Dr. Glaws is the absolute best!! I wanted someone who would listen to me and also explain possible treatments in a way I could understand. The nurse recommended him and I'm so glad she did! They warned me that I might be waiting a while in the office since he spends a lot of time with his patients. I waited 2 hours but I definitely think it was worth it.

I have been seeing Dr Liebovich for about 4 years. He is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is empathetic, patient and an excellent communicator. I completely trust his recommendations. The office staff is also very helpful, friendly and efficient.

I would never come back to this place. If a patient is coming in with food allergies that are growing and the doctors only answer is “well don’t eat them” instead of trying to get to a root cause… I’ll go elsewhere.

Nurse went over my medical details thoroughly before the procedure to make sure everything was correct. I especially was thankful they let me relax before procedure because my pressure was high. I was nervous. Thumbs up for that! Doctor was cute an funny,but very caring. The anesthesiologist came to talk to me before she put me to sleep. So did the doctor, that's team work. Would I recommend, yes, but don't steal my Doctor.Lol

I've had MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS for TWENTY years. We have DIGESTIVE ISSUES, AND take meds that AGGRAVATE those issues. I see a GENERAL INTERNIST that referred me for an upper Endoscopy, which we get every few years or so. I haven't been here in years, but remembered that when I went there for the procedure, OT WAS ONLY FOR THE PROCEDURE, NOT TO SEE YOUR DOCTORS FOR A DIAGNOSIS!! I was told when I returned your call for an appointment AFTER YOU RECEIVED THE REFERRAL, that ONLY YOUR DOCTORS DETERMINE IF I NEED THE PROCEDURE!! Your doctor's ARE NOT MY DOCTORS, NOR THE ONES TO DETERMINE IF I NEED THIS, MY DOCTOR IS!! Also, I was treated VERY RUDELY by your receptionist, who REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS!! I'm DISABLED, CAN NO LONGER DRIVE, AND NOW HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO DRIVE ME TWICE WHEN THIS WAS NOT THE CASE THE LAST TIME THAT I WENT THERE FOR MY ACTUAL PROCEDURE, NOT TO HAVE YOUR DOCTORS DETERMINE IF I NEED IT!!! I WILL be contacting the medical board about this, AND ABOUT YOUR RUDE RECEPTIONIST!! DISGUSTED by this place!!!

Good doctor however talk about being so insane with collecting $72.00. my gosh, how much do you need to make? Insurance sent you hundreds of dollars but you're not satisfied. And then you threaten me to send this to collections when I stated I wd send a payment per month. And then you hang up on me. Wow. Shame on you! Oh. My issue is still not resolved

It was satisfactory, Dr. Glaws is informative, helpful,. and professional! The procedure I had under his care was very helpful and enlightening concerning my health! I was appreciative of his service, and would suggest him, as a good and decent GI to all Family and friends in need of such specialties! "When one finds a good doctor, he should keep him!!

Dr.Kalra has been my GI for about 4 years and has been an amazing doctor, I always get in when I need an appt, he’s been very helpful in getting a treatment that works for me and helping with any needs that I need, he’s super friendly and always super nice. Everybody in the office has always been super nice and helpful to me and very accommodating. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the nurses, Dr. Kalra and the staff there.

I had a procedure scheduled for Tuesday, 5/30, but unfortunately my mother in law had a stroke and we had to go to Delaware that weekend. I called as soon as possible, but the offices were closed for the long weekend. Now, I’m charged $150 for a missed procedure. Their literature states that fees might be waived for “special unavoidable circumstances”. I guess this doesn’t count, but believe me, if we could have avoided this we would have. I will be finding another provider.

Loved the Nurse Practitioner! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Dr. Glass is an exceptional doctor. I travel from WI to IL to see him because of his excellent care. He is kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time and cares about his patients. I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could!
