The clinic is extremely nice and clean, staff is nice, and we were in & out in no time. We couldn't get in to our regular doctor for the sports forms needed in time for the sports season, so went to Midwest clinic instead. And although we had to pay out of pocket, services were reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them!

First time there yesterday and everyone was more than welcoming! From start to finish they were the nicest immediate care I have ever been to. They took amazing care of my daughter and we were in and out in no time. I love that you can save your spot in place at Midwest because some places are first come first serve. I would highly recommend anyone to go there and now that I have found the perfect immediate care for my self and my daughter I will be coming back here if we need to! Thank you Midwest! You guys are awesome!

This location is very efficient and friendly! I checked in ahead of time and only had to wait 10 minutes at lunch time on a Wednesday. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were all very nice and thorough. I felt well taken care of here. Thank you!

Great experience. I couldn’t get an appt at a minute clinic and needed to be seen asap. This clinic (Elmhurst location) took me as a walk in, signed some consent forms and was called back just as I sat down. The doc was very friendly, even when delivering the news that I unfortunately had covid. The tech was super friendly as well! Both gave me exceptional care and I was in and out within less than 30 mins!

The staff at this clinic are great. Wait time wasn’t long. They come to your room to check on you as well . Communication with nurse and Doctors is great also . Very clean in the waiting area and in the back. I recommend this walk in clinic if you live in the area.

Such a great experience with the staff! From the receptionist to the healthcare provider, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to listen and explained everything thoroughly during my visit. I will be bringing my family here for future needs because I trust the staff here!

Excellent service! Without an appointment, I was in and out in about a half hour - just know I was there on weekday afternoon. I'm sure evenings and weekends are much busier. The staff and medical team were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely visit there again, if health services were needed. They seem to take most insurance.
