is no table # at the table I sat at. The pizza we had was good. Otherwise if you want a place to go and not have to leave a big tip then maybe it's for you. We, not being regulars, didn't know the process and wanted service since I was handicapped for it was not very handicapped friendly inside the facility. Other than that it had a crowd and the pizza we had was tasty.

Saints Pizza is a phenomenal joint. There’s made from scratch food, craft beer, good vibes, and friendly people. One of our favorite places to sit and enjoy a game so far.

We went on a Monday night around 7pm. There were a few seats at the bar available to sit. Monday's seem busy as there is trivia that starts at 7pm. The bartender (I think her name is Ashley) was attentive and friendly. The food came out hot and fresh, and the beer was very cold-perfect. Highly reccomend the smoked wings. I will definitely be back.

I eaten there a lot, mostly after tennis leagues with large groups, and their service is top notch. They are always ready for us and have pitchers of water ready for our group. Most of the time, even with the large group, the food is ready within 15 minutes and the food quality is very good and consistent. The prices and serving sizes are also reasonable as well, especially considering the current economy. Service was a bit difficult today, but they were honest about it. They mentioned that their kitchen staff was shorthanded tonight. It took most people about 25-30 minutes to get their food. They made a mistake and handed my salad to another person who ate most of it. They made a new salad for me and I got it about 50 minutes after I ordered. They did make up for it. They gave me a $10 gift card and the waitress gave me a hug. She was really kind and wonderful. That told me that Saints really valued me as a longtime customer and showed how much the staff cares. I ate at Saints probably over 100 times and only had slow service twice. The other time was a major US international soccer game. They have been very consistent in order speed, order accuracy, food quality, and keeping prices down. The atmosphere is good and it is a very laid back, casual bar that is easy to watch sports at or have quality conversations with friends. Parking can be a hassle some nights due to being at a busy shopping center in a busy part of the city.

First time there on Mothers day. Had a delicious large pizza with Sausage Green Peppers and Tomatoes. My wife, daughter and I enjoyed it a lot! The bar had plenty of tables and great 90's early 2000's rock music playing! Not too loud for conversation just right. Found a neat fenced in bar area outback! Very inviting so we will be back!

We selected this place to spent good time between friend we don’t see each other for years and the great cuisine, cold beers and live music made it magical. Service was perfect!

Great pub with great food. I came with a friend in the afternoon so there were only a couple people inside, but this is definitely the perfect place to catch the next game , especially some soccer! We sat inside, but we walked through the outdoor seating area which looked better than most places I've ever been to. This please was definitely made to be a place to have a good time. As for the food, I ended up with the calzone which I will say was probably the best calzone I've ever had. I'm no connoisseur of calzone, however this one was superb. Anyway, high marks for Saints and I look forward to spending some gamedays with some great food and a beer in hand!

The food and drinks were good, went for a Louisville City/ Racing Louisville FC watch party and had a great time. Good atmosphere, and plenty of space between the downstairs and upstairs bars!

A group of 5 of us sat at a table upstairs Friday night for the USA v. Mexico soccer game. It was fun, the food was delicious and the staff did well, especially for how busy it was. The game was on every TV upstairs, which was convenient. We will be back, certainly for a soccer or football game!

Went here for a company Christmas party . It was good seeing everyone but I'm not much on bars or drinking so got a little boring to me . But the food they served was pretty good ! Nice place to go for a sports ball game night . Place was clean and workers was friendly . Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star isn't because of them but because I'm not really into bars / sports bar type places.

Louisville customer service has been awesome. I can’t compare it to any other place I have been to so I’m gonna have to compare it to the bartender at this bar… Blonde girl, you were super friendly and a ghost… popping out nowhere with our drinks. Cheers to you! Come to Louisville!

I am a Packers fan. I went to the sky bar with a Ravens fan during a football game. My friend was a bit loud during the game at a critical time, and a patron came over to tell my friend he was an a-hole. My friend used no inappropriate language, yet was warned by the bartender that he might be thrown out. A real Packers bar would have enjoyed the playful trash talk. This bar is trash, from the patrons to the bar staff.

Great crowd. Was there for soccer game and everyone was welcoming and fun. Food was good. Not super healthy but it's a pub so what can you say

Saints is a little bit of a toss up. While I get wings almost every time I go, they’re either awful or delightful. However, the environment is casual and relaxed, esp the patio as it’s pretty spacious.

We stopped in to try it around noon, maybe total of 10 people in there and we sat there for almost 20 minutes waiting for a server and nothing. We read the great reviews and was excited to try it, bummed out that we had to walk out.

Even though they lost power, service was great. Buffalo chicken dip was good. Diffently going to return.

Friendly attentive staff, fair prices, and good pizza. A lively atmosphere with tons of TV's makes it a great sports bar.

Went today and had their pizza for the first time. It was really good, instantly became one of our favorites. We go there occasionally and I have always ordered their Sicilian sandwich, which is also great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is their pricing seems off to me. A 2 item medium pizza was $17.50. A deluxe medium with about 8 toppings was $18. Seems like they could offer a 2 item pizza for a few dollars less.

Awsome cheese bread, and flat bread. Fast, attentive service. I asked for no chili oil on the Flatbread fearing I couldn't tolerate the spicy heat. The chef came out to address my concerns. He assured me it was flavor with minimal heat, I found the heat to be even less than expected. WHERE DO YOU GO THAT THE CHEF PERSONALLY COMES OUT TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS MAKING SURE YOU RECIEVE A TOP QUALITY MEAL. Yes, we will be return patrons.

OMG love the Halo chicken sandwich. The Halo sauce has just the right amount of spiciness and fabulous flavor. Nice selection of beer on tap, outdoor seating is varied and ample. Stop in this fun location St Matthews.

I have been to this place to watch Kentucky games, and I have enjoyed those experiences. First of all, there are a bunch of games on for anyone to watch their team play. On top of that, their calzones are great, and I would strongly recommend for anyone who visits their place to give their calzones a try. Last but not least, the DJ there does an outstanding job whenever I visit. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to go to a sports bar.

I attended an event there. Extra nice people and great pizza and pasta. I walked out without closing my bar tab (food was included at the event I attended) and when I called the next day to clear that up they were super helpful and nice about it. If I lived in St Matthews, I would be a regular.

My first time there, never heard of it before but was looking at restaurants in the area. The pizza was amazing. I had to ask if they made their own dough because the crust was so awesome. Everything tasted fresh on the supreme pizza. The pasta was very good too. The staff was really friendly and let us know he appreciated us being there for the first time. The place was clean, roomy with lots of bar space and seating. This is my new pizza place for sure, though I'm sure the rest of the menu is great too.

Love the vibes here, and the food was delicious! I recommend this small sports joint to anyone who wants a cozy but sociable ambiance.
