My husband bought me a bike for my birthday today. I must say that the service was IMPECCABLE! Our salesmen were Paul and Drew! They were both extremely knowledgeable of the bikes and gave amazing recommendations that helped us to get the best bang for our buck! Before we made a decision on the bike, Paul encouraged us to take the bike on a test ride on their amazing bike trail located behind the store. Once the purchase was completed, they put all the accessories we bought (at a steal of a deal) on the bike so that all we had to do was jump on and ride! Our experience was truly one to remember and my birthday gift is one for the books! Thank you Paul and Drew of Trek Schererville, Indiana!

Had a non-Trek cycle serviced and the service team, especially Devin, did a great job. He explained the different packages as well as called/emailed if any change in pricing needing to occur for other service not initially quoted. After riding on the adjacent trail it felt like a brand new bike. Will definitely be back for future service needs

Went in there to check my bike to see if I needed any adjustments since my bike was new a couple years ago but recently started riding . Made some adjustments quick didn’t charge . Been riding for 2 wks straight . I will be in for the 50 hr maintenance in the next 2 wks . Awesome and honest people !

Drew was fantastic to work with in ordering my new bike. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I had all I needed before hitting the pavement. Definitely go through him at the store rather than ordering online! I will be back for future servicing or accessory needs and have already started referring friends to stop in to see him when they’re in the market.

This store is great. I come from oak forest,IL to this store. No one beats them when it comes to customer service. My wife and I bought our bikes here and we also got them serviced recently. My bike was super dirty from riding. They gave it a level 2 tune and my bike looks good as new. They are super informative and not pushy to up sale you. If you are looking for a bike. Buy it here.

It was a great experience of seeing which bike I wanted and options available to me. I couldn’t have asked for better! The associate that helped me was terrific in assisting me. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but it appeared she was training. She did a great job!0

The employees and service at the Schererville, IN store were FANTASTIC!! The store was very clean and orderly. Any questions that I had were promptly and respectfully answered. The team at this location are knowledgeable and friendly. And the labor prices for the repairs were very fair. The ONLY negative comment/observation was the prices for the merchandise. They're OUTRAGEOUSLY high. I understand that every business needs to make a profit however, even their sale items were quite expensive! 😳 I will never buy merchandise at any Trek store if the prices aren't reduced. Absolutely astonishing that customer service this good still exists. Every employee in the store is awesome, especially Paul! He really took his time to answer all of our questions and is really knowledgeable. I also was having a little noise coming from my chain hitting front derailer I took it back a couple days later and they took care of me right away! 10/10 customer service here!
