Woodhaven hosted our daughter's and our new son-in-law's wedding reception this weekend and it was a wonderful experience! The staff is truly the friendliest in town - and the most helpful. The food was delicious, and the venue is spacious, clean, and decorated beautifully. The package deal makes it stress-free and allows time to enjoy planning and hosting the perfect event. A tremendous Thank You to everyone at Woodhaven who made it a special day!

Woodhaven hosted a memorial service for my father in law in April. Carrie and the catering staff did a fantastic job and everyone remarked on how great the food was and the bartenders did a fantastic job serving the crowd. Carrie was VERY patient with all of my hubby’s questions and menu changes. This was the first event he ever planned and he wanted it to be special in memory of his father. It was a success and Woodhaven took care of everything!

I had a birthday party here on June18.22 in the patio. The food was great I had a taco buffet had a bar going for everyone which our bartender Jack if I’m not mistaken was absolutely wonderful. We had a Sarah who was helping with the food the cake and all the needs I needed!!! She was incredible nice wonderful at her job!!!! My event planner Carrie could not have been the nicest person she helped me and suggested things I wouldn’t have known!!! I can’t say enough my experience with Woodhaven Country Club the outstanding people and the way they make you feel!!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone for birthdays weddings and everything you need!!!! Thank u all for the best night ever!!!!!

Absolutely stunning venue for my wedding! It checked every box I had plus so much more. The service was top notch, the updated inside was very classy. The food was delicious! Every wish I had, they found a way to accommodate It. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. I couldn’t imagine anywhere being better than here. Carrie, who helped me plan my wedding and was there every second of my big day, is such a rockstar! She was such a strong addition to my team and helped my day run as smooth as possible! You can really tell the team there cares and truly wants the best.

My family recently suffered the loss of a dear loved one. One of his most favorite places to be was Woodhaven. As such, we thought it only seemed fitting to have his Celebration of Life at that location. They took care of every detail and ensured the event went smoothly. The staff is and has always been kind, courteous and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Woodhaven. I had an exceptional time planning my wedding with coordinator Carrie. My wedding was everything we dreamed of and everything was executed with ease and stress free. The venue itself is stunning inside and out. We received SO many compliments about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue was. My daughter recently got married and had her reception at woodhaven. Carrie and Shelby were so helpful and for the all inclusive price you don’t have to worry about a thing. They set up and broke down everything at the end of the night. Appetizers and dinner were perfect and all of the staff were hard working and very easy to work with. The bar and bartender was included in the price. We all had a wonderful night.

I Just Celebrated my Alice in Wonderland themed Wedding and Reception at Woodhaven and I couldn't be happier with my experience on every front. Carrie the wedding coordinator there is amazing I couldn't have pulled everything off without her and she goes above and beyond to make your vision a reality and make it as stress free of an experience as possible. The food was amazing the staff were all very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. I just couldn't have imagined a more perfect day anywhere else honestly. Had the most pleasant experience at Woodhaven Country Club! We booked this venue on short notice for a corporate meeting and all of our expectations were surpassed. Carrie was AMAZING as well as every staff member who helped eith the food, drinks, setup, ect. The facility was gorgeous and all of the guests enjoyed. Thank you again!

I recently got married here in June. We absolutely loved our experience! Our ceremony took place outside, under a beautiful oak tree near the lake and our reception took place inside their ballroom. Shelby and Carrie were wonderful to work with and made the whole planning process very efficient and stress-free. They take care of every detail and gave their 100% to making my wedding day the very best it could be! Their prices were very resonable and competitive from my research. It is a great venue for a wedding and reception. Shelby (venue coordinator) stayed in consistent communication and was very helpful/accommodating. We bought the wedding package which included a lot of what we needed. Having a piano already there was an added bonus; we were referred a pianist and it was a special touch for cocktail hour. There are many fees for additional items/changes so ask questions and be informed of your contract. Also due to it be being a country club there are limitations (i.e. being able to try additional food options - beyond the limited tasting menu - such as sides for your catering that you are paying for) if you aren't a member. Overall it was a great experience!

Beautiful venue for a wedding or any social gathering. The staff is top notch, they will give you a day filled with memories to last a lifetime. Carrie could run a country, but instead she puts all her energy into your experience. Everyone is very organized and on task, and truly put their heart and soul into making the day PERFECT!!!

Our Wedding day could not have been more perfect. Shelby and Carrie made everything so simple. The best part is that they cater, decorate, bar tend etc. It was an all inclusive package deal which saved us a lot of time and money!

Dinner was excellent, fruit & cheese before it good also. Employees efficient and friendly.

I photographed Nick + Mariah's wedding reception here in 2022. I highly recommend it! It has a beautiful ballroom and the chandeliers make the lighting perfect! The golf course is accommodating for photos on the green, and you can get beautiful photos everywhere around the clubhouse.

I held my divisional Christmas party at Woodhaven recently. The experience was awesome! Carrie and the staff made this process super easy. The decorations and environment were warm, the food was good and the customer service exceeded expectations. I had wonderful feedback from all of the divisional attendees. Would highly recommend this as an event site and plan on coming back in the future!

There a reason they call it the friendliest club in town! The staff is truly what makes this place, your not just another member, your a friend! The social and family events are so much much fun and the course is beautiful. Hands down the best club in town!

Woodhaven is the site we chose for quarterly managers meetings. The staff is friendly, flexible and responsive. The venue a great location for our event and the food delicious.

Great place. Amazing food. Good drinks and prices. Staff amazing at all areas- pro shop, wait staff, bartenders, maintenance and pool staff. Facilities are top notch. Patrons are polite and say hi. Membership prices are good with no minimums. Have the Cuban sandwich which is the best I’ve every had. PS get the truffle fries.
