one of the employees was straight up racist to us at the seafood section, refused service, and almost demanded we leave. absolutely disrespectful.

I own and operate a high volume restaurant and depend on restaurant depot to keep my inventory full and stocked. However, here lately I’ve been experiencing a shortage of product here at depot. I’m always having to chase someone down to reach the top shelves to get product down that isn’t readily available to the consumer, and most of the time they are always out of olymel ham which is a high demand item at my store as well as top round pastrami. The store seems to always be a big mess and nothing is sort thru. Maybe have the employees come a few more hours to come and restock and replenish. And also, the fork lift drivers do not pay much attention. If you don’t watch they will run you over…

please check your receipt before you go i bought one milk for 4.60$ they charge me 18.00$ . this not first time. never go back again

I came in a few times last week and there was a new girl, Christine I think, in produce. She was amazing. I was sad to not see her there Friday. She stops what she is doing to help me figure out prices and location of products. Even with her lack of full knowledge she would not only find the right person to help me but follow us to learn for herself. The produce wall with the smaller quantity items was always stocked when she was working, not like some weeks prior. I love Restaurant Depot. They always leave me satisfied. Great staff and wonderful prices.

The guy at the seafood section is prob the most unhelpful person on earth. He said no to everything we asked but then we found it ourself after 🤷🏻‍♂️

This place have terrible customer service I'm new to shopping at this store asked a couple of associates for help finding items it was nothing but attitude and no appropriate assistance it was horrible but their is always that associate that stands out and do whatever to assist an customer and his name is Jose from the meat department he did everything that an customer expects needing help i really thank him for assisting me

Not the best place to deliver too. the only way to get to the door is blind side and it can be very tight for new drivers good idea to use the window inside your sleeper. Also they won't allow you on the dock while unloading so you can count the pallets coming off. They have no extra truck parking if other trucks are parked in the lot waiting good luck maneuvering to get to your door. They schedule all the trucks to come around the same time starting at 5:30 a.m.

The best place to shop and get what you need. The manager Scott is super helpful and goes the mile...

This place is the best! I go once a week to get the supply that I need to supplement my restaurant Mr. Pollo Mexican Grill in Lakeland and I usually come back with a heavy load $$$. They always got everything in stock, if it’s not on the floor they will drop it down for me. I don’t know if they already know me but I always get treated very nicely from the floor man to the lift drivers even the managers always say wuzzup to your boy. They always ask if I need any help and how have I been. I feel like I’m at home when shopping there. It’s a huddle and bussle type of atmosphere and a lot going on sometimes but hey, it comes with the territory and guess what, I like it. Two thumbs up 👍 👍. If anybody else complains about that they are just too soft.

Extensive selection and great customer service. The lady working behind the desk is very nice and makes a great first impression for your business.

A business to serve business’s! Restaurant Depot is truly amazing just from the sheer selection of product offered. Not just food stuffs, but pretty much anything you need to run a restaurant. We have only shopped here twice since obtaining membership. It takes some getting used to, you have to look at the product, there is so much. Both trips were successful, we bought a large quantity of product and it is of good quality. I will say, watch where you are going. The store is busy and at times chaotic.. Restaurant Depot has become a large vendor in our business. So glad we found it.

Big shout out to Rome in the cooler section. He went above and beyond to go find the chihuahua cheese off the truck that just arrived. He found me in checkout and brought the two cases I needed. Thank you Rome! Tracy

Prices of items were not marked clearly, a lot of isles were hard to get through to either see or grab the items we wanted and if the cashier checks us out we shouldn't have to go through another person to review our receipt and items - might as well have gone to Walmart. I don't find the prices here very competitive either - some items were worth it but overall, plenty of other places to get cheaper items, more selection and less hassle.

I called in the morning to see if they have Mayo kraft and the supervisor said that according to the system they do have 10 boxes, once I arrived after 30 minutes of driving, they said we do not have it and the system is not correct lol. What? This is not acceptable at all!! The only reason I give the second star is because of the staff who are working on the cashier.

Got here at 8:30a, blindside backed into the dock by 9:30a, was not unloaded until after 5hrs of sitting in the dock while they unloaded 4 day cabs that came in after me

Good store. Great service. However, doesn't carry some of popular brands like Crescent Halal chicken, which is commonly carried and popular across most of locations across United states.

Extremely nice lady in receiving. Lumpers also easy to work with. It is a blindside back but not to difficult.

Bad customer, prices always wrong, you lat them know about it and some cashiers give you a bad attitude and many of the times they want you to do their job. And employees who ride the pallets drive very fast, the don't have any safety issues, OSHA should have give them a visit.
