I had a showing scheduled with Sophia at this location, but apparently she didn't put our appt in her calendar. When I finally reached her after waiting, she didn't apologize or try to arrange another time or see if another agent could show me the units. She just said "So weird" and that our appt wasn't on her schedule. Super helpful....lol The property manager here was nice though and contacted another building I was interested in and was supposed to view with Sophia, and I was able to tour that one with that building's manager. Forgot his name, but he was nice, though not very informative. I used to be a property manager, so I know what's expected. Quite disappointed with my first impressions and experience with BJB.

The property manager Katie is great! She is easy to get a hold of, whether in the office or via email. When I have needed to get something fixed, they always send someone out quickly to get it taken care of. Would highly recommend this building if you are looking for something in the gold coast area!

I am going on my fourth year living here and love it. Katie, the building manager is friendly, timely, and accommodating. She makes an effort to know the tenants, creating a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

I appreciate our management a lot! They try hard to make things move more quickly. I look forward to our second elevator to be repaired soon!

My family and I lived at 25 E. Delaware for a year and we had a wonderful time. I must say that Katie, the property manager, was very approachable. She's friendly and efficient. She made sure that any issues with the apartment were taken care of swiftly. I highly recommend this building as it's clean, well maintained and at a great location. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores and public transportation are minutes away.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure to leave 5 stars for BJB and this property because they made my transition to Chicago so easy and worry-free. I moved from across the country and the office staff were nothing but accommodating and able to help me find a home I'd love. I haven't left since! Katie, the property manager, is always more than willing to help us when we need anything. I always feel like I can come to her with anything, and she goes above and beyond to help me. Whenever I come home, I'm always happy to pop into the office to say hello because Katie and the fellow office staff are welcoming and friendly. I'm so thankful to have found my Chicago home!

It's so easy to click on 5 stars for this review and for the property manager here, Katie. I've been in the building for 7 years. Katie is by far the best property manager this building has ever had, no contest. Professional, efficient, and communicates and informs tenants of situations in a timely manner. Goes above and beyond to make the living experience the best for it's tenants. She also excelled in managing and coordinating a massive building interior overhaul, elevator repairs, and laundry room updates without skipping a beat on routine customer service. Simply put, Katie is the best.

Katie and her team are simply wonderful. When I first moved into this building nearly 3.5 years ago it was under a different manager, and it was your standard apartment community. But since Katie took over the role as property manager she has transformed 25 E Delaware from a typical residential building to a fun and engaging living experience where residents are completely comfortable in their homes. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I have been a resident of the greater Chicago-land area for three years and this property has been the most professional, clean, and well appointed building I have ever lived in. Since the time of move-in, Katie B (property manager) has been most helpful and insightful when it comes to any issues that may arise. She is easy to get a hold of, friendly and knowledgeable and incredibly humble. I look forward to many years as a resident of this building!

I have lived in the building for two years and in two different apartments. The apartment layouts are great, the location of the building is amazing, but the office staff is by far the best part of the building. They are always incredibly nice, and will do everything they can to help with anything that you may need. I would highly recommend living at 25 E Delaware. Speak to the property manager, Katie, if you are interested. You won't be disappointed.
