The massage was OK. I asked for a $40 massage and ended up paying $75 because they upcharge thru the whole appointment and you can't really understand what they are saying. It's kind of a cheap shot to start negotiating during a massage. Don't go there

Would give zero if I could. Intimidates customers to spend more money by offering massages that they didnā€™t even ask for. INTERRUPTING their massages to do so. Pretends to not understand English to confuse their customers, leaving them irritated and dissatisfied. An employee LOOKED in my mothers wallet asking about a tip when she wasnā€™t even fully satisfied with the job he did. Run the other way if youā€™re near this place

Went in for a 90 minute massage which should have cost me $95, they tried to charge me $175 in the end for something I didnā€™t agree to. The guys are creepy as I layed face down the guy comes whispering in my ear, creepy and awkward trying to get me to add more time. I said no yet they tried to bully me into paying $175. I stood firm but please donā€™t waste your time going here! They are scammers, unprofessional, creepy and they are bullies. When I went to go pay, 4 guys walked up on me trying to force me to pay $175. I paid $140 total more than I anticipated and more than I wanted to pay!!!

(BEWARE X3) me and the person I stopped in with left very bruised and in more pain than we entered with. The manager and staff have communication issues which ruins the experience. Staff will pretend like they donā€™t understand English at times when you say no to extra services. They will ask you over and over they act like they donā€™t understand no until you say yes to paying more. No means no and they donā€™t understand that here at all ever. This is a purely money hungry atmosphere/gluttonous/ manipulative/ and very toxic environment. This is not a healthy place to come, products will be used while you are unable to see, and your body will be mistreated and disrespected. You will be offered one service and as soon as the service starts EVERY employee that works with you will disrupt the service by telling you you require more time and to spend more money. They asked me and the person I brought multiple times while stopping the current service to stall and got very lazy within 7 mins. By the ten min mark she didnā€™t want to go go around to finish the other side of my body. Lots of poking the back and shoulders it was so bad that she had to ask me if I was okay because she didnā€™t expect me to be as vocal or speak up for myself and say no over and over when I knew they were trying to force me into things I wasnā€™t agreeing too. Instead of comport the full body message a guy came over and started doing one foot at the 5 min mark which isnā€™t wag at was agreed to and was actually disrespectful to me, my body, and my time. After finishing one foot and adding a warm towel the woman working on me tapped my shoulders and they foot guy shook the table to tell me after starting too late it would be extra to do the service that was previously discussed with the manager on arrival. The manager actually instructed the staff in doing this along the way and was also very comfortable being disrespectful when he though no one was understanding or paying attention. He didnā€™t ask enough questions about comfort and didnā€™t respect or understand different bodies and how to work with them. They just put all their weight on you back and shoulders and it was horrific. After that the woman that worked on me and didnā€™t know that I was the one paying- cut my time short and stood by the door scared. I was waiting for the service of the person I came with to be done though we signed up for the same time and I simply noticed less service, less care, and lots of racial assumptions. I wanted to see the service given to others and the person I brought and saw a few differences in services- pressure- products- just a lack of understanding and consideration. We suffered here so you donā€™t have to. Then saw a second location in the same mall. Iā€™ve worked in this mall for years. Iā€™m honestly saying ā€œNEVER EVER GO HEREā€.

The full-body is decent enough with good pressure and coverage. The foot massage is hit or miss - sometimes they do a good job, other times they only tickle your toes. All around though, not bad for what youā€™re paying for. Iā€™ve been here several times and will return.

My buddy went in and I was on the side waiting for him, they offered me a ā€œsampleā€ while I wait but then I ended up requesting for a full massage and I loved it. They got knots in my back that Iā€™ve been trying to get out for a while now. Staff was friendly too. I definitely wanna go back. I gave them a good tip too

I go here all the time and it helps with my tight muscles. I always show them which area needs more work and occasionally will tell them how I want the the time divided ex. 30 mins full body Iā€™ll say 12min. on my lower back, 5min. on my left hamstring, 5min. on my palms, and 8 on my right glute. āœ…ā²ļø ā€¢If I need relief or maintenance I ask for ā€œCindyā€ she takes her time in the areas needed and applies the correct pressure āļøšŸ‘ ā€¢if Iā€™m in pain or have a very tight muscle I ask for ā€œBrianā€ heā€™s a bigger man, always able to work on the stubborn muscles and tough knotsšŸŽÆšŸ’Ŗ I once had the main guy of the store (the one thatā€™s in some of the customer pictures) he usually tries to upsell on foot massages. -Do A full body on me and I wouldnā€™t recommend him ever. He rushes, applies the wrong pressure & you can feel that heā€™s just going through a routine instead of really working on your body like the others. šŸš«šŸ“‰ [*he might be great at feetšŸ¦¶massages but not good at full body/ back]

Been coming for the past few months. Yes, the massages can be intense at first if Iā€™m really tight and wound up... But wow, it really loosens things up. They have sensitive and experienced hands. They seem to find the trigger points and sore spots. In summary: Clean, well-priced, great (strong) massages and no need for an appointment My negative comments: They regularly upsell for more minutes, or try to sell a foot-massage. (But the upsell is a better deal.) Go figure.

Please DO NOT PASS NEXT TO THIS STORE! The employees of this site pretend not to understand English and act crazy. They tell you that they are going to charge you for something and they charge you more! I have too much pain throughout my back and neck and I haven't even had the massage for 12 hours! On several occasions I told the masseuse that what he was doing hurt me and he continued to press his elbow deeper into my back, neck and shoulders. On top of that, when you finish the massage and go to pay, they want to force you to leave a tip and if you don't leave them, they get upset for not doing so! If they don't have delicacy and they don't know how to serve the public well and what they do is overcharge. Then there won't be a store! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

šŸ‘šŸ‘ Got my first ever Brazilian (Manzilian) at Adore Essence with Emma today. I was a bit nervous but Emma was very kind and sheā€™s a very professional person that put me at ease. Itā€™s not much different than yanking off a Bandaid. Maybe itā€™s just her experience and compassionate demeanor that made it...

šŸ‘šŸ‘ I hadn't been feeling well for the last 4 months, very fatigued, low motivation, frequent migraines. I went to see Dr. Potetti last Monday, and before I even left his office my migraine was gone and I had more energy than I'd had in months! I went back twice last week and also brought in my 2 1/2 ye...
