Went
to
the
Gateway
Inn
today
for
a
4
hour
stay
and
I
will
never
go
there
again!!
The
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
so
rude
she
even
hung
up
on
me.
During
my
stay,
the
television
did
not
work.
All
I
saw
was
snow
and
when
I
call
the
front
desk
(twice),
the
room
phone
didn't
work.
I
dialed
"0"
and
it
just
kept
beeping.
So,
when
I
checked
out,
I
told
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
what
happened
with
the
TV
and
the
phone
in
the
room
so
that
they
could
fix
the
problem
before
they
had
another
guest
in
that
room.
Her
response
was
"didn't
your
friend
come
out
to
get
ice",
"I
didn't
hear
the
phone
ring".
I
told
her
I
wasn't
a
technical
person,
but
she
saw
my
auto
mechanics
jacket
and
implied
that
since
I
was
wearing
a
jacket
from
a
technical
school,
I
should
have
been
able
to
figure
out
the
problem
with
the
TV.
I
Didn't
appreciate
her
comments
and
felt
like
she
was
crossing
personal
boundaries
she
shouldn't
have
crossed.
Then
she
told
me
I
was
supposed
to
change
the
source
on
the
TV.
Now
how
would
I
know
that
I
was
supposed
to
do
that
if
she
didn't
tell
me
at
the
time
of
check-in?
She
also
told
me
that
I
should
have
called
the
Gateway
Inn's
direct
number
when
the
hotel
room
phone
didn't
work.
It's
amazing
the
way
that
she
can
tell
me
all
these
things
that
I
should
have
done
when
I
paid
my
money
to
have
a
room
with
a
working
TV
and
contact
with
the
front
front
desk
when
having
ssues
or
concerns.
Maybe
the
lady
at
the
front
desk,
who
calls
herself
management
and
the
owner,
should
make
sure
the
equipment
in
the
rooms
are
working
properly
when
people
come
to
stay
there!!
Never
again!!
