I
was
involved
in
a
car
accident
so
I
was
taken
to
the
hospital
through
an
ambulance,
I
was
in
so
much
pain,
my
leg,
back,
chest,
arms
and
neck
were
hurting
a
lot,
when
I
got
to
the
hospital
the
nurses
were
sooo
nice
and
caring,
they
asked
me
what
happened
and
where
I
was
hurting,
they
put
a
neck
collar
brace
on
me,
I
wished
I
knew
the
nurse’s
names
so
I
can
thank
them
for
their
kindness
service,
but
with
the
“doctor”
was
the
very
opposite,
he
was
very
rude
and
careless,
he
came
in
the
room
and
asked
me
what
happened
and
what
was
hurting
,
he
just
checked
my
leg
and
told
me
that
he
was
going
to
order
x-rays,
a
cat
scan
and
something
for
the
pain
and
he
left.
When
the
nurses
took
me
to
get
cat
scanned
I
asked
them
if
they
could
leave
me
flat
on
the
bed
because
I
felt
less
pressure
on
my
back,
so
they
left
me
flat
and
took
me
to
the
room,
a
while
later
the
doctor
came
with
the
results,
while
he
was
telling
me
that
I
had
no
broken
bones
he
put
up
the
bed
to
put
me
in
a
seating
position
and
forcibly
removed
my
collar
neck
brace
not
caring
of
my
back
and
neck,
(not
because
I
had
no
broken
bones
doesn’t
mean
that
it
doesn’t
hurt)
my
husband
and
I
were
in
shock,
but
we
didn’t
say
anything,
before
the
“doctor”
left
my
husband
asked
him
if
he
could
check
my
arm
since
I
was
complaining
of
pain
and
he
very
rudely
said
that
when
I
came
in
I
only
told
him
that
my
back,
neck
and
leg
was
hurting
and
he
left
without
checking
me.
more
than
an
hour
later
I
got
discharge
with
just
a
5
day
prescription
for
pain.
The
same
day
I
called
my
employer
to
let
them
know
that
I
was
going
to
missed
5
days
of
work
because
of
the
medication
they
prescribed
me
and
my
employer
asked
for
a
doctors
note
to
excuse
those
days,
The
next
day
I
called
the
ER
to
ask
for
a
doctors
note
and
they
told
me
to
go
to
emergency
inpatient
and
they
would
make
me
the
note,
unfortunately
I
couldn’t
go
that
day,
but
I
did
go
the
next
day
in
the
morning,
the
person
in
the
front
desk
at
emergencies
was
extremely
rude
she
asked
for
my
id,
later
she
handled
me
a
few
papers
for
me
to
sign
I
asked
what
those
papers
were
for,
she
said
“oh
those
papers
are
to
admit
you,
they
have
to
check
you
before
they
give
you
the
doctors
note”
which
obviously
I
was
going
to
get
billed
for
that,
so
I
refused
to
sign
them,
the
triage
nurse
came
out
to
take
me
in,
but
the
lady
on
the
front
desk
stood
up
and
ran
to
her
and
told
her
that
I
refused
to
sign
the
papers
so
they
refused
to
make
me
the
doctor’s
note.
So
I
went
downstairs
to
get
my
medical
records
and
found
out
that
I
did
had
an
injury
on
my
spine
and
the
doctor
didn’t
tell
me.
