I have full blown pneumonia. I took two negative at home covid tests. this scam artist wouldn’t even let me in the door without charging $150 cash for a covid test because the two they sent me home to get weren’t good enough for them. they said if I tested positive for covid after paying their outrageous out of pocket price they couldn’t even see me. they wouldn’t even look at my insurance info without my submitting to the $150 out of pocket test fee. plus a terrible attitude the entire way around. go see the MDs at the northwestern urgent care down the street, who ran everything through my insurance and treated me with kindness the whole way through. covid and flu negative; pneumonia raging. I got the help I needed at northwestern. this place was a joke, a waste of time, and a waste of energy.

This has got to be the most useless doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. It’s quite obvious that the staff couldn’t care less about their patients, given the fact that they gossip in the hallway and show no friendliness or warmth at all. On top of that, I don’t think I’ve ever met a more incompetent medical staff. The doctor completely dismissed me and couldn’t answer a simple question about medications, and the nurses couldn’t even tell me the brand of a product they use when I called to ask about it later. I truly hope to never have to step foot in that facility again.

Awful place, all the staff has terrible attitude. It almost feels like they’re upset for giving a free service, which is not the case. They charged me $125 for a useless 5min with “Dr. Patel”. Honestly, people like that shouldn’t even work in this industry, no empathy for patients. This guy told me to get a covid test (got it somewhere else because my insurance didn’t cover it) and to call back if it came back positive. Called back after getting a positive covid test and the doctor literally said “there’s nothing else we can do, just take the antibiotics we prescribed”. What a terrible place, you all should be ashamed. All this clinic is good for is to have you swipe your card. Don’t go here, save yourself from awful service and a bad time.

Great experience. Totally stress free. Walked in, took a few minutes to register, then waited about 5 mins until they called me in. The entire staff is professional and very friendly. A nice and relaxed environment. Dr Patel was terrific. He is a very nice man. Again, a very professional but calming and relaxed experience. All total, I was in and out with my renewed DOT Med Card in about a half an hour. By far, the absolute best experience I’ve ever had getting my DOT physical done. I highly recommend this place!

First time here and we waited longer than what the actual visit lasted. We were the only people waiting to be seen, he “examined” my son in less than three minutes and he walked out the room without saying a word. He did not explain what antibiotics he prescribed for my son neither instructions. Worst doctor’s visit experience I’ve ever had.

I went to this urgent care because it was covered by my insurance. I checked how much i would have to pay, which was $35. I went in, the woman at the front desk was really rude from the get go. She told me I had to pay $90, and when I tried to explain my benefits and tried to show her where it said on my insurance that it was only $35, she said that that wasn’t true and went to tell the dr, who said that the charge was $90 and there was nothing they could do about it. I paid $90 for a 5 min consultation with a rude doctor. I looked at my insurance claim, and lo and behold they should’ve only charged me $35. This happened at the beginning of April, it is now May 20th and I am still waiting on my refund. I have called twice already, and it looks like I’m gonna have to call a 3rd time. If you can avoid it, do not go here. The 2 times I’ve been here I’ve had a horrible experience. You go in because you’re not feeling well, and then you have to deal with rude staff and overpaying for bad service.

Dr. Patel is an absolute GEM of a person. Compassionate, intelligent, understanding. I trust him more than my primary care physician.

I went in for a check up for my son and there was nobody there and still waited pretty long after filling out all the paperwork on my end “immediate care huh” and to be in there with the doctor for less then two minutes and prescribe medication with no instructions, he just walked out afterwards.

Thank God I stopped in here today I had a horrible skin infection and Dr.Patel treated me right away. I have been here before Dr.Patel is always really nice and the location is quiet. I am feeling so much better right now I highly recommend

I went like a week ago with my boyfriend and when I got there it was a bunch of so called nurse's in the front just loud talking very unprofessional except 2 of the girls the 1 African American and the 1 Hispanic lady who had a gray nurse jacket with glasses they were very professional and quite you can tell they probably been in there field for a long time .I told my boyfriend what type of place is this on top of that the Dr. Took a long time to see us so we had to listen to the loud laughing that wasn't even cause for please train some of your staff they definitely need it glad we are not from there so we won't have to come back to the loud noise. I took my son here for strep throat symptoms. When the dr finally walked in the room he looked in my sons throat, said its an infection. Then asked if he takes pills and I said he has a hard time swallowing them. He said well that’s too bad he’s too big for liquid if he doesn’t take them he suffers and walked out. I will never go back there again and do not recommend.

Definitely recommend! I’ve been there multiple times and every time I’ve had a good experience thus far. I wouldn’t let one bad review keep you from getting excellent patient care.

The staff at Waukegan Immediate Care are caring and professional and treat you with respect. My primary care physician can’t ever see us because they are always booked or tell me they “don’t see sick patients” so anytime my family is sick, we come here. We never wait more than a few minutes to be seen and the office is always clean and the doctor and nurses are always consistent with the care they provide. I honestly wish we could switch to them for primary care.

At my recent visit Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable and experienced and as always, reliable and very helpful. Very friendly and well organized staff; almost no wait, although the waiting room was full; nice and very clean well maintained facility. So lucky to have this team available so close.

Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor but the staff is rude and inconsiderate. They lack customer service skills. Dr. Patel is very thorough, kind and understanding and he deserves to have better staff who care for the patient. They purposely took a long time to process my prescription after my wife called them to tell them to only bill one insurance. We will not be back unless his staff changes!

I love this place super easy to get in and out dr is very friendly and knows what hes doing.

Great staff! My husband and I only had to wait 15 minutes for our baby to be seen. Dr discovered my baby has double ear infection when a couple days before her primary physician said it was only a virus and no sign of infection. So happy I took her in for a second opinion because my poor baby girl was miserable.

Misleading. I had the flu, but went to get a doctor's note so that I could I get time off work instead they give me a good to go note and end up charging me instead of my insurance.

Do not go there! They’re misleading with their information. I was told (as well as my sister) that the Covid tests are free and fully covered by insurance. Few months later we are charged with a fee. I don’t mind paying, but be honest up front and don’t say it’s fully covered. Will not come here again. Clearly from their review they only have 3 1/2 stars and majority of ppl are saying they want your money. Very true!

Went in for a blood work and physical and got my results very quickly . The service was great didn’t even feel when they poked me doctor was very nice and clean environment definitely recommend 🙂
