We walked in at 11:35 and walked out at 12:05. Literally there were 3 other people in the place when we ordered. Within 5 minutes there was a swarm of people that had placed mobile orders. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks. We literally got a drink every 10 minutes... and they weren't made right. It's like they had no order of operation. Literally chaos. To top it off, my sister's Java chip was a drippy mess! Go only if you have time to waste!!

Lots of beggars right outside the door, and there’s no chairs for customers. Also extremely slow about half hour wait for a coffee at 1 in the afternoon.

Whoever this woman is… she is the real MVP!!! What would Starbucks at this location be without her??? This woman is so patient and humble. So absolutely 5 stars for her!!!

Visiting from out of state and this was the Starbuck’s nearest where we were staying so we visited three times. This is without a doubt the absolute worst Starbuck’s we have ever been to. Five people behind the counter and it took 25 minutes to get 2 lattes. There were only 4 people ahead of us. Last day of our trip, store opened at 5:30 am. We got there at 6:15 am. The employees hadn’t started their preparations for the day. We were the ONLY customers, it took 15 minutes to get 2 regular lattes. Order ahead, find a different location or go without coffee would be my advice.

always so slow which would be fine if it was busy but it never is. even with 3 baristas my drink was 20 minutes late because they let a new person butcher it three times before finally doing it themselves. This used to be a fine location and was my go to Starbucks but not anymore

Very hit or miss. Cold drinks are usually very watery. They got my order wrong and the person taking it was rude. Spoke to the barista that made it, telling them it wasn’t what I asked for, and they fixed it and were nice but it still wasn’t good. Don’t suggest going here if you can go somewhere else.

Horrible staff, yesterday stopped in here about 5:45 with a friend and ordered two drinks. The young girl was pleasant and took our order promptly and then I went to the ladies room. Upon returning the other two staff one with blue hair, and the other a blond ponytail now she, we're just chatting away no drinks even started. We were the only two people in the place. When I come back to the counter the staff ignored us and continued talking, and finally looked at us and then decides to start our drinks. Only one of them did. Then she finishes mine and talks some more looks at us and then finally starts our second drink. The store was dirty. Trash overflowing, counters were dirty, tables, and floor. The staff wasn't cleaning anything, just talking and hanging out. My friend from Cincinnati is a huge Starbucks fan and he couldn't believe the staff our the condition of the store.

Ordered nitro brew when I was 20 minutes away, and the barista was intuitive enough to not make my drink until I arrived. As I walked in he said are you Jeremy I said yep, he asked about my add-ons and said is this all. Both people at the counter were so so friendly.

very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I was unsure of what to try and Jasmine suggested some ideas, I tried two of her suggestions and they were great.

I wish I could add extra stars for this Starbucks! 🥰 The food and drinks were perfect, both recommendations gathered from the baristas in the store! 😍 The staff was friendly and helpful, even when it was hectic for them surely with it being the fall menu launch day! 🥰 The atmosphere is amazing, and the murals here are absolutely beautiful! 🥰 Favorite aesthetic I've ever encountered in a coffee shop, Starbies, etc. Absolutely a wonderful vibe!

I've lived right around the corner for years. Unfortunately things have gotten very chaotic here lately. It has taken 30+ minutes to get an order that was placed in-house and it is almost never correct. They have also refused to take my cash when paying, to avoid needing to count out my change. Had to pay with my card instead which I do not appreciate at all.

I was waiting for my coffee there today for more than 30 minutes. and after I waited they didn't give me my order correctly.

Definitely not the best coffee shop in town, but it’s a Starbucks. There’s no seating here. The employees sometimes have an attitude problem. This isn’t a destination, just a place to get some coffee to go.

Most of the staff is friendly and most of the time my drink is right. However, there is an older lady who works in this Starbucks in particular that was always has the WORST attitude and never seems to care or want to help you. Every time I come in and she's there I am instantly annoyed and I hope she isn't the one serving me. She is never friendly or anything. She is probably the oldest one there. She has a gray ponytail and wears a visor I believe. I don't even know her name. She is quick to be snappy and correct someone, but never wants to be kind. She makes the place look bad honestly, when most of the other staff is kind on any given day. Absolutely cannot stand her and she needs to be talked too or fired or get a new job.

I live in Indiana, and most of the time when I order on the app, my Carmel ribbon crunch is always out. I work in ky and always get it there, but who wants to drive to KY on the weekends when your off.

There’s literally no seats. It’s feels like a bar, not a coffee shop. They have been closed randomly several times too without even a sign on the door. Two stars only because the employees were kind.

They don’t always get my drinks right BUT what I appreciate is how kind they are to the homeless. The area is surrounded by homeless people, they can easily be rude with little empathy, but they aren’t.

I usually go here every Friday before work. This morning I grabbed a straw to leave and the barista looked at me and rolled her eyes. I said, “I’m sorry?” And she began yelling at me in front of other customers for grabbing a straw. I apologized again and she continued to talk loudly about me to other baristas as I was leaving the store .

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. Always a ridiculously long wait. Employees are standoffish and rude. Drinks are usually filled only 3/4 or half of cup. No seating. Bums/homeless usually hang out in the waiting area.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The service was garbage & the manager was indifferent. I waited over 30+ min for a pastry that takes 5 min to toast. I’m usually understanding & willing to wait long periods of time (esp when things are busy), but 8+ people who ordered after me in line got their order. Then while trying to request a refund, I was ignored, repeatedly saying “Excuse me” while they were talking at the register, glancing over at me then back to each other, & leaning against counter for 10min. I’m genuinely confused. Like, are you intentionally trying to give bad service? I’m not even asking for a spectacular service (I know you hate your job), but jeez I’m just asking for the bare minimum. Like, even if you don’t care at all, wouldn’t it make sense to get all the customers out the way so you could have more time to talk/hangout? Why keep me in the coffee shop for so long? I never have written a review before (even if the service was bad), but these people (& the manager) are on another level. I’m just tired of giving this location chances. Please go to another location

Had to make tea fresh! Great taste! Great impossible sandwich. Great people and good location with parking. Even dropped mail in box nearby!

Friendly baristas, fast service (for me), great iced Americano and yummy chai latte with oat milk. I just wish the indoor seating options would return. It's standing room only since covid (as of this posting). Kudos for having a dedicated bike rack outside! There are several outside tables on the front sidewalk commons area offering excellent people watching though little shade. This location offers no drive-thru but is conveniently located near many popular Highlands small businesses. Tip: Order ahead for even quicker service! That's what the neighborhood locals and area workers seem to do.

The barista made my coffee exactly to my taste. She is knowledgeable, courteous and soooo nice. One of the best locations of Starbucks. Loved it.

The drinks were fine and the service from the snotty cashier could have been better but whatever right. That seems to be the standard now. But wait...it gets better. The poor barista (notice that it's singular) was killing himself to get these drinks for about 15 people that were waiting before us. The poor fellow. It took him about 45 minutes to finally get to the two drinks we ordered. There was a gentleman who was counting the tips and there was a man who was handing out the treats but my goodness I felt bad for that man.

Very nice baristas, clean store, but don’t go on your morning commute, you’ll be late to work. I keep placing my mobile order earlier and earlier and still end up waiting 15 minutes in store. They seem to be fully staffed so something is off. Maybe this is just reality with everyone mobile ordering? Idk. Just be warned it’s a long wait.

Don’t usually leave reviews but wow this has got to be one of the worst Starbucks. Shame on me, but I’ve gone multiple times now, ordered a coffee, and waited nearly 20 minutes. I get it, I’m not ordering mobile which it seems they push to do because 90% of the employees are always concerned with just mobile orders, seems that the staff couldn’t care less about people actually coming in to order, imagine that. Will not go back after the miserable experience today.

I literally never complain about food service since I was in the industry myself. I left because customers treated me like dirt for no reason. Today, I had the same experience but with the roles reversed. I ordered two tall cold brews, one with milk and one without. When they both came to me without milk, I left one on the counter and asked the barista to add milk when she got a chance- no rush. She told me I needed to order that at the counter, which I had. She then told the cashier she needed to ring in milk, which she had. After rolling her eyes at me, she added the milk, then walked over to the cashier to complain about me within earshot, saying “I don’t know why she passed me the one without a note for milk if she wanted me to add milk.” I said “I apologize, they were the same so I didn’t know it mattered.” She responded, “Well, you slowed me down.” Everyone else in the store was wide-eyed and uncomfortable. The cashier and the manager/shift lead (I assume) said nothing. I didn’t do anything wrong and it really put a damper on my day. My advice? Go down the street to Safai where they don’t humiliate you for politely asking for what you paid for.

This review is for 1 employee. Every morning I come there to get coffee and there is a employee with pink hair. She has messed up my coffee multiple times and gets a attitude when she forgets to add cream or cold foam. If you don’t like your job then why work there. @Starbucks do better

This is the closest starbucks to me and now i drive further to goto a different one. I bring my dog with me and try to ask for a pup cup. When i lives in another neighborhood they were always pleasant about this. The bigger black girl that works there makes up that she can not make it everytime because they are out og whipped cream. This happened 4 times in a row. Dont you have more for the next drink you have to make????? She is rude and not customer friendly at all and acts like she is doing everything in the store. Just tried this location again and was thoroughly dissapointed again. It should not take over 30 minutes for 1 white chocolate mocha and a bacon gouda sandwich. Worse Starbucks by far

There is a barista there that never puts espresso in my drink when i go there. I’m not really sure why but it’s happened 3 times and when i asked him to remake the drink he told me there was espresso in it and sure enough there was not. I’m paying extra for espresso so it’s kind of ridiculous.
