The
front
desk,
eye
doctor,
and
staff
that
helped
me
with
frames
and
lenses
was
amazing.
I
felt
like
I
was
in
good
and
knowledgeable
hands.
I
will
be
back
to
this
office,
even
though
it's
not
part
of
my
current
vision
insurance
network
(VSP).
The
staff
alone
is
the
reason
and
what
felt
to
be
genuine
concern
about
my
eye
health
and
my
need
for
a
quick
pair
of
glasses
to
replace
my
old
broken
pair.
My
only
complaint,
which
is
NOT
IN
ANY
WAY
a
reflection
of
the
staff
in
the
office,
I
had
no
way
of
knowing
that
I
could
not
get
glasses
in
an
hour
or
the
next
24
hours.
In
a
post-COVID
world,
I
should
have
called
and
confirmed,
but
I've
always
been
able
to
in
the
past
and
it's
what
I
remember
LensCrafters
for.
Adding
something
to
indicate
what
the
timelines
might
be
on
the
website
while
making
an
eye
appointment
would
have
lead
to
a
better
experience
vs
finding
out
while
I'm
in
the
middle
of
the
process
of
an
eye
exam.
To
the
staff's
credit,
once
we
all
realized
my
goals
and
the
shortage
of
staff
in
the
lab
this
week,
they
explained
everything
and
was
very
sympathetic.
With
only
15-30
minutes
of
interaction,
I
felt
like
a
valued
customer.
